If I could give 0 stars I would, I brought my dog in for an itchy ear and assumed it was an ear infection. They barely swabbed his ear for the cytology report, and told me he had a mild bacteria infection and gave him steroids and told me to clean it for 2 weeks and bring him back in if it got worse. Well it did. The vet then blamed it on the food I was giving him, and had me buy a bag of “hypoallergenic” food. My dog refused to eat the food, so I tried to return the food but they wouldn’t let me and said “you may have to force him to eat it.” I’m sorry, but I’m not forcing my dog to eat food he doesn’t want. So I decided to take him in to another vet, and they put him under anesthesia to look deep in his ear. They found two horrible bacterial infections that were eating away at my dogs ear drums. He would have lost his hearing in a few weeks if I hadn’t taken him to another vet that actually looked into his ears. Horrible place if you actually care about your animals, and I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Best place to take a nervous dog. Dr Lim is so caring and professional. The whole staff is great!

I was really impressed. The staff is very friendly and professional. My dog is shy fearful and not good with strangers, but she let all the staff members, the receptionist, vet tech and doctor pet her. She wasn't thrilled, but it's the first contact she's had in years with someone outside our home. The vet took her time to make Molly feel comfortable.

Did read the Yelp reviews after the appointment. Had read the Google reviews beforehand and they were good. Anyway, it turned out good, real good. My dog needed to be put to sleep and chose this place because it is smaller and has one practitioner. Appreciated that the doctor performed the whole procedure in the exam room. It was an added plus to be in the room with my dog from beginning to end. Other veterinarians take the pet into another room and administer the initial injection. I have had seven other pets euthanized in different facilities and this was the best procedure, EVER. The doctor's quiet and gentle manner with my dog immediately put me and my husband at ease. The staff is very efficient as well. Funny thing is, I never knew the veterinarian's name but I will now remember.

Dr. Lim and her staff are simply the kindest, most professional, and caring staff one could hope to have for your four legged friends. I first met Dr. Lim, one of her nurses, and I believe her receptionist when I had one of my cats (a fifteen year old Persian) that needed to be euthanized. The three of them made me feel as if it were their own beloved animal being euthanized even though they had never seen me or my cat before. It was heart warming to be in the presence of three such hearts during a time of sadness. Since then, I have taken my sixteen year old Himalayan cat for a couple of problems and they are consistently kind, caring, professional and I have met other staff members that are cut from the same cloth. To put it simply, Dr. Lim and her staff truly care about you and your pet.

I took my kitten to Great Hearts Animal Hospital when I noticed she had an infection. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The prices for the appointment, testing, and appropriate prescriptions were reasonable. Dr. Lim and her staff were professional and polite to work with. Although COVID required special procedures, they made it easy to do a curbside check-in and pick up.

I am so unbelievably thankful for Dr. Lim and her staff. I have been taking my mastiff and Great Dane here since they were puppies and I have been nothing but impressed. My dogs absolutely love every staff member. Dr. Lim really takes her time to make sure she gets to know your pets, and never leaves a stone unturned. I am the most obsessive dog mom, and she is up to my standards for my puppies. They offer all treatment options and prices and never pressures you if you cannot afford it. Their number one priority is your pet. I’m so thankful for all the work they do here. Do not walk, run to GHAH you will not regret it!

I just had my first visit at GHAHC and it was amazing in every aspect. The staff at the front were kind, helpful, and offered great assistance as well as the BEST customer service I’ve had at any vet clinic. Additionally, Dr. Lim really took the time to get to know my dog and her past history and addressed every single thing, without rushing. I really appreciated the time she took to really be able to fully evaluate my pup and offer outstanding care. I did not feel that Dr. Lim was pushy about anything, and I loved the holistic recommendations for my dog. Did i mention that they even called me the next day to check if I have any more questions about anything? The service is the best I’ve ever experienced. She will now be my primary vet and I will most definitely recommend this place to anyone who asks, everything was incredible.

I just wanted to give a Shout out to Dr.Lim & Staff first for the Excellent Care that they Give Stanley he absolutly adores them and he is very Comfortable when we go there for his care they are very Patience Loving and gentle . and 'Thank you again for going above and beyond in locating Stanley's food!

Dr. Lim and her staff are incredible! They are considerate and kind. Dr. Lim always explains everythig and outlines the cost. She is a good listener. She is also open to non-traditional options for some treatments. Not all alternatives are good for your pet but she is willing to talk about it. They follow up after every visit and are genuinely interested in you and your PET. She takes care of our Jack Russell Lisa Marie. She loves them!

My dogs had amazing visits! It was such an easy transition on us once we found them! Everyone was pleasant to be around! Everyone in the office has been amazing with us. My dogs are all very different, so they have very different health issues to pay attention to, and personalities. Dr. Lim explained each one of their needs to me, and never once seemed rushed like she was watching the time instead of her patient. She goes over everything, and makes sure I am not left with any questions. She is amazing with my timid dog. From the moment we walked in, the entire clinic was amazing with easing his anxiety. Loved the staff, all of them are so friendly. The doctor took the time to listen and explained everything very well. Came up with a plan that we felt comfortable with. The front office person is wonderful and the nurse was great! They were able to get me in the same day when my regular vet could see us for a week. Looks like I have found myself a new vet. Pretty reasonable with the prices so far. I’m happy I found this place.

This office is so responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. My pup loves the vet, technicians and front office peeps! I recently had my pup in because he was sick. The office called the next day to see how he was doing and I know they truly cared!

I can’t tell you enough how wonderful, kind, and helpful Dr. Lim and her staff are! We are very lucky to have them care for our pets!

We have a crazy 83 lb dog who is afraid of everyone. Dr. Lim is the only vet who takes the time to calm his fears and let him adjust to the office. Everyone else has had to sedate him for him to get checked out. She's patient, calm, knowledgable and so helpful. We have used this office for about 2 years now and have never been treated better. She took great care of both our dogs. We appreciate having such a good vet and great experiences with the office.

Horrible horrible horrible to say the least, animal cruelty at it’s finest!

Dr. Lim is so kind and caring, treats each of our pets as individuals and remembers them all. Easy to make an appointment. Her staff is efficient and friendly. Highly recommend!!

Both the vet and the vet tech were very conscientious about things I said about my dog's behavior. They allowed the dog to get to know them before they did anything at all. They let me help them to perform the examination and allowed me to put on the muzzle so that they could take him to the back to draw blood. In the past, he has bitten vet techs who tried to draw blood from him. But apparently, he didn't this time because he came back with no muzzle on him!

This place sees my cats max and Maggie. Let me tell you the real truth of this shady animal hospital. My cat max was taken in due to possible ear fluid. When he got home that day he began to walk as if his equilibrium was off. His eyes have been dialed for almost a week. My cat doesn't respond to sound and is unable to jump on the couch. This is unlike my max who has always been strong and healthy. The actual doctor wont tell me or my family what is wrong with him. Now, as a pet owner that constitutes as unethical practice. I want answers and I will sue this facility for mistreating my cat, for not handling his condition properly, and not treating him properly medically. This is horrific! Do not take your animal here.
