I have been here 2 times now and both were a terrible experience. I NEVER leave reviews but this is horrible!! Took my pup in for a nail trim and this is how I got her back. Not a word from the groomers as to what happen. Called and told the owner and she said she was by herself in the back so its not from another dog. If you cut someones dog like that or they feel you can’t complete the job because the dog is difficult stop and let the owner know. My guess is they got her with the nail trimmers and then acted like nothing ever happen. I am so upset my poor dog I heard her back there and just thought she was freaking out because she was scared. Now I know it was because she was hurt!! Hopefully this heals up and doesn’t get infected.

NEVER bring your pet here. They severly wounded our cat and took no responsibility. What started as a $60 grooming became an almost $5,000 surgical procedure to save his life due to their negligence and mistreatment. DO NOT come here. Added response to the owner's return comment: The owner wants to say this was not her fault and accuse us of blackmail but our cat was healthy when he was dropped off. They DO NOT carry liability insurance - she said so outloud herself. She told us originally that this was their responsibily and would contact the hospital to set up payment arrangements for the damages done. She never did. She has time to respond to a google review but can't call the hospital back when they asked her to. Does she really care about animals? All she cares about is the bottom line. The pictures tell the truth, as do the other MULTIPLE google and yelp reviews and pictures of other animals who have been injured by your establishment over the years. We can't all be wrong. This is no scam or blackmail. Truthful information provided to the community to prevent their pets from being hurt as badly as ours was, is not blackmail. Deflecting and not taking responsibility as a business owner to a customer who had paid for a service and had damages occur is the true injustice here.

Place was filthy, smelled horrible, took over 6 hours to do 3 small dogs. Also requested Oscar to do all 3 grooms and he didn't do one. Grooms where bad too!! Wont be returning :(

Not bad just smelled real bad took my puppy in to get his nails trimmed rather pay $6 instead of $15 at my vet. Will go again

My Yorkie was cut and is scared. The hair cur was uneven also. Will not go back!

Always get a quick appointment and wonderful service for my older dog.

(Excuse the photo, my dog was already getting seed pods stuck on her from my back yard).They did a great job on my dog, they charge the least amount I've ever paid and my dog seemed cheerful when I picked her up but not franti , which I think is a sign she was well treated. They seem to really love animals and have great customer service.

My experiences at Smoochie Poochie have been great!!! Oscar does an outstandingly job in my Bichon-poodle mix.

The place always smells heavily of urine first of all. Second, they cut the quicks on my 12 yr lab & she was bleeding. She already had issues with her paws being touched but now she's way worse. I even told them she had very sensitive paws. I know it happens but the guy that did her nails acted like it was no big deal.

First time I went in was today. The day of the appointment. It smelled very bad. I should have left. My instructions were not followed. I wasn't charged but now my baby doesn't look the same. Terrible job. Will never go back.

My Chihuahua , Rosa, and my granddog Poppy,get their nails done at Smoochie Poochie . Oscar does them , he is the only one that can . They can be difficult sometimes, but Oscar gets them done quickly and the pups love him . Smoochie Poochie and Oscar are the best . (he even does our guinea pig )

They took very good care of my cat she seemed to do well I will definitely take her back,I took my cat back they put the wrong cat in my carrying case luckily I checked before I drove off also I wanted her trimmed like a lion trim looked nice and I also wanted her bathed I don't think she got one hesitating to take her back.

Went with a friend who took her cat to get furrballs removed. They did a good job and pretty fast too. Talked with the owner for a bit . Feels like a nice place.

Its cleaned up alot and feels better. Good haircuts and nail clipping. Price is fair.
