By far the BEST groomer I have ever been to! I have a nervous pup who hates getting her nails done. The staff here went above and beyond for us. They gave me tips and tricks to help my pup get better with her nails and made us feel very welcomed! I will not take my dog anywhere other than Groomingdales K9 Design!

Fabulous job, my dog looked great, smelled great, and pranced around quite happy. He didn't come out looking stressed or nervous in any way. It was well worth the fee. Sadly enough we are moving wish we could take them with us. Even as a first time customer I felt very valued. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would go ridiculously higher.

Convenient, communicative and professional. Really glad I tried them out, gentle and great with my nervous pup offered some helpful advice and drop off/pick up was simple and convenient.

They charged 40.00 for a bath and nail trimming. Quite high for not doing the complete grooming. They were very nice, but couldn't complete the job they were hired to do. First groomer ever that ever said they couldn't complete the grooming. You were notified of his history and the abuse he endured when Texas Star Rescue found him on the streets. You were Well informed about his age and his background. He is old and I guess I assumed you were a professional groomer that knew how to handle a older dog that had endured years of abuse before I adopted him. You were also advised that he was hard of hearing and almost blind. No groomer has ever told me the things you are saying below.

Update: Had to dock down 3 stars. My dog got an ear infection soon after his appointment at Groomingdale's. :( Since I haven't been taking him swimming or bathe him, I'm guessing there must have moisture trapped in his ear from the appointment and not dried properly. I know that my dog got nervous about the blow dryer being near his face (but then again, who enjoys a getting warm air blown in their face? Lol) so I'm guessing they might not have dried his ears properly for that but I don't think this is a good reason to not properly dry a dog's ear because they could have towel-dried and checked the inside of his ears. I still think Groomingdale's is good and their service was amazing but it was a bummer to find out about his ear infection and had to go to the vets to get medication for him. It was my dog's first time at a groomers and they did such an amazing job! They sent me text reminders on my appointment and updates on when I could pick him. He looks so beautiful and was happy to be there. My dog has sensitive skin and they were very accommodating and used the shampoo and conditioner I brought in. Thank you so much Groomingdales for doing an amazing job!

Took my lil pup for his first ever groom and he looks soooo handsome. They took their time and did a great job.

My husky had an urgent medical condition crop up in the middle of her grooming. They notified me right away so I could get her to the vet immediately and took great care of my samoyed while the husky was at the vet. I'm so thankful to them and I'm pretty sure my Sammy was 10 pounds lighter with all the fur they got out of her coat.
