Kingsmark Kennels Flagstaff, Arizona

Our American Staffy was cheerful and exhausted from fun after an overnight stay at Kingsmark Kennels! The staff aka "camp counselors" were welcoming and very courteous, and our dog clearly loved them, even jumping at the gate to "get back in" when we picked her up. We'll be back!

The best experience I’ve ever had with a dog boarding/ daycare facility. Everyone at Kingsmark is extremely friendly, well trained, and very passionate about what they do. Our dogs were so happy to have spent the day here. If you ever need a good place for your dogs to stay in Flagstaff, then this is the spot!

This was the first time we’ve kenneled our dog and it was such a great experience. The staff was friendly, the facility was clean, and it was obvious our pet loved her stay! We will definitely use Kingsmark in the future!

We have used Kingsmark kennels a few times now when we come up to Flagstaff - it’s easy to book a reservation, they are very responsive, friendly and my dog seems to enjoy it.

They saved our vacation! We were already scheduled to drop the dogs before we left for Disneyland and then our elderly dog got sick the day before we were going to leave. They were able to secure a private suite and still take her. They take great care of our dogs when whenever we go out of town.

I had such a great experience here. Everytime I drop my dog off she gets happier than feeding time. The staff always have a smile on their face and always tries their hardest to help accommodate me and are very understanding.

Love Kingsmark; the staff is great with our puppies. We travel and enjoy a non worry-some sense of security. Our experience has been extremely satisfactory.

We were very pleased with Kingsmark and so was our dog. In fact, our dog liked it so much, we weren't sure he was ready to come home! Very professional and their website makes it super easy to book a stay. Would highly recommend.

I wish I could give this place 100 stars! We needed last minute accommodations for our 16 (almost 17) year old dog who obviously has special needs for medication and physical limitations at this point in his life. Because we know time with him is so limited and he has good and bad days right now, I was so nervous about leaving him. But I felt 100% comfortable after my first call to Kingsmark Kennels. That continued when I got there and the staff was so kind, knowing our little man needed extra love and care. It really just meant a lot that they were all so sweet and understanding. We will definitely be bringing our other dog to Kingsmark Kennels when we travel to the area again. Kingsmark kennels is the best. Every single employee there is so friendly, even to the pups. I so love this place. I think my fur baby loves it too. This is a wonderful place. I felt terrible leaving my baby there. But they were so caring & inviting that my feeling bad went away real fast. I recommend this place highly, gear place, & staff is so friendly & caring. Keep up the great work kingsmark kennels.

My experience was poor and I have heard from a long time customer about a dog that had to have surgery after trying to jump the fence and almost went septic because the staff did not pay attention or notice the wound. I would seriously avoid.

This place is AMAZING!!! This is truly the best place in town to take your pets!! The staff treats my fur baby Yogi as if he were one of their own! My family and I am are very thankful for everyone there! Yogi sends hugs and kisses! ❤

Everyone at kingsmark were friendly and seemed to LOVE Morty. There was a little playground hiccup with Morty but the employees were HIGHLY communicative, kind, and caring with us, even after I picked him up. I feel like affordable and genuine dog care is hard to find. So this was a treat :)

I called last minute to board my 60lbs dog, they took her for the night, and offered a bathing service which I opted to pay for. My dog was returned to me smelling so good and she had lot of fun with the other dogs. They also emailed me a progress report on my dog's behavior. I really appreciated that as this was my dog's first time being boarded and away from me or a family member. She did very well and didn't seem distressed at all. I'm sure the staff were just as good to her as they were friendly with me. Thanks for taking care of my baby guys!

It's always a bit nerve wracking to leave my furry family members in the care of another. Overall they did well, but some issues: - The billing is a bit byzantine. Their website has a calculator but if, for example, all of a certain class of services has a 10% surcharge, why can't they just roll that into the list price? - Some of the other customers can be exceptionally rude if you don't know the way Kingsmark does things. So the pet care seems to be A+ and since that's the most important thing, I'd consider using them again, but I also might look elsewhere just in the hopes that I don't cross paths with the gestapo again.

My first time ever boarding a dog vs having a dog sitter at home. He loved it. He was there for a week while we were on vacation in Flagstaff. We did visit with our pup when we had time, and when it was time to go back he jumped out of the truck and ran to the front door. He was so excited to be there. I want to say a HUGE thank you to all the girls in the front that reassured me and showed our dog love. You made it so easy for me to board him and not worry. Thank you!!

Our two dogs, Hermione and Winston, love going to Kingsmark Kennels. The staff is super nice and they genuinely love caring for animals. The owner is great and is understanding of any concerns. Previously, we boarded our dogs at Kingsmark when passing through Flag. Now that we live nearby, I can’t imagine boarding our dogs anywhere else. The Instagram pics (funny memes) and doggie report cards are a nice bonus. :)
