After a truly disappointing experience with the manager at Westside Veterinary Clinic, I called Coconino. Dr. Baker is just the sweetest and she truly understands the limitations that come with a fixed income like mine. I don't love her location (I live in Munds Park and this was quite the drive for me), but I'm happy to make the trip because Dr. Baker and her employees are nothing but kind and respectful.

Dr Carla baker and her team are amazing with the care concern and willing to take time to really ???? stem to what is going on with your furbabies..I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!

Coconino Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Baker are just the best. They are reliable, available, knowledgeable, and extremely affordable. As someone with rescue dogs who pop up with unexpected issues on the regular, it’s great to know that you don’t need to worry about super high vet costs on top of it. Dr. Baker always takes her time explaining exactly what is going on and giving you her professional opinion, and doesn’t rush you out of the office. You know that all of your questions and concerns will be attended to, and that you won’t be made to feel stupid or uninformed. They’re very fast about filling prescriptions and I’ve never had to wait more than three days for an appointment, even during COVID-19. I also really appreciate how straightforward she is, she’s going to give you the low down and not BS you or upsell you unnecessarily, especially if it’s bad news. She’s kind and optimistic, but she’ll also let you know in plain language what’s happening and what your realistic options are. I definitely recommend Coconino Veterinary!

Dr. Baker has been taken care of our two shitzu boys since they were born 9 years ago. I could not imagine taking them anywhere else. She has always been very honest, caring, and far too reasonable in her pricing for her services. I actually think she should charge a lot more! She has gone out of her way, and even changed her schedule, to take care of our dogs in an emergency and when they are in need. It's great to know there is someone who cares and loves our dogs as much as we do! I highly recommend dr. Baker and the entire staff at Coconino Veterinary Clinic!
