Staff is very friendly and acknowledges you from start to finish. Couldn't say anything negative, appreciate their positivity, it doesn't go unnoticed!

Took our dog in assuming she needed an expensive surgical procedure, we're happy to find that she did not. The staff was helpful and efficient, the Dr. explained our options very well. The fees were very reasonable and they were understanding of our dogs need to be muzzled.

Wonderful, caring animal clinic! After a couple horrible experiences, a horrible morning and waiting over a week for my puppy to be seen only to be cancelled I called your office and the women I walked to was like a breath of fresh air! She was kind, listened to my concerns, seemed genuinely concerned about my puppy and got us in to be seen the very same day! Your office was clean with staff who were happy, friendly and responsive! When we went to the exam room, it was clean and the tech who took our information was friendly, thorough and did not make us feel rushed at all! After getting us in for an appt the same day she apologized to us for us having to wait for the vet to finish an emergency surgery and offered us water! I expected to have to wait for awhile but the doctor came in very shortly after! My puppy is a rescue puppy so he was terrified even as he wagged his tail and Dr Jade Lanier and her assistant handled him with such patience and gentleness❤️ She did a full exam and gave her recommendations for follow up which were spot on to what I expected would be the case (we suspected ACL tear or subluxating patella). She then was extremely patient answering many questions I had about food, medicine, treats, etc. Not once did she make me feel like I was inconveniencing her and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Charges were very reasonable and Dr Lanier could have performed X-rays which would have cost more but she knew the Ortho would want their own X-rays so saved us paying for two sets and putting our puppy through it two times! It is rare in healthcare (people or animal) to find the combination of someone who has great bedside manner and genuinely cares AND who is really good at what they do and you have accomplished that here with your office! My first experience was ok. Staff were helpful and friendly. I have 3 stars, because of their time management. I had an appt and wasn't prepared to wait over an hour, before seeing a vet. I have my own business and had appts after, so I felt stressed for time. I don't run late for my clients, so I almost rescheduled. But once Dr Karen came in it was smooth and she was very friendly and great with my puppy! In the future I will be aware of the possibility, they may be behind schedule and not plan anything after. *I also got the puppy plan which was very affordable for all that it covers. And the cost of visit with my referral was great!

I brought my dog "Southside" to the clinic right before Christmas. He was very ill and unable to keep Any food up, and upon arrival they told me that his vitals we're stable, but would require some rehydration and treatment. 3 hours later they called to inform me that I wasn't going to be approved by the care credit and that I needed to come pick him up. When I showed up to pick him up the vet sat down to inform me of his condition and his release instructions just to be interrupted by a phone call and he informed me that my dog had passed away . I'd warn everyone to nott trust these people with your babies. They are cold and unprofessional

A solid initial visit for a checkup and shots for 2 little doggies. Nothing amazing but zero complaints. Would recommend.

The Arizona Avenue Animal Clinic has taken care of our family pets for the last thirty years, so we feel very qualified to give them a review. Dr.Mike and the entire staff are the most professional, humane and kind group of people we have ever been lucky enough to find. Thanks to their efforts all of our pets have lived long healthy lives;. Our last pet was a Maine Coone cat named Chuckie; Dr. Mike and the staff helped this amazing cat live 23 years. After our cat died the whole staff sent us a beautiful condolence card that really showed us that they understood our loss and shared our grief. Their kindness was truly touching. Recently our family adopted a rescued dog from a local organization. The very first call we made was to Dr. Mike and the crew at the clinic. Now we feel better about our little dog having the very best, the very healthiest life possible. You will not find better care for your pet than the care provided by the Arizona Animal Clinic.

I went to this vet twice, once for a vaccination and the second time for a health certificate so I could fly with my pet. I had a poor experience both times. For the vaccination, I waited 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment and then the vet came in and did a 3 minute physical examination, which I did not ask for and for which I was charged $50. When I called the office to let them know and ask for a refund on the exam, they told me they would get back to me, but they never did. When I took my cat in for the health certificate, my appointment was cancelled without them notifying me (the vet was kind enough to book me in the same day) and the health certificate put me back $120, which is about twice of what I paid at another vet for the same service. In short, this clinic is very expensive and communicates exceptionally poorly. I would not recommend it.

I trust Dr Christina with my little boy dusty's wellbeing and care, nuff said! My recent experience was very good and helped dusty a lot our most recent visit was very, we called in the morning and went in at 2pm, he got his allergy shot and we were out in 25 to 30 minutes. Very nice!

From scheduling all the way to check out amazing service! My normally skiddish fur baby did amazing here, and that’s more than enough for me. Any vet needs this will be our go to! Can’t thank this team enough ❤️

First in-person appointment and couldn't be more pleased. So kind and professional. You can tell they love what they do and treated our mini schnauzer like a king. He even got a treat from being a good boy!

I love it here. We moved here from Ocotillo Animal clinic and can't be happier. They are so kind to our pets and will always walk us through any health problems they have. They've always taken great care of all 3 of our animals despite how busy things are. They also walk us through the prices and treatments so we know what is going on. I love this clinic

I love that I can schedule appointments online. The staff is welcoming and kind. Dr Jade is awesome. She never rushes thru the visit and asks lots of questions. I feel like they really care about the health of my boy. .

Dr.Mike was awesome and very thorough with his exam on my older anxious dog. He took great care of her. We have been here many times and have seen several of the vets . Would definitely recommend this place for all your animal needs!

I needed to have a pet seen and evaluated quickly and they were able to accommodate me within hours! My dog received comprehensive care and treatment that same day! Highly recommend!

Slow wait time both times I've gone. Today there's nobody there in the waiting room, yet it took me 25 minutes to even get into my appointment and I was 5 mins early. I feel betrayed because they gave one of my cats a year long vaccine and the other a 3 week. They did not say I'd also need another exam (which they charge for). I come back for my 3 week booster vaccine and I reminded them I don't need an exam since I was just here, yet they do it anyways and there goes another wasted $50 all for them to check the ears and teeth on an already healthy cat. It makes sense to do that, by why charge if they were just seen? Sounds like a money scheme to me. Also last time I was charged a parvo vaccine for my cat. Parvo is for dogs. This company has dogs running the billing area. Paid about $375 for 2 cats to have an exam and vaccines. I had high hopes for this place based on reviews, but sadly I didn't get the wonderful experience most people did. Your money can be spent elsewhere for better care. I will say the vets are all very friendly and helpful so the extra star goes out to them. But I don't think it's good business to wrongly charge your patients.

I have been going to Dr Mike for about 20 years. My most recent visit was with Dr Christina and I was very pleased with the attention she showed to my little dog. I highly recommend Arizona Animal Clinic.

I needed a veterinarian opinion for my cat and since I don't see one it was difficult to get an appointment at other places. They took my cat as a drop off and called me when they had checked on it, quite fast actually and gave me a full report.

They take great care of my cat Angel. Dr. Jade is best. Staff are always friendly.

Squeezed me in at last minute, did a complete and thorough checkup, told my dog he's pretty. What more could you want?

I absolutely love this place! Dr. Gardetto cares so much and seems to know what he is doing. My dogs are everything to me and if they are treated like dogs I go somewhere else. They are people to me and my only family. This office treats them with care love and respect! I wouldn't have that any other way. I am forever grateful and we will be lifers!
