Not sure they are open? have been calling them past 15 days and no responses to VM either.

I took my old (11 year old), heavy, double coated keeshond here yesterday. She hasn't been groomed since before Covid, and we tried to keep up, but her hair was a mess. She has also hurt her back leg, and cannot stand for long periods of time, so I was concerned about finding the right groomer. It couldn't have gone better. He was able to brush out all of her mats and we didn't have to shave her. Her fur is the softest its been in forever, and the best thing is that she is perfectly fine today - no limp or any pain so I know that he didn't push her to stand more than she could. It was probably a bit more than I've paid in the past, but I wanted to make sure I had a place that was willing to give my dog breaks if she needed them.

They do an awesome job with our 2 Australian Shepherds - and one of them is deaf.

Bronson is great. Worked well with our dogs and cleaned them up very nicely.

New ownership has caused the prices to rise a few dollars here and there, but it's overall a more uniform price across the board with dogs being divided into 4 weight groups Small: under 20 Medium: 20-50 Large: 50-80 Extra large: over 80lbs They have a cat bather who does cat nail trims but no longer off cat grooms. They've also been booked nearly a week out so make sure you call at least 2 days in advance of when you want to schedule your appointment or you may be in for a wait to get in.

I was going try out a new spa for my dog since it's only cross from my house. I called to ask anything available for today. The lady answered the phone was very ignorant didnt let me finish when I started to tell her what's kind of my dog....she cut me off saying....I dont have any availability today ....i didnt feel like welcome here and afraid my dog will get hurt like the previous views I have read. I guess I am not going to this place nor recommend to anyone I know .

We walked in today to inquire about getting one of our dogs hair trimmed and thinned for the summer heat. Immediately upon walking in we heard a woman screaming at a dog while the other woman was grooming a pet. I started to ask a question and we witnessed one of the ladies grabbing the dog by the ears and dragging him across the floor. I can’t imagine what kind of behavior takes place when customers aren’t present if they’ll treat the animals this way when we are present.

Did a really thorough, quality job of grooming our dog. We have found our go-to groomer.

Not very friendly:/ Lady seemed annoyed she had to put her phone down and get up to do a 15 min procedure. Didnt feel welcomed at all.

Owner is friendly and knowledgeable. She squeezed my cat in this morning for a lion cut after another groomer in Scottsdale messed up my morning appointment. Pampered Pet Spa treated my cat just like he was theirs and answered a lot of questions I had since this is the first time I’ve had my cat’s fur trimmed. They also have a mobile grooming service in case you’re like me and prefer not to drive to Chandler for your next pet grooming. Highly recommend!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO THIS PLACE , my dog was cut and bloody all over, run to the veterinary 7 stiches $217.00 on the top the owner told me that I have to pay extra for the cleaning of the bloody areas, $65 for the grooming and $100 for the clining. This place do no take any credit or check and refused to give a recipe I WILL NOT PAY ANYTHING AND WILL TAKE THEM TO COURT.

They obviously care about your pet and make sure the grooming is to your satisfaction !

I am a snowbird from Sun Lakes. If you are looking for a great spot to get the dog bathed and trimmed, I would recommend the Pampered Pet Spa. Young ladies that set me up with an appointment within minutes...dog was finished in 2 hours for less then $50. I am sorry I stiffed them on the tip but I didn't get a chance to see the dog before I paid..
