The fish are over priced. The employees have no clue what the live plants are when asked..I've been there twice, each time, same girl who helped us always has food or candy in her mouth.

My husband and I are here on a weekly basis to check out salt water levels. The Staff is nothing but helpful. I don’t remember her name but one of the workers whose blonde and petite always greets us with a smile and treats us so nice ! Another thing I love is that they take care of the fish, and how clean all the tanks are. Compared to other spots we have gone to, they stand out. Recommend checking this place out

This particular fish door is also a pickup for wish that order things out there sometimes and I didn't know that the men explain to me how they just get down there and help me get my stuff picked up and he was very nice we did it together

Love this fish store!! Its very well kept.. Staff are all very nice and very knowledgeable!! If they don't have something you need they will order it for you...Great place !!! 5 stars

Whenever I come into the store for things and ask questions the staff is always very responsive an helpful. I called about advice on a product I purchased from this store an I could tell the employee went and located the exact product to help me out. As not all hobbyists use the same products. He still knew what he was talking about an his information made me a lot more comfortable with what I was doing.

Amazing service and healthy fish and a great selection. Definitely recommend for salt and freshwater needs.

Nice clean store with friendly employees. Not sure about quality of salt water merchandise including live salt water critters due to frequently going to this establishment to pick up on line orders from wish and not purchasing anything.

This store is very unique.They probably have the best saltwater selection in the valley.Some of the aquarium tech’s are great when things get real and their also very competent too .The store staff is very patient and very knowledgeable.

What an amazing place! The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Their store is incredibly clean and the aquariums are some of the cleanest I've ever seen. The staff was patient with all 10,000 questions I asked. They love what they do and it shows. I shopped around the valley before stopping here, and I don't plan to go anywhere else moving forward. I can't recommend them enough. They've earned a lifelong customer.

Would give 5 stars but some of y'all's employees need to be educated on aquatic arts . Pay more attention to customers instead of cleaning an empty tank. Was gonna buy 4 of the puffers but y'all kept walking by even tho I was asking about them then went on and said I wanted some. Trash store Petco is better???????? **Edit and response** yeah sure I'm not talking about them needing education they were great but could've told someone hey that guy wants a puffer give him a hand.***

This place is great, the fish are so happy and the tanks are clean and beautiful. It also doesn't smell like an aquarium. The staff are really helpful and knowledgeable.

Great store with amazing staff. All employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. All corals and fish are very healthy. I have had corals and fish from them for years and they are all still alive and thriving. Julia Werb, you are giving an amazing store a bad review because you want a private business to enforce rules that you believe, but the owners, employees, a majority of their customers, and many doctors know to not work? Your health issues are your responsibility and no one else’s. I’m sorry that you have an irrational fear of something that is known to not be as bad as you are trying to make it out to be, but you shouldn’t be leaving a bad review of a store and potentially putting employees out of work and their families into a bad financial situation. With that being said, if you do not feel safe going into a store for that reason, you should just stay home. There are plenty of online retailers that sell all the fish supplies, equipment, and livestock that you may want and need. I hope with all the information that has come to light and been proven true, as well as all the false narratives that you have been trying to push makes you feel horrible about leaving such an undeserved bad review of a great store. This last paragraph is also directed to the others that have given bad reviews over their PERSONAL BELIEFS. I have worked everyday since this "global pandemic" has started, myself and almost everyone of the 6,000+ people that work on the site have not gotten sick at all. If you want to give a poor review on customer service, livestock, or equipment I would understand, but giving a poor review based on a privately owned business not believing the same things as you is very shameful and shows a lot about your character. Artistic Aquariums and just about every other business will be doing great by not having selfish customers like you guys shopping in their stores.

What an amazing place! The staff know so much about fish, and I've went there and have purchased QUITE a few guppies from the place! I got such healthy plants from here that are thriving as of now! If you're going anywhere to get fish or plants, or whatever you need for a tank, I'd refer you to this place in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for the great service, and you can expect me to be a recurring customer for a while! (UPDATE: 04/24/2021) The owner is such a nice guy, and was such a helpful person in today's anniversary sale! What an amazing store, where you can go in for one thing and end up coming out with 20! I went in for some female guppies, and came out with their newest strain of guppies, the Mosaic Blue guppy!

New place lots of good stuff for your home

Been going to this store almost 2-3x's a week for almost a year now. The staff knows what they are doing and I always get the best reefering supplies here. If you live in the east valley and you love all things aquarium/fish/coral/saltwater//freshwater you probably have been here already. Thanks guys!
