My pup loves doggie day care and boarding here! The owner, Renee, is hands on and knows every pup by name. The staff does a great job and dogs are always supervised during play time. Very clean and safe. I highly recommend!

Our Lexi loves Heartstrings day care!!! She cries/whines all the way there she is so excited to see her friends.

Renée, the owner of Heartstrings pet resort and her staff always greet our dogs by name and they’re always super excited to go to Daycare when I bring them here, which tells me they’re really loving to our dogs. We have other daycare services in the valley that are 5 star that we use when Heartstrings is booked and whenever I drop them off they never are excited. They have Monday- Friday daycare with 6pm pick up which is fantastic if you’re on the other side of town during the day. It’s so hard to drop your pups off and trust they’re in good care all day and after being long time clients of Heartstrings I can honestly say I don’t mind dropping them off for daycare, they’re always happy there! The only thing that I believe they are missing is when you board your dog overnight there is no staff at the facility with them, which freaks me out, which I why we bring them to other places for overnight boarding, especially on long trips. They have also recently expanded and it’s great to see the dogs have so much more space. Thank you Heartstrings????

We are so picky with who we leave our dog with. LOVE this place. We bring him to doggy daycare. He loves going and comes home very happy. They listen carefully about your dog's needs and personality and they start your dog with a slow introduction so it's not overwhelming. We are VERY pleased!

We have been leaving our fur babies here for years. The entire staff is so caring and nurturing. We know they are in great hands and getting lots of love and attention. I wouldn't leave them anywhere else. Highly recommend Heartstrings.

We love Heartstrings and so does our dog. It's days of having playdates with new friends. The staff is wonderful and you can call to check on them anytime. We also love doing daycare. If I plan on having a busy day, I plan to take our pup here for the day. He comes home just as tired as me and at a reasonable price. Keep up the awesome job Heartstrings! If you decide to open a second location, south Gilbert!!! Please!

They were amazing with my fur baby while we went out of town for a wedding! It was her first time ever boarding so I was a little nervous. The staff assured me she would be in good hands! They asked lots of questions to ensure her their time there would be a good one. They post pictures on Facebook each day of all the babies during play time so you can check and see your baby! Upon picking her up, she was such a happy girl! Now I think shes missing the other pups! ❤

This is a great place to leave your pooches. I use them for daycare. Place is very clean and staff friendly.

Wow! My dog and I just love this place. They are great at putting the dogs with other dogs that match their personalities and my pup has made great friends. The owner and staff truly care about your dog and you. Even if you don't need actual day care I recommend you take your furbabies to Heartstrings for a puppy play day!

Awesome Staff, they truly care about your animals! Everyone works hard to fit you into your schedule, and find the best spots for your Dog. I don't think I could take my 3 anyplace else! Good work!
