Caring vets and office staff, easy check in and check out. Dr. Beck did a great job with Callie who doesn't like to go to the vet!!

Dr. Beck was thorough & caring, listened patiently to details of my kitty’s ailments. Professional & great bedside manner. Tech Julianne was sweet, kind & tender with caring for my fur-baby. However front desk Rosemarie seemed curt & impatient.

Very caring for my elder cats as they have begun to decline. Always helpful to recommend options that provide quality of life, never had any issues with them, and immediately obvious they truly love all the animals that come through.

The veterinarian staff is phenomenal, but the management?! Not so much. I received a letter from an collection agency stating that I had an outstanding bill from Ocotillo, but what’s so funny is I WAS ONCE AN EMPLOYEE, not ONCE did they reach out to notify me about the balance. Yes, of course I was aware I had to pay them some type of money but before I had left my account had read “0.00” and I told them to LET ME KNOW ONCE THEY UPDATED MY FILE I WOULD PAY WHAT THEY WERE DUE! Businesses have to at least attempt to notify the client before sending their account into collections. I asked Michelle ( hospital manager) her response was “ I was not going to track you down to let you know” I have notified their corporate office & I have yet to get a response. Today, I went to the clinic to get my W2 & Michelle refused to give it to me. The police were called to handle the situation. After much talk with the policeman they came to the conclusion that I had every right to receive my W-2. Long story short, this establishment does not care about their employees. A business is all construed on their employees! I put long hours into Ocotillo, & for them to down right disregard me as a client is HURTFUL! I’m sharing this info with you because if a business doesn’t care for their workers what are they really standing for?!? All Ocotillo had to do was notified me about the bill & I would of been more than happy to pay! It’s just how they have gone about doing business. Thank you!

Some of the Veterinarian's are great there, like Dr. Slama, Dr. Robsin, Dr. Piper & Dr. Beck are all amazing Veterinarian's. However the Technician's there are not the best. Lori, the assistant manager is absolutely horrible & does tend to mistreat animals when they're scared. Would not recommend unless you go to the doctors listed & ask to keep your pet away from Lori.

I recently visited and left my dog at this facility for a afternoon and I so impressed with the office staff as well as the day care staff.

I have a German shepard puppy. I have boarded him here since he was 5 months. I will go no where else. They are responsible, responsive and understanding. Great boarding.

Our 2 akitas, Kaya and Jack spent 16 days in boarding. The staff took amazing care of them and sent many text updates. My dogs played in the large yard often and received lots of love from the staff. We will definitely be boarding there again.

It was near-impossible to get my dogs seen at this clinic even though they were established here. We would wait over an hour for curbside pickup with our pets while lots of other people and their pets would move in and out of the building while we never got seen so we would have to leave. This happened twice. We would also call for urgent problems and they always seemed indifferent, had no openings, and told us to go somewhere else. It was frustrating having a vet that never had time for our animals so we had to find a new clinic.

I have two Great Danes and Ocotillo animal clinic is awesome! Even though my dogs are shy they have a way of making them feel comfortable and getting the exam done. Even though we moved recently I drive the hour because Ocotillo is the best.

It’s odd that every time I come here it’s over $200 dollars for a relatively healthy pet. It is the only place in the state of Arizona you are required to wear a mask?

The vet is knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions, very little wait time in the lobby too! The support staff is hit or miss. I’ve had rude vet assistants and very patient and kind ones. Completely depends on the day.

As with previous visits, the staff were very courteous and professional and friendly, and treated Casey, our Schnauzer family member with there usual friendly care. I never wish to have to take my personal friend to the vet, but when I do, it is nice to know that I can tale him to friendly professionals that will treat him with the same person,al interest and care that would. Great place. Patrick

Boarding facility team was fantastic. I got daily text updates and photos. My dogs were well taken care of. Front staff were super friendly and check our process was seamless. Thanks OAC!

We have been to Ocotillo Animal Clinic 4 times recently for various things for our Bulldog. We have had a positive experience each time. Dr Piper takes time to explain things m, offers suggestions and educates us. He is very thorough. The front staff is so very nice and always welcomes Kimbo (and his parents) I am confident he is receiving quality care and time. Are they cheap?? No.. but in my experience most services that deserve quality attention and time are not. We completely happy with the entire staff.

Ocotillo clinic and pet resort was very attentive by giving us an update on how our pets were doing during their 7 day stay. They included photos on 2 different days. They included an update on how their were responding to the staff, results from their play time and if they were eating well. Overall, we’re happy with pet resort service.

This is an excellent boarding place. Both times we have left our pet for boarding, they took the time to get to know his situation and make us and our dog feel comfortable. Our dog had a horrible experience at another boarding facility, and due to this, he does not trust new people and is on anxiety medication. Ocotillo Animal Clinic staff are excellent. We will continue to use them for boarding. Thank you for being so great!

Dr Piper was amazing! I recently got two puppies and they had really bad fleas and ticks. Although I had an appointment for a couple of weeks out to get the pups vaccinated, I called and asked if I could get flea/tick medication in the meantime. The front desk staff were all fantastic and they were able to squeeze us in that same evening! Once we saw Dr Piper, he was professional, straight to the point, and clearly very knowledgeable. We ended up getting a sample of the medication for free for both puppies! He also gave me some helpful information and tips regarding disease prevention and training for the puppies. Can’t say enough great things about Ocotillo Animal Clinic and Pet Resort!

The team at Ocotillo Animal Clinic is top notch, very friendly, and easy to work with. I appreciate their reaching out to make sure my dog stays on top of his vaccinations.

We recently adopted a kitten and were heading out on vacation. We searched friends, family, and facilities to watch our sweet guy while we were gone. Ocotillo Pet Resort was all we could find. My standards at this point were low. We filled out all the necessary paperwork and were all set to turn him over. I was thoroughly impressed with the set up they have for the cats. They get a window view of the lobby. They get to sit and watch every animal that comes in. Their little suits are a good size and I caught them letting cats out one at a time into the room with the caregivers. All the cats, especially mine, were so happy and content as I came in to pick up our little guy. I got a good report and could tell he had been loved. He will always go to Ocotillo when we need to board him.

Always the best service with caring staff! Everyone is friendly and helpful AND understanding.... My dogs are a bit rambunctious :)

Awesome doctor and staff …… my dog is uncontrollable even with e-collar …. They could handle him very well through out the check up ….. looking forward next week for grooming next week

Our puppy had spay surgery with Dr. Courtney Slama, and she and the Vet techs were all very thorough with pre and post op instructions, very responsive to questions, and gentle with our Labrador Retriever! Thanks you for an excellent experience!

Even though this was our second visit (first time was last year), this was my first time to meet with the vet. The visit felt impersonal and just another face in the crowd. Not sure how it is with everyone else but it's difficult for me to leave my fur-baby to a stranger. I left the vet visit feeling like a stranger.

Very positive experience. Dr. Beck was very attentive with our cat, and she also gave great advice and insight to keeping our kitty healthy. The staff is also so helpful, professional, and friendly. I’m looking forward to having our dog’s appointment at clinic. I’m only sorry I didn’t discover this place sooner.
