These folks are always BUSY but they take the time to help your babies. Open every day. On call for Emergencies. They've been terrific pre- during and post- COVID

Waste of time and money. Don’t act like you can do a job and do half the job and charge somebody for it. My dog had a mild hematoma that could have been drained with the help of us and the doctor but he chose not to let us help and brought him back with a bloody ear not cleaned up just so he could say he couldn’t do it and that it would be $800 to sedate him today ???? it’s pretty shallow that you have you come up with excuses to keep a business open???? do not spend your money here folks somebody else will actually care for you and your pet. The doctor couldn’t even come talk to me after he failed at the job, that tells me he didn’t even try.

This has been the family clinic of choice for several decades. Between horse, dog, and cat care, Aspen has always had excellent, professional, and knowledgeable staff.

We are from out of town and my dog got away in the woods/mountains when he went chasing after a deer. He was out in a snow storm for 11 hours before I found him. Aspen was able to fit me in the next day and examine my dog. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I left there with peace of mind knowing my dog was going to be OK.

Something changed here. Used to be a different place.

Love them! They have decent prices for bloodwork ultrasounds and office visits..and the female vet cried with me when we had to put her down!❤ I had to take my goat in today 12/1/21 and again they were awesome Dr.Ryan is a miracle worker!

We've been using Aspen for 27+ yrs to take care of all our animal care. We love them and have never had any reason to seek veterinary care anywhere else!

We were passing through town with our new pup and needed to make a last minute reservation. Aspen was able to squeeze us in and they were great. Dr Ryan was kind, helpful, and generous. If we lived in Flagstaff we would surely make this our veterinary home. Thx guys!

Very kind and loving with all my pets. I like that they would get my pets in for appointments within 3 days of a call instead a week to two like other vets I used to go to. Had an issue with one of the vets, he seemed like he didn't want to be there and rushed us out instead of fully looking at my dog. The next day my dog still had issues and we called them again and we were able to bring him in that same day and the vet that we usually have was able to see him and helped us out with no charge except for the medication since the issue was not fixed the first time. Come to find out the vet we saw first was a temp vet they were using from Phoenix and they decided not to use him again. Besides that issue they been great and I will continue to bring my pets to them. Side note: I have a friend who is a vet but she is in another state and I always ask if Aspen is doing what she would do and she would always agree with them unlike the other vet clinics I used to go to.

They were the ONLY vet in Flagstaff willing to see my dog, who hurt her foot pretty badly, right away. Right from check-in.. you know you’re in a good place! They are friendly, the clinic is clean and my appointment started on time. My dog is a bit of a crazy person and they took it all in stride. Dr Ryan and the vet tech Catherine are wonderful humans! I got the answers I needed and my dog was definitely well cared for!! They truly wanted to make her experience a good one. This is the vet to go to!

Other than the diagnosis these folks are just fine. Just wish that they would have given me the meds needed without running all kinds of extra tests. Can't afford them. We will try natural remedies that do not need a prescription.

We are new to town and needed a new vet. We were very impressed with the quality of service. The office staff was very friendly, and our vet was informative, professional and helpful. We plan to bring all our dogs here for life ! Ps this was our second vet to try in flag- as our first experience was not great. Such a relief to find this quality of care !

An emergency call to Aspen Vet on a Friday morning, and they squeezed my horse in. Dr. Warlick did an amazing job of sewing my gelding's face up when there wasn't any skin left to sew ! I can't thank them enough for taking such good care of him and taking the time on a busy day to fit us in! I highly recommend Aspen Vet.

We have only been going to Aspen since May but we have loved it, and so has Luna, our pitbull lab mix! The entire staff is friendly and extremely accommodating each and every time we go. It's a little bit of a drive because it is on the east side of town but so worth it. The staff here is amazing!

My quarter horse gelding had a colic attack that was detected around 8:00pm on a weekday. When my efforts to help him failed, I called Aspen around 10:30pm and requested emergency vet assistance. Dr. Joseph Kamper and his assistant, Rebecca, arrived as promised. They were both very professional, friendly, and had a great bedside manner. Dr. Kamper performed all the necessary diagnostics and provided me with continuing care instructions. By the time they left, my horse was stabilized and has recovered completely from a very frightning ordeal. Early the following morning, I received a call from Dr. Kamper checking to see how my boy was doing. I was very impressed with his followup! I would highly recommend Dr. Kamper.

I took my cat in late on monday night. The staff was wonderful. Treated my Trout gently and the doctor was great explaining lab & x-ray in detail. The cost was high, but gave discounts to range in my approved loan on spot. I highly give 100% well done job and recommend Dr. Toni Barnes and her team. Thank you so much! Trout is feeling better and he sent his thank you in his purrr ways. This post is actually for Veterinary Emergency & Specialty on Route 66.

My dear ten year old cat had an infected tail wound last night, and I called Aspen Vet Clinic for help. I was met with patience, care and quick service, as the tech and vet met me at 11pm and lovingly cared for my Tessa. From the time my dog was diagnosed with cancer almost ten years ago, I have always found the clinic to be warm, professional and ready to serve my pets and I. Highly recommend!!

I have been taking my cockatiel to Doctor Ryan for almost 2 years. He takes such good care of us always. He saved my daughter's dog a few years ago when he was attacked by a coyote. The staff is very efficient and so nice.

Office is very professional and staff were wearing masks. I like that you are in the exam room with your doctor and pet for the exam. Some clinics take your pet in the back and I don't like that at all. Also, staff seems genuinely to care about animals...not just a job. The doctor was personable , talks with people in the lobby and with clients. Best place I've been to in Flagstaff. Reasonable fees too.

Dr. Ryan was great! He was very compassionate and professional, took his time with us, explained everything well, and answered all of our questions. Would definitely recommend.
