I LOVE Jen's. Lauren treats my little girl as her own and their facility is clean and so soothing to walk into. I know my girl is well cared for and she doesn't have to sit in a cage all day to be groomed. In and out, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Jennifer is the best cat groomer around. Our persian girls absolutely love her & always come home happy. She works miracles generally finishing them in an hour. We love her.

Thank you for the outstanding service. The girls are very professional, friendly, and took such good care of my boys. They were so happy at pickup! I love that they get to roam around freely. I cannot thank you enough for being so carrying towards them as well as me. Jens will be the only salon I will take them from here on out.

I brought my puppy here for her first grooming experience and everything was great! It's close to my house which is ideal, they did a really good job, and the price is very reasonable. I like how they use texts/emails to send communication. The groomer was super sweet, knowledgeable, helpful, and did a great job! I will definitely come back!

My regular groomer moved to this salon a few months ago and naturally I followed her. I have been so impressed with all the staff I have come in contact with at Jen’s Pet Parlor. I am extremely picky concerning who grooms my fur baby and I would not hesitate to use the services of any of the staff here. They are polite, kind, caring and compassionate and they are always having fun and smiling when I drop my little guy off and pick him up. I love that he can run and play and enjoy his spa time! Thanks for a wonderful experience each and every time.

I have never had worst customer service in my life. I called to confirm my appointment for tomorrow and Jennie (the owner) picked up and said I don’t have an appointment and they aren’t open Saturdays. I asked why no one called me and told me earlier that they deleted my appointment. She said it’s because I don’t have an email on there, but no one has ever asked for it, now she is saying I turned my notifications off from them, which is simply untrue. I asked if they can fit me in soon since this was an inconvenience for me and not my fault, she simply said no and the soonest she can get me in is a month. I told her I would go somewhere else and she said okay, not caring she was loosing a customer. I then call them multiple times to talk to Jennie again to resolve the issue and take the appointment a month out, she ADMITS to IGNORING my phone calls ALL DAY LONG and then emails me saying I am no longer aloud at their place because they don’t feel comfortable with me and that I called them all day and wrote a bad review. I did absolutely nothing wrong but get upset at their lack of customer service, then I call to give them another chance, they ignore me all day long, get upset I write a review with THEIR LACK OF SERVICE, and ban me from ever going back. I have been going here for years, very disappointed, and will be letting all my friend know that go there about this. Also- I am not frustrated that you deleted my appointment due to COVID, I am frustrated that you never let me know about it, and then when I called, you would not find another appointment sooner. Yes, in my opinion, you should do everything you can to get me in as soon as possible, even if it means coming in on a day you usually don’t. The least you could have done was be apologetic and understanding with me over the phone, it goes a long way with customers.

Tiffany was a great groomer to my dogs, and even now that she has left it is still a pretty good groom. However, since the pandemic shut down, they have gone to only online booking and will not answer the phone at all and their online booking does not allow you to book multiple grooms at the same time. I have two dogs and prefer to take them in at the same time, but since I can only do one apt. at a time on their online booking I am usually stuck having to wait longer (if I'm lucky enough to get 2 appointments in a row) or bring my dogs in on separate days. It would be nice if I could just talk to someone on the phone and make my dogs appointments for the same time, or if the online booking tool was updated to allow for booking two of the same grooms at once. Edited to add: Your online booking tool does not allow me to book two Westie grooms simultaneously. I have to book one, and then go back and book the other. The online booking tool forces you to choose the service before choosing a time, and often there are time slots for the grooming that appear to be together, but since I have to complete the first booking before the second, the time slots change the second time around, hence I end up with appointments on different days. It's inconvenient, and a little irritating. I'm a software engineer so I know how to work the booking tool. I'm telling you your tool has deficiencies that take away from my experience, which is why I'm giving you 4 stars and writing a review to bring your attention to it. I was a long time customer, but frankly I dread trying to get an apt here now because I know it's going to be a pain. Which is why I've stopped coming to you on a regular basis. I called the other day at 8 am (when you open) in hopes that you wouldn't be too busy yet. I could leave a message, and in the future will consider that option. Have a lovely day.

I usually rave about this place. I have taken my animals there multiple times. I just had my son to pick up my dogs, and I was charged 230 for my dogs grooming when it’s usually 160 for both dogs AND they shaved them bald. Now one had some matting (a little) and I expected an extra charge because of that, and the other one didn’t. I’m livid and very unhappy with the service received today. I called to discuss with the manger or owner and I was told by Tiffany that no one was available to discuss the amount charge or why that amount was charged. I would have to talk to the owner. I asked who charged that amount and she said I would have to talk to the owner. If you swiped my card you should be able to tell me what I was carved for.

I haven't been able to say enough about the cut Tiffany gave my Schnoodle mix!! Everyone- everyone is saying how cute he is and especially, they love the shape of his face! To date, it's the best cut he has ever had. She took so much care for his first time there. And of course, such a nice salon! Pretty, bright, and open! So glad I decided to try it!!

