Our first visit for our cat nail trim was Sept 2020. Today was our fifth visit. The price has been $12 each time. Today (12/28/21) it was 108% higher, $25. I have always been happy with the service and appreciate parking at the door, but I won't return at those prices (Petco charges $10, Petsmart $15) Full disclosure, our last visit prior to today was Dec 2020.

Scheduled an appointment and the worker told me the incorrect time. I was almost there when they called to say I was 20 minutes late and they cancelled the appointment (not to mention the wait to get an appointment). I explained that I was told the wrong time, but the person didn’t care and was rude on the phone. I will never go back to this place.

I've been going here for awhile now and they always take good care of my pups. I like the fact that they call to confirm appointments.

Such a fabulous grooming facility. We've been customers since their opening. They are wonderful and take extra GREAT care of our pups. Taryn is FAB! Almost too fab as my three pups didn't really care if they came home with me or not! They were spoiled to the nth degree and Britney was loving, petting and talking to them. They really enjoyed their day at the spa!

Taryn was wonderful with our pup! We finally got her nails done. Our little lady had a terrible experience with an aggressive groomer at Petco and since then we haven't been able to find someone to treat her well. We found Taryn and I'm so relieved we found a great groomer in our area. You have no idea how happy we are! Thanks a million. It's just a nail trim but my poor girl was traumatized and wouldn't let anyone cut her nails. She was scratching me a lot.

Nothing super special about the service our doggo received here upon our second visit. Nothing wrong with the service, but nothing outstanding either. For almost $70 for the bronze package, at least Petsmart gives you a bandana when you leave. Was not overly impressed with the way our dog was greeted either. Both times we have tried their service they hardly say five words, without us prompting them. Courteous, but not warm and welcoming which you’d expect from a local groomer.

They treat my dog like royalty. They do a great job and are done very quickly. Love this place. Worth the drive for the experience.

They do a decent job, and your pets are clean and look pretty good when you pick them up. Prices are comparable to other pet groomers.

They could care of Indy grooming him and comes handsome.

Love this place! Great staff and prices are reasonable. You can even give your pup a bath in the back. Our German/Golden/Doodle always loves her spring hair cut. Lol

Love this place. We can always get an appt in a week or less and cuts are less than 2hrs typically even during peak hours.

They do an okay job. But I paid a lot extra for the deshedding package and after got home my dogs were shedding worse than ever. I had to brush them and this is how much I got out after 2 minutes of brushing. Not sure why I paid so much to end up having to do it myself ???? I don't understand why they clearly didn't brush my dogs

This place is by far the best, been going 2years. Excellent grommets and I am very very picky where my dog goes! Gentle kind and update you.

My dogs hair cut turn out amazing. They also put little bows in her hair which was a nice touch and a cute surprise.

I have shy and fearful dogs who are not always the best with strangers and unfamiliar places. The staff took their time with all three dogs and made sure they felt comfortable while triming their nails. The pups did amazing, which is good since they do tend to become quite anxious. All three actually came out happy and relaxed. They also do a great job getting the nails trimmed and filed down. I'm so happy they are opened back up.

Went for a long overdue nail clip and grind. They were quick, kind and know exactly how to handle my squirmy pugle.

Our dog LOVES this place and so do we. The staff is friendly, the are flexible with drop off and pick up, and our dog is never crated and their prices are reasonable. When we come to pick our dog up she is beautifully cut, and so happy.

Heather is wonderful and always takes great care of our miniature schnauzers. We always request Heather. You should as well.
