Today I took CoCo and Oliver to Dorothy‘s canine groomers on fourth Street. And when I was paying the groomer came up to me and was like are you the owner of the blonde Cocker and I replied yes. she said she had a couple gnats on the bottom side of her ears and when I was brushing them it got pulled out and nicked her a little bit. I thought that was interesting because my entire life, I’ve had cocker spaniels and I’ve never had that happen but there was a lot going with other dogs and what not. so I paid and left. when I got into my truck and went to pet Coco, I saw with the groomer was saying a “tiny neck” from BRUSHING her hair was... when in fact it actually looks like she took a chunk out of her ear with clippers or scissors........ The groomer straight up lied to my face and try to cover it up..... very unprofessional...

I am so Disappointed on Dorothy's K9 Groming yesterday May 15. First of all they didn't even cut his fur right or hair however it sounds better IDK. Then second they didn't even have the nerve to tell me that they accidentally or purpose cut into his skin since they didn't say anything. I was really enjoying leaving him there well not anymore since they don't have the nerve to let you know something happen. That's what they did! ???? they also did something similar to my brothers dog but on his paws ????

Just went for a doggie nail trim. They do it as a walk in for 10 bucks. I'm not a huge fan of the Dremel style trim and that's what they use but my dog did well

It fast and easy i brought my little dog sadie to get her nails trimmed and glands done the lady was so nice and knew what she was doing definitely would go again

They are so helpful! I take my dog to get his nails trimmed and he is terrified but they are super gentle by the time he is done he is relaxed and happy thank you!!

Did a great job and the pricing was fabulous as well. Tipped an extra 5 because the price was low.

Great attention to detail... The best in town for our sweet goldens.

I had a scheduled appointment at 8:30am for my dog to get a bath and haircut, by 10:30 I went to check on her just to see that nothing had been done to her at all, and she had been in a crate for 2 hours. And they tried to charge me without anything being done to her. Then they tried telling me they were just getting ready to work on her and that they normally take 3-4 hours, I had to call them out and tell them I have been going there for over a year and they never take more than 2 hours. The last 3 appointments they got her haircut wrong. They have shown me they don’t care about my dog, or about keeping my business. So sad to see they stopped caring.

My dog was beautiful and happy. That's all I expect, and I got it.

Since the business got a new owner things are not the same.

Absolutely amazing place and we will be back. We took our Aussie mix (long hair, lots of hair) and the staff was helpful in choosing a package that would be best for us. They were incredibly kind in dealing with a high-energy pup who loves other dogs and hates the air blower. All around the best groomer we have been to yet, will go back 100%.

place is pretty new I was looking for a do it your self doggy wash so I called and found out it ain't but all ???? people are good people