I apologize for assuming you were the owner. The woman who answered the phone said her name was Jen and I assumed it was the owner of Jen's Pet Parlor. I truly appreciate you reaching out to me. My regular groomer, Nancy, also apologized. While I maintain that it wasn't good customer service, we all make mistakes and I appreciate you addressing it with your staff. I'm not trying to get anyone fired. I am changing my rating to 4 stars because they do a very good job grooming and the majority of the time, I was very pleased with their service. I have been taking my dog there for several months and every time they make it clear how bad they think my dog is. He is a 10 year old beagle with anxiety and he howls. He has never bitten anyone. Today they told me I would need to bring him in at 7:00 a.m. next time to avoid distractions. When I called later to cancel the appointment I told the owner I didn't feel like they wanted my dog there. She said "oh sorry" and hung up. She was also the one who insisted I bring my dog in at 7:00 a.m. even after I told them it wasn't a convenient time for me.

My dog, Daisy, loves coming to see Jen, Lauren and the rest of the staff here. She eagerly waltzes thru the door and happily greets the girls. I have never had a problem with the way they groom Daisy. In fact, I often get compliments when we are out walking.

Tank loves coming to see the girls here and no matter how much of a hellion he is for me, they swear he is an angel. The attached photos are before/after yesterday's groom and I couldn't be happier! They always finish when they say they will and Tank is never shaking, still wet, or patchy when I pick him up. He doesnt do well in a kennel so their open air environment is just the cherry on top for us!

Even though they complained about how my dog was a little 'out of it' and having to groom her on the floor (granted she is almost 10 years old, 110 pounds and a purebred Alaskan Malamute in Arizona and needs sedatives for anyone to touch her paws or lower extremities, it hurts her, which I told them) they did a great job shaving and trimming her. She loves to swim in the pool and the extra hair theyshave off, did the truck, she was a new pup :]... oh wait now I have a response even though I was not talking bad or sh!t; however NOW based on the response, I will be more than happy to bring down from 4 stars to 1, I told the groomer my dog's medication and anxiety, yet you're telling me I did not... okay... I will ensure everyone I know and work with will never, ever bring their family pet here ... and I KNOW ALLOT OF PEOPLE AND PET FAMILIES

EDIT: As per their response below, I was not picking up or dropping off the dog, I was at work. While I did receive the texts on the phone, I am not glued to it while working and did not see them until after I finally got their call. I do not check messages constantly WHILE WORKING. When someone else is dropping off and picking up the dog it is common sense to get their info and contact them instead. It really makes no difference if they clearly post their closing times in the text if someone cant look at it while at work. Also I believe my husband when he says they were rude since on a separate occasion I received similar treatment. He blamed it on the woman being pregnant. I say its no excuse. Original Review: ok... so they were only ok to begin with. My poodle constantly came back with random long patches and inconsistent cuts. Whatever. I actually can groom him Im just to busy to do, so so it wasn't a big deal to fix their small mistakes. They are close by and reasonably priced. Fine. HOWEVER their customer service leaves something to be desired by a long shot. I had a snaffoo with the online system. I thought I chose the full service haircut and apparently the system gave me a simple shampoo (likely scroll wheel issue). Not sure how or why, not the point. All of my confirmations just said "your appointment is confirmed" but not what type. I come in and get chewed out by one of the girls because now she has half the time she needs to get the job done. I offer to just bring him back at a diffrent day/time, but no, they will figure it out, what a hassle, additional chewing out, etc. Im not happy about the interaction but I brush it off and move on. They are close and reasonably priced and I can fix their little mistakes. yada yada THEN NOW my husband has to drop him off because I have work. They don't get his number or anything, tell him when he will be done, when they close, nothing, just take the dog. Then when he is done they supposedly call me. I have NO MISSED CALLS, but they say they called several times. They did text, but as I said, I am WORKING AND NOT THE PERSON DROPPING OFF OR PICKING UP THE DOG! I only get a call almost an hour after they are closed telling me that he is done AND it will be $50 extra since they had to stay past closed. I apologize and say I am not sure why my phone did not get the calls but that I will send my husband to pick him up right away. She then chews HIM out when he gets there and says she was about to call the police and give my dog to the pound. I realize they are not a bording facility but quite frankly their treatment all around was inexcusable. The $50 I could excuse if they were not so incredibly rude about it. There is no reason to chew out a customer and talk about calling the police over a communication issue when they had already heard from me saying he was on his way, especially a repeat customer. I have gone there since 2016. Never again. I will take my $100/month elsewhere. They lost me for good with that last stunt.

I visited this place today with my 5 month old shih tzu puppy. They did a great job on him. Treat him so nicely,Clean place,Not crowded. Took good care of him,Very good grooming. Thank you guys
