We couldn't get anybody to help us. Uninterested employees sitting around looking at the clock. After several times walking back to the front to ask a question, we just left. They didn't even say goodbye. We went to PetSmart and had a very good experience. We just bought a dog and another store will get out business.

Fyi they say they take cats for grooming they actually don't . Our two cats only go to this vet but the groomers said they won't take any cats for grooming anymore. Pretty disappointing

DO NOT get your dog groomed here! I took my dog to get his nails trimmed. I informed the groomer that he was difficult because he doesn't like his paws being touched. She cut his nails and cut one nail far too short causing it to bleed heavily. I was NOT told which ment I found out in the car by seeing blood up my dogs leg. I was confused as to why the groomer was spraying my dogs paw during the trim but just assumed that they did it differently to what we were used to. This ment that the groomer was aware and didn't tell me. I am beyond furious that I was not informed and paid full price plus tip for the groomer to hurt my dog.(12/30/21)

This store is poorly maintained. Went to by dog food here, there was stacks empty box in front of the shelves. Went to the front to ask for someone to move them and cashier acted as if I was inconvenience her. Aslo, I found the same dog food at Costco for cheaper next door.

Interesting toys for pet. Some animal clothes, leaches,cleaning supplies. Awesome place to go. Vary friendly

This place was nice. They have a lot of things in here for your pets. They carry Fromm and it's hard to find. So I'm glad I found this place. The customer service was just ok... Not really that friendly ????

My husband and son visited Saturday 11/27 for the self doggie wash. Usually we are met with wonderful customer service. Unfortunately the young cashier today with brown hair, no name tag, was very rude and unpleasant. It seemed like they were a bother to her and provided zero customer service. Out of towels also....and didn't seem to care. Next time we will be visiting a different self doggie wash. Please hire/train happy people or don't bother!

There are some negative reviews here, that are frankly, misguided. This is not like a big box groomer chain, where sometimes dogs are given Benadryl and are sedated to make a groomer's job easier. This is a QUALITY, BOUTIQUE-STYLE business. I take my senior dog who is a yorkie/bichon mix, and my puppy (turning 1 this month!) who is a soft coated wheaten terrier here for the bath/haircut/nail trim/gland drainage services, and have been nothing but extremely satisfied with Market Street Pet Depot's services. Their groomer's are extremely kind and loving with both of my dogs, neither are ever stressed or anxious coming in for grooming. And for the care and time they put into the services, I believe the prices are very fair. I would recommend their grooming services to anyone and everyone.

The self service dog wash is awesome! For $18 per dog, it can't be beat!

Great place to self wash your pup. Towels/shampoo/conditioner plus brushes provided. 1 hour time limit. Nice blow dryers.

Staff was very helpful for my puppy Oakley! My wife and I just purchased this puppy from Craigslist. With that in mind she was a lot of work being treated for lots of stuff. The nurse was super kind and helped explain options and they offered a puppy plan! Well worth the money spent. Market Street will now be my only pet hospital.

We have been taking both of our little furs to Market Street Pet Depot Vet since they opened and we could not say enough about the PROFESSIONALLY and AFFORDABILITY. Unlike every other vet we have been to, this is the ONLY ONE that is not looking to find more problems, or order unnecessary tests in order to charge you more money. They genuinely want to fix the problem you have today and get you on your way!!!!

Have taken our pets here for approximately 3 years. Very informative up front and always seem like they care for your fur babies! Highly recommend!

It's very small but did have a decent selection of products and services. Employee's were nice

I’ve been a long time customer of this store and have always had great experiences up until tonight! Apparently the price of my dog food was raised but all signage as well as my purchase history showed otherwise. The ladies who helped me were quite unhelpful in dealing with the matter as well. I called other pet food stores to ask if the dog food company in question had raised their prices to which everyone else said they hadn’t. The prices of the other stores were also in line with the original price of the dog food and none of the other locations said their prices would be raised. I will no longer recommend nor shop at this establishment as they do not value your loyalty. Really disappointed in the service and how this was dealt with. I understand prices raise but there was definitely a better way to handle the situation.

Very compassionate staff. I had brought in my little dog who passed away yesterday at home. I brought him in for the first time there to have my Samuel cremated and get his aches . The staff was awesome.

Lacking in some of my go to products, but overall it's a good shop.

I thought this was a very unique and different pet store. That's very family-oriented and didn't feel like The Big box corporate kind. We use the pet spa and it was $15 per pet and we washed two dogs. it was great they had shampoo vacuums and tubs that we could wash our dogs together.
