I don't know what was going on here. The store was in a state of disorganization; boxes and merchandise in the isles and on the floors. The two employees were in an emotional discussion with a manager or owner. Another customer asked for help and got brushed off, so we didn't even ask. We couldn't find what we were searching for (a dog bed) so we just left. If they have screwed up so badly that they are not able attend to customers, they should close the store. 01/02/2022 18:00

Nice store, was under construction when I visited. That was a little inconvenient but I lived. Lots of options, very knowledgeable staff and they have great recommendations. Overall I was happy

Dropped off 3 cases of wet cat food to be donated to their shelter program. Not 5 minutes later I watched them put it back on their shelves to be sold.

I needed guinea pig food hay and mealworms and the Petco said closes at 9:00 I got there at 8:30 and apparently they close at 6:00 so their hours were not correct

By far the worst conditions I've seen for fish, came in to look for a pleco for my tank. The options were really limited (didn’t even have any plecos) and when I looked for other fish to get... I found so many dead ones. Really disheartening that these fish are dying like this. I 100% would not trust the health of fish you get from here, part of me felt bad and wanted to take some home but I didn't want to have anything passed onto my own fish. I did see a couple that looked sick as well and were swimming upside down but couldn't get pictures of the two I saw. Super shameful, worst Petco experience to date.

Made a grooming appy for my pup and told them at the time my dog's rabies had expired 2 weeks before, but was scheduled to get it next week. They told me there was a 30 day grace period. I showed up for the appointment only to be turned away. The manager was unhelpful and not interested in working on a solution. If you cannot train your staff properly, you should not be penalizing your customers. I will not be back. Unprofessional, untrained, and if that is how they handle the humans, I do not trust any of them with my pet.

They have items and food brands we need.

Employee & manager went out of their way to help me get the info needed to take care of New Petco acct. However, their charge card Co. & online card process to register and make payments Needs HELP... Good luck getting set up & managing that acct. It almost cost them my business, if I didn't appreciate their in store Customer Service so much...! I'd be gone...

Good place to go to have your pet nails trimmed. Little too busy for my taste.

Dog bowel ND dog toy inventory is very low. Store was clean, service was good.

Well stocked store and the staff were very friendly.

There for rabies shot for dog. Two p.m. appt. No indication on coupon or schedule that any dog with an allergy could not be vaccinated. Got shot at Petsmart instead. Wasted two hours.
