They said they don't groom goldendoodles. When I asked why they said because they're big. I said she's medium and would you groom a medium poodle? Yes they would groom a medium poodle. My dog looks just like a poodle. He said no she doesn't, like he knew her from school days. I said I would call back in 3 days to schedule my poodles appointment and he swore he would know the difference. I wonder how many poodles will get turned away on suspicion of being goldendoodles in the next few weeks. ???? cant keep your guard up forever!

The ladies that did the nail clipping were very nice, but the young man that I checked in with has no personality what so ever.

I picked this placed based on its reviews and they were not wrong! I brought my ruff coat 11year old Jack Russell Vinny for the works, after all he deserves a spa day! Barb took on the job of pulling his “messed up bed look” to a “sharp dressed man! I am very pleased with her work based on a photo I showed her! She nailed it!! Shop is conveniently located and clean and nice people! I will recommend Apache Tails for sure!

They did great a great job on my little Coco. I let them know that she has a bad back, so they handle her with great care. Finally found a great place for all of my little ones needs ❤

I have been taking my dog their for a few years. But when winter visitors come back they can't take me. I last time was March. Did not do a good job. Some hair was not even cut. It was done in about 1 and 1/2 hours normally takes 3. I had a appointment for May but forgot the date. I called and ask and the man that is always at the front desk said we dont stuff on line we do books. I have no way of looking it up. I said I know it is first week of May. He found it and said. Wednesday May 4th. I didn't look at the calendar I was waiting for Wednesday. They called me this morning and wanted to know if I was coming. I missed the call. I called back and the man was very RUDE. And said he never talked to me and wanted to know the exact day I was supposed to have talk to him. I reminded him he told me about the books they keep. He shut up. But said you don't have a appointment now. !!!

I have taken my dogs here for years. Great service, by a great team! My pups love it here, all 6 of them!!!!

The haircutters are great but the guy at the reception could use an attitude adjustment..maybe he was having a bad day both times I have been there..just my experience.

Does not enforce people to wear masks and does not enforce social distancing, a man came in with no mask and stood next to me, I asked him to move and he proceeded to say he doesn’t care and neither do they, no one told him to put one on or anything, and to make matters worse I have a health condition so him being the close to me put me at extra risk and when I complained to the people working they didn’t do one thing. If they don’t care about me well being, makes me think they don’t care about my animals either.

My 7 month Labradoodle JaiJai loves going to have Cary take care of him. She does a fantastic job, always friendly and patient - not easy as he still wiggles and behaves like a puppy. I am a snow bird and will miss Cary's help when I have to return home.

First experience with this company was positive. They did a great job for a good price. When we tried to schedule a second visit a few months later, they were backlogged a month and a half, so we took our two dogs to another groomer. A month and a half later, I get a call from them saying that we had missed our appointment for our dogs. They said that I had confirmed the appointment a week prior (I never got a call or text or anything to confirm the appointment). I told him that we had them groomed a month ago, and that I would not have confirmed an appointment when we had already had them groomed. He very sarcastically thanked me for cancelling my appointment and hung up on me. I called back and asked for the manager, and he said that he was the manager. I'm willing to bet that he lied to me. If a REAL manager wants to call me back and apologize for the way that I was treated, I might consider going here again, because they really did do a wonderful job the first time around, however I do not want to deal with such an unprofessional pain in the butt again, so hopefully whoever I had spoken to gets fired.

I take all three of our cats to Kathy's Apache Tails salon. Awesome. We've been in the area since 2004. Only once, did the 'crown' around one of our cats heads seem a little uneven and we took her back and Yamy fixed it right up at no charge. I'll be bringing our new cat, Gizmo, in today to have all her nails clipped professionally - cost .... $12. So, take it from me, they are the best with great prices and thats why we continue to use Apache Tails. I would never give a bogus reference. We need to help each other out. If I had received poor service I would write about that. But that is NOT the case with Apache Tails. Hope this helps.

I took my golden doodle puppy here for her first grooming. They were well priced and very professional. They did a good job, and fairly quickly too. I can see my pup's face again! I'll definitely go back for her future grooming appointments.

Man behind the desk was very rude and obnoxious. No personality to be on the front desk. If you attempt to carry on a conversation with him he makes you feel like you are insignifant to him even though we are paying his salary, but not any more.

We've been taking our fur babies to get groomed at Apache Tails Pet Salon for years! The facilities are so clean and organized! The groomers are so professional, and compassionate! We would NEVER go anywhere else. Our dogs especially love the owner Chris! With lots of licks and love, Max, Bob, Josie, Chica, Gert and Boots.

My dog hated it..she refused to go in the doors come time for her 2nd appt.setting. The day of the appt she buckled her legs, planted her feet & bottom to the sidewalk, let out some horrid groans, howl-like yet she doesn't howl. I took her word for it, told them my dog seems to have some issues with this place & that I'm gonna have to take her elsewhere...sorry. The 3 of them looked at me as if everything was dandy & normal!! Nary a question from anyone when I said my dog has issues. In addition to that, they give the cut THEY choose to give, regardless of how adamant I was about cut short & no foofoo ears nor tail. Come time to pick her up...FOOFOO EARS & FOOFOO TAIL.
