This is the best place to bring your cat for grooming. My cat Jasper is a grumpy old cat and doesn’t like to be messed with. He always comes out of the experience in a positive manner. I highly recommend and couldn’t be more pleased.

We left our 6 month old puppy there to get groomed for the first time! We were very specific about what we wanted and they did a great job communicating and making us happy. Our puppy came home in a cute bandana smelling amazing!

We have 2 Mini Aussie's who were needing some extra TLC, and we are extremely happy we came here. Our pups never looked better. We will be coming back for all our pups grooming needs.

I was visiting from Ohio and my daughter in law comes here. She made an appointment for my Bichon mixed dog. She never had a better grooming than she received here! She looked so pretty and she felt like velvet. I definitely recommend this salon!! Love it!!

I was looking for a nearby groomer to take my 1year old pup and found lugari’s just down the street from me ! I took my baby lady here to get groomed and she came out looking so cute ! The manager I think her name was Cassie was so sweet and reassured my puppy because she was scared , I already went ahead and booked for my next appointment because I was extremely happy with lady’s haircut! If you’re looking for a good grooming place I definitely recommend lugari’s !!

This was my first time Lugari’s pet salon and let me tell you, I’ll never go anywhere else for my cat grooming! You can tell they have a large heart for cats because they have a specific day for CATS ONLY to groom (Sundays). I’ve never found a salon to do that. Usually my cat screams the whole way through the process. The second we walked through the door, she was so calm… it was amazing. They were SO fast and she smells amazing. Great value for the price!! I have been going to LUGARI For two years. As it pains me to say this. I stopped my every two week's grooming of the lack of respect in my time. I work two jobs and juggle my life around my Izzy. I have changed my appointment because Ivan is always late. thin to show up , and my dog wasn't even washed. I had to be at work at 12. No respect.

This place doesn't respect your time or take care of your animal. I do not recommend them as they had our 1 year old puppy for hours. This was a hair cut appointment not a daycare request so having a dog in their salon for several hours not communicating that is unacceptable.

Took my senior girl to Lugari for the first time today. We're so happy!! We've been in AZ for a year, and I wish I would have tried them sooner! Thank you Carlos for your amazing work on my girl. She is prancing around today like she's all that lol!

I took my boyfriends Alaskan malamute here. He was well overdue for a grooming, severely matted (not my dog don’t judge me lol) they handled him with such care. We’re so patient with him. They removed all of his matting!! He came out looking so fresh and so clean!! They even gave him the cutest bandanna❤️ I will not go anywhere else but here. Staff was so kind and understanding of the situation. If you’re considering if this is the right place for your baby: HIGHLY recommend ????????????

Ivan grooms my three poodles each month. He does a great job. He even painted Lacey's nails purple the last time. You won't be disappointed with his work. Love the products Ivan uses to bathe and groom my dogs. She smell so nice and their hair is so fluffy. You're the best groomer I've found ever. Thank you so much, Ivan.

Update: In response to the owner... you don't care! My phone has not rang with an apology. You can attempt to save-face all you'd like, but your salon is highly unprofessional which makes you highly unprofessional. Staff are only as great as their management and ownership. I took my dog in just after 10:00 AM he was not ready until just after 3:00 PM. They didn't tell me he'd be there that many hours. I called to check on him and no answer so I drove back and could hear him hollering as I approached in the parking lot. She said it would be forty minutes and they had just started trimming his nails. this was at 2PM. So he sat in a new environment for hours? How anxiety producing. If it only took forty minutes to do a 20lb mini schnauzer why was he there five hours? He came home and drank all of his water then had to pee so bad he started to go inside the house I had to stop him. So he obviously wasn't being cared for... no way would I recommend this place.

I was so happy my friend Carmen referred me to Ivan. His shop is clean and cute with a nice boutique in the front. My toy bernadoodle went from a Rasta dog to the cutest, softest dog I’ve ever seen. I can’t stop petting him! Thank you Alex and staff- Murphy and I are singing your praises!

My mini golden doodle Cooper has EXTREMELY high separation anxiety and wants to be around people 24/7. He doesn’t mind dogs but he prefers people. We took him last week for the first time to get groomed by lugari (Coopers first professional grooming since the beginning of the pandemic). Coop was nervous and scared and acted out and BIT THE OWNER. The owner was kind enough to allow him to come back for another chance because he could tell Cooper was a nice dog and just nervous. The owner said to bring him back next week and he would come in early and groom him that way he wouldn’t be locked up in the open pin and he would be around a human 24/7. We got cooper back from Lugari and he was super happy didn’t try to bite the owner AND it was the best groom he has ever gotten. You can tell they really care about professionalism and the well being of the dogs. Any other salon would have given cooper the boot but I appreciate and respect the owner for giving my loving pup a second chance. Will definitely be recommending and coming back (were working on the anxiety ???????????? )

Took my kitty for the first time today and I will definitely be bringing him back every time he needs his nails done. So clean and friendly ! Had him done in 5 minutes, I already referred my best friend to bring her cat in. ???? them already

We were looking around for a pet salon after having a couple bad experiences from other corporate establishments. Dropped off my 1yr old puppy, Kobe, for an 8am visit. He was bathed, brushed, and trimmed within an hour, and the work that was done was spectacular! Coming to pick him up, he was bright-eyed and waggy-tailed. I was delighted seeing my pup in this state vs the anxious/nervous states at other places. Lugari did a great job on his nails making sure not to get to the pink. Topping it off with a nice bandana and proper COVID-19 procedures. Overall I gave this a 5/5 and would definitely recommend to all dog parents, especially parents of the bigger ones!

After visiting many dog salons in and around Scottsdale, we were frustrated by the fact that all the groomers we talked to said the only option was to shave our big shaggy Bernedoodle....we stopped in to Lugari because of good reviews. Ivan came out from the back and took the time to discuss the options, and we made an appointment. Ivan instructed us on how to brush Bernie, in the meantime, to begin removing the matting. Well, they worked late after closing and spent the time to get our sweet boy looking a-mazing. A special heartfelt thank you to Ivan, Cassie and Carlos. You have made clients for life!! All groomers should care this much!

Best groomer in the Valley! I showed Ivan a photo of what I was looking for and he made my Maltipoo look PERFECT!! Highly recommend to anyone. Don’t waste time taking your poodle anywhere else!

Lugari Pet Salon is AMAZING. I took my 4 month old Yorkie here for his first haircut and Ivan did a wonderful job on him. I will definitely be returning.
