Very professional and the staff was perfect!!

Dropped off our pets over the holiday break and when we picked them up it looked as if they hadn't been feed enough and their cage was a complete mess. I'm sure being in a strange place didn't help, but they seemed very distant for a couple of days before they came around once they were home.

1st visit here found them on Google. So nice about everything. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. It feels like a trusted family friend's business. I had a small wait but honestly that is becoming a common situation when businesses that care are trying to put your health first. My guinea pig got his nails trimmed and came out quickly. I may have to look into changing Vet????

We have always loved taking our girls here! Our oldest pup is 11 and we've always trusted Dr. B. Everyone working there is kind, caring, and helpful. We live 45 minutes from the clinic, but we know it's worth the drive. They truly love your animals and take care of them with love!

Thank you all for taking such good care of my mama's doggy during her final days!! She would be, and I am, grateful to all of you!

Phone call answered relatively quickly with “can I put you in a brief hold”. Over 15 minutes on hold is not brief. Extremely unprofessional.

Felt safe and taken care of. Was not thier priority to up sell me on a bunch of different tests. They put us ar ease and gave us some good advice on our sick pooch.

Dr.Benesh and his staff are wonderful, kind and caring. He is trustworthy and great! His staff has always been helpful whether we needed a regular appointment or an urgent matter. Thank you Dr. Benesh and staff.

Great experience, they separate dogs from cats to keep the animals calm. I had great service for my cat for a fair price and they fit me in with short notice. Will be my go to vet for a while.

This place is cute and quaint. I duno if they just hired people but they had a tendency to keep losing our paperwork or messing up our file. We used they're boarding service to board my cat for a brief weekend. I really wish i wouldve gotten more feedback like did he play with other kitties? Did he eat? Did he use the bathroom?? I feel like that could be a lot more caring or thought about. But it did the job and i knew my kitten was somewhere safe and being fed and looked after even though he was probably just in a room. I don't go here for vet services so I'm not sure how that goes but the boarding i will probably use again. It was affordable. I just hope they can keep their paperwork together the next time. The vet and staff were so wonderful and patient. They went above and beyond for my senior kitty to ensure her health. I would highly recommend them over and over again!

Hadn't been to ch. Small animal hospital for some years. Brought my new dog for exam. Test. & Boarding (white dog) the vet., Assistant, desk staff all super! Nice, clean office, dog happy after pickup. Will b back!♥️????????

The woman who checked us out was wonderful and asked for updates of our adoption However the dog We did adopt we fell in love with and has been a plus in our family however everything that they Disclosed about the dog was not true and it's been a slow journey on training the dog but we will get through this we do love our new edition And we will all grow together

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff..currently doing curbside type appts but are thorough with explaining any procedures and fees..vet himself comes to your car and updates you on your pet and gives full detailed report. Very professional. Pricing not too bad..my puppy is currently on what they call " the puppy plan" which includes all needed vaccines for puppy's nail trimming and vet check, at the end of the vaccine series they offer a 10% discount on spay or neuter procedure. Oh and heart deworming as well as fecal testing to ensure your puppy is healthy..the best part is they allow for you to pay half of the total of 380+ in two separate payments which is more than what most vets will do..Especially in times like these when everyone is a little short on cash but are doing the best they can to be responsible pet owners. Great little clinic!

This vet should have his licence revoked, he is incompetent and dishonest. Incompetent: Our dog has corneal dystrophy in one eye, he diagnosed it as conjunctivitis, which is totally unrelated. Dishonest: We asked for a package of dewormer, he gave us Tri-Heart Plus. We did research online and found that product to have been recalled. When we called his office, we were told cattily that we consulted Dr. Google and had no basis for a refund. Stay clear of this vet!

Dr. B became our dog Bruce's vet when we moved here 5 years ago and he took care of him throughout his senior years all the way to the end. He was always very pleasant to us, kind, and considerate and compassionate towards our fur baby. He did all of Bruce's dental work, bloodwork, and took care of his heart murmur and pain as he aged. The staff boarded him when we vacationed. We always knew he was in the best hands possible and we will forever be grateful.

My mom taught me ,if you cant say anything nice, dont say anything at all.

I no longer have a pet, but this clinic took excellent care of my pet AND me until my border collie was too sick to continue. Nothing but good things to say about the doc and staff.

On let me say.."Take your furry babies here!!!" Our neww little doggie started to limp. Was so worried & after numerous calls everywhere, Chandler Small Animal Clinic listened to our concerns. Allowed time for our special situation(Service Dog in training) &we got an appointment. Met with staff at our car (due to pandemic) they were all so kind. You can see they love what they do! Dr. B he is amazing ????????kind and funny. Is not out for your purse or wallet. I gave him permission to do whatever he felt was needed. Multiple X-rays ect. He decided none were needed and gave us great feedback on our puppy. They have a wonderful puppy plan too! Thank you Chandler Small Animal Clinic for taking amazing care of little Koda ???? Hugs to each and everyone of you!

Doctor is Old school and very nice , Dark hair young girl was not very good On phone or in person and mixed up my prescriptions,I don't think she knew what she was talking about,But a older lady with glasses took care of it on phone and was very nice and professional in person

An absolutely amazing place that was direct, followed up with my pet, and were professional every step of the way!

Dr B is just the greatest. Has always taken great, compassionate care of all our dogs over our 30 plus years in Chandler. Would highly recommend Chandler Small Animal Clinic.
