Don't believe the Vet cared what I wanted. Had his own agenda.

We have been taking our precious shih tzu to Dr Hudman since she was a puppy. She has always received excellent care and we never had to worry about the care she was receiving the several times we had to leave her in the clinic for long periods of time. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We went through numerous visits and 2 surgeries to remove her cancer. When the time came to put her to rest, Dr Hudman was very compassionate. Everybody treated our baby with the love and respect she deserved. Thank you!

We have had the good fortune of knowing Dr Hudman for 12 yrs. He connects with his patients and their people in ways only a picture can describe. He is extremely knowledgeable and compasionate. He is an excellent Doctor and an even better human being. Thank you Dr Hudman and staff for taking such great care of our 4 legged companions!

Kennel care is fantastic. I've taken my last 2 dogs here and will continue to do so as long as I have them. My current dog Biggie is deaf and has separation anxiety amongst other things. I was in a bind this morning and they were more than accomodating in boarding him for the day at last second notice. Biggie can be problematic, even after weeks of training, but once he calms down he's a very sweet dog. Thank you for your patience, reliability and friendliness today and everyday.

Got my pup groomed. Four stars because I dropped her off at 10 am and still hadn't gotten a call to pick up by 3 pm. I thought that was a long time for my dog to be there.

Staff was incredibly friendly! They were very good with all three of my cats, and I felt like they had both my cat's interests at heart and also an understanding that things can be expensive. I'm taking my kitten back for her booster shots next week

We love Kennel Care. We take our 2 dogs and 2 cats to KC exclusively. All of the vets are amazing. Dr Hudman is OG and OK. He took care of our little Winx with love and compassion. Dr. Herczegh is amazing. The front desk staff are caring and helpful. If you love your pet, Kennel Care will too!

My dog was seen by this clinic for a growth which needed to be removed. It started late 2020 and by Feb, it was finally removed. Although I was reassured by Dr H that the tumor was 99.8% benign, two weeks later, we were told it was cancer. About two months after the removal, I noticed another growth in the same area so I called the clinic. My calls were quickly dismissed as I was told Dr H was so busy, he could not see me and that he had a lot of other dogs to see. They said my note was on his desk along with many others. I kept calling for over two weeks, my mistake. When finally they scheduled another surgery to remove his entire ear. The ear was removed in May 2021. Due to the delay and lack of response the tumor is now back in the neck and is being removed. I never felt like such a bother to these people who I thought were caring animal lovers. There was no follow up at all. I would never recommend this vet. They are just too busy to care properly or manage their animals cases depending on severity. I have found great care now but the cancer is most likely difficult to cure. We are heartbroken.

I called to make an appointment to see Dr. H since she had treated my elderly cat for pancreatitis and was told that I could not be fit in for an appointment but that it sounded as though my cat “needed to be seen sooner rather than later” due to blood in her urine and I would receive a call back from Dr. H to discuss options. I received no phone call , I called again and explained I hadn’t received a call back from Dr. H. I was placed on hold and told once again that I would still be receiving a call back. One week to date and I never received a call back. Clearly Dr. H has no compassion or concern for her patients. It’s extremely disappointing and I would go elsewhere if you want a professional that truly cares about the well being of your animal.

This clinic does not take pride in providing high quality customer service. That’s something you could over look if you knew at least your pets were getting quality care, but evidently that is not the case. They took terrible x-rays and refuse to retake even with evidence that they are rushed, improperly positioned and not acceptable. After paying thousands of dollars, you would expect more professionalism and quality.

Ehhhhh.... Good and bad. I had a procedure done on a dog here, and was told while signing papers that it covered the procedure and ALL aftercare... The assistants told me to bring the dog in whenever he needed rebandaging. Then they charged me twice for rebandaging. Seems pretty petty for a 5 minute job, especially after a $1,000 procedure. So... If you use them, make sure you get any details like that in writing. Turned me off to using them in the future.

I have taken my cat there for 14 years. When I called last week to make an appointment for check up and grooming I was told my vet that took care of her left. I was also informed that the current groomer no longer grooms cats. Don't understand that as she was always put to sleep prior to grooming. What's the different between cat and dog ? I guess I need to find another vet.

Love Dr. Hudman! Have used this vet for over 15 years. There are closer vets, but none I trust more.

I brought my aging retriever mix baby Charlie in for his vaccinations and to have his nails trimmed. Charlie has extreme anxiety around people he doesn't know, even though this is his vet clinic, he's been a healthy boy and hasn't had reason to visit since last round of vaccines and we had kenneled him for a quick trip out of town when we couldn't get anyone to watch our pets. They've always been gentle with him, he an an accident while walking back and they were so kind and professional when dealing with it, I really appreciated it, I wanted to clean it up myself, but they were so sweet saying I can just care for my baby. I love Kennel Care, which is a full-service vet clinic, in addition to kennel service. We had our other dog Turbo neutered there when he was a young dog and they were so wonderful with him for that procedure as well. We've also kenneled both Turbo and Charlie there a couple times and we know they had great care provided to them, we were able to bring in our own dog food, treats, dog bed and toys and they have people on hand to walk the dogs throughout the weekend and care for any emergencies should they arrive. Trust your babies with Kennel Care, they really DO CARE!

This is by far the worst vet I have ever been to. Most businesses have at this point removed masks and reopened. They still will not let you enter the lobby with a mask and the phone number you call from the car rang busy for 10 minutes. The receptionist was very rude and if this is the way they treat a new customer I can only imagine how they treat the dogs. I would highly recommend avoiding this vet at all costs.

I am shocked with the experience I had from this office. I was referred as I am part of a French Bulldog group in Arizona. I have been a loyal customer at University Animal Hospital for over 30 years but I wanted my Frenchie to have a doctor whom understood this breed. My other dogs remained at University though. Dr Hudman was great so I referred my daughter to this clinic when her dog needed surgery since they are less expensive then University. Horrific experience to where I will never go back or refer anyone to this vets office. I will make sure everyone in my group is aware of how they did business, as well as any other pet owners. My daughters dogs stitches popped from a pretty large surgery and was told to bring the dog back in, she informed them she is far away but will come right away, they said before 5. She got there at 3PM and was told to leave it was to late. Really, she called before she left and was told to come in. I called and spoke with the office manager and he apologized for the miscommunication but to come back and they will keep her for the night and take care of the surgical sight. I asked him how much as I was assisting my daughter with this bill. He said that there would not be a charge. The office called my daughter today and informed her they could stitch her back up or put her on antibiotics and see if the skin will heal on its own. Of coarse the stitches was the best option since it was a large incision. Again, no one said it was going to cost for them to fix her stitches as the office manager said there no charge. Well, she went to pick up her dog at 4 and they said it was 400.00. She explained the office manager said there was not a charge. They said, no charge for the over night not the procedure. 400.00 for stitches that popped from their surgery? They said, you pay of we will keep your dog. I AM SO UPSET and others need to know as this office is referred a lot in my group, this is not okay at all! I would never very put anyone's dogs in this situation especially our Frenchie's who need that extra care at times.

Everyone at Kennel Care is amazing. Very happy, and loving to my "Charlie". And a special shout out to Dr. Hudman. Discussing Charlie's care with him is like talking to a life long friend. Someone who truly cares about her! And he always asks about the family! Who does that anymore. One big happy family. Makes me smile when I think about it. Thanks guys! You're all awesome! TJ
