Moses loves Dogtopia of Gilbert!!????????

Made an appointment for a meet and greet weeks ago. They called to confirm it yesterday. Showed up for my appointment today which took over 30 minutes to get to and they said they couldn't do it today because of staffing... yeah, don't think I'll come back.

Our pupper loves it here the staff is exceptional!!

Tina and her staff are exceptional. They have gone above and beyond to take care of my boy Nimbus during his stay. I’m truly grateful I found a place I can trust that will watch Nimbus like he is family. Thank you again!

The staff was very nice. Although my dog Dobby was anxious they tried to make him feel better.

This is the best! I brought my dog Bella, and now I am bringing my two new pups. I knew how much she loved it, and I know Pip & Deuce will too.

So far so good! It feels a little odd that our pupp spent the day wondering around but she loves being around other dogs and I could definitely see why you wouldn’t want toys around. They do get a rest time but I have a feeling she didn’t take a break since you can’t help but crate them all in one room. But all that to say friendly staff that loves dogs and our pooch loves it.

This place was awesome and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I'll definitely bring my dogs back for daycare.

They did not give me all the information I needed went there and took dogs in heat, and they couldn't go play. Will not go back very inconsiderate front desk Help I asked her twice on phone also

Oh first view this place looks like a very nice place to bring your dog. I was considering bringing my dog here. But it isn’t very diverse. I have passed by this place a lot as I work in the plaza. I have not seen one female POC working here. You would think in this day and age they would be more diverse with who they employee. Very upsetting, As a POC I am very upset and will not bring my dog to a place that adds to the problem.

I was in Frys shopping center when i was approached by a young lady looking for an escapee from this faciliy.WHAT?!!! She said older brown lab one eye missing named Cubby. He apparently jumped the fence again.. WHAT?!!! Why wasnt pup supervised? Why isnt there a top to the outdoor area preventing things like this from happening. I noticed 2 people started walking the area one calling dogs name across a very busy Williamsfield Rd. I saw no vehicle dispatched to speed up the search. One of the searchers even stopped to sign for a Fed X pkg and another do an intake on another dog. Where is this facilities priorities and protocol. The merchant I was at said its not the first time its happened. Needless to say im discusted. If you value your pet keep it home. Id rather my pet be bored than deceased. Until these issues are resolved id stay far away from this place. I hope the owner of this dog reconsiders. My prayers for Cubby. Returning whole and hale. Update: Found his way home.

Great daycare! My boy Hunter loves going and they take great care of him. You can view them live on the live camers and they also have a couple events every months with fun things for the pups to enjoy!

Awesome Doggie Day Care or Boarding. I have new pet and wanted to socialize him in a safe place ( no dog parks). Friendly staff and they love their guests Thanks everyone. Buddy will be back monthly to play

I’ve taken my dog here since he was a puppy. It immediately helped his socialization and calm his anxiety with other dogs. I love how caring the staff is and how my dog enjoys every day he visits.

Dogtopia is clean and staff was kind. I was especially impressed with Dallas! She answered all our questions and even wrote a report card on how our girls first day went. We were very impressed that she went above and beyond to make our experience spectacular!

Had our 1st grooming on our doodles. She did a awesome job. She brushed their teeth. So nice to be able to take our girls to camp and grooming all in one. The staff is especially Nice and always happy to great you and your dogs.

A good way for a dog to socialize with other dogs

We had our puppy Balt who had nearly never been socialized with other dogs at Dogtopia recently. We have nothing but positive words to say about the staff and owners. They treated him with the utmost respect as if he was their dog. We watched nervously on the cameras like new parents watch over their baby. Lol. After a complete 4 days stay and countless hours of viewing, Balt was just at home in their care as with ours. We would recommend Dogtopia to anyone looking to board for a day or even a week or longer. We will definitely use their services many more time in the future. A+++++ OR 10* RATING

Our dog, Winston, loves his time at Dogtopia! The staff is always friendly and they treat our pup so well. Winston is ALWAYS excited to be there.

Absolutely horrible place to take your dogs... they don't train there employees enough to be around that many dogs... dont trust them. And no I will not be taking my poor review down. I was bitten by a dog here no one even asked if I was alright.

I adore this place. Started going here when my dog was attacked at another facility who then insisted they had no idea what dog attacked him to give me the owner's info (as Mesa law requires.) I no longer will take my dog anywhere else! I have seen the evaluation this place does, and if a dog seems like there could be an issue, they are honest with the owner about it. The owner of that dog might not like to bear it, but other places will just stick trouble dogs in kennels or will risk other dogs... This place cares way more about the dogs safety and happiness than about packing in a ton of clients whose dogs may not have been a good fit at the time. When I took my dog to Dogtopia, it was a whole different attitude. They never put the dogs in risky situations, they have cameras, they have padded floors, and at least one staff member is with them at all times. Also, they have a doggy potty area with fake grass and a new outside area, which I adore! My dog will hold it rather than go indoors during the day, and that's something I want him to remember. Bathroom is on grass or outside only! O facilities pack as many dogs in as they can and it gets me so anxious and worried for them... Dogtopia honestly has the dogs best interest at heart. In addition, they now offer handmade dog collars, that the staff use on their own dogs!
