I love this office! Covid precautions, and very friendly folks. They treated our new kitty as though she was their kitty. Very happy to make Woodstock Veterinary Hospital our new regular vet.

Awesome Veterinarian. Dr Bustelo and Dr Salazar have been caring for our dogs for over 10 years. 10 dogs in all.

Today was my first experience with Woodstock Veterinary Hospital - taking our 9 week old pup. I was blown away by the exceptional service, even with Covid protocols in place. Dr. Bustello took his time to explain nutrition, vaccines and even training techniques. He was very caring and I felt comfortable asking questions. See the photo below: our breeder recommended a supplement and they made affiliate income on the sales. It turns out to have a deadly primary ingredient. I’m so glad the doctor pointed that out to me. I highly recommend their team & I’m looking forward to more trusted visits with them.

My baby girl got into a fight and needed emergency care. Not only did they see her same day but the doctor himself took the time to come out during his busy clinic to discuss her care and treatment plan. Everyone on staff was super sweet and when they called to let me know she was out of surgery they gave me a full report on her status. I cannot recommend them enough❤

I am a fairly new cat parent. Woodstock Vet. is wonderful. Very thorough. And the Dr. takes time to explain everything that's going on and what they've done. They will also make recommendations for tests and treatments that could benefit your pet according to their age and history. Very friendly too.

Amazing! Every person at this facility truly cares about the health of your pet. Customer service is top notch. The doctors communicate well with each other so if you don't see the same one, the other one knows exactly what is going on. They will call you to check up on the pet. During Covid-19, I have to stay in the car while they take the pet inside and they reassure you that everything will be ok while you are separated. Very glad to have found this place for the health of my two cats.

Absolutely the finest vets and staff I’ve ever used. They found the source of the ongoing problem that was plaguing my cat for years. Woodstock Veterinary Hospital is outstanding.

I now need to give my dog fluids every other day, and it was too stressful to do it at home. I made some calls and found Woodstock veterinarian hospital had no issues whatsoever -- "Bring her in we will take care of her" and they did just that! The entire staff is willing to take the time to explain any and everything to you. The doctor spent a good amount of time with me explaining how we should proceed forward to make my fur baby's life better. After my 1st visit I had a question when I got home so I called back .. get this HE (the vet) answered the phone, in this day and age when do you ever get the Dr straight away! A VERY HANDS ON PLACE TO TAKE YOUR ANIMALS ❤️

Took my Boston Terrier in yesterday for his annual exam and vaccinations. This was my first time here (outside of boarding him one time) and my dog has been having some skin issues lately with itching. Dr. Bustello took the time to listen to my concerns, be very thorough in his examination and explain the possible causes to me. I love that he took extra time to explain what could be causing the issue and how we should go about handling and treating it. I feel confident that we will get to treating the root of the problem and not just treat the symptoms of it. I am so glad I found this office and I highly recommend them!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They all seem very well educated and seem to really like the animals. Its just pretty pricey.

Dr. Bustelo is the kind of veterinary doctor that has that small-town family vet feeling that is rare in today's pet health. Dr. Bustelo cared for our beloved boxers, Delila and Dakota, as if they were his own. They both had some serious health issues, and Dr. Bustelo spent a lot of time researching what to do, looking for medications and treatments, and teaching us how to care for our babies. On multiple occasions he and his staff were available to us during off-hours when we needed them the most! Their amazing staff are professional and compassionate. Pricing is fair. Both Dr. Bustelo and Dr. Salazar are knowledgeable, excellent caregivers for your pets and family! Highly recommend!

My experience bringing Macy in today for a booster and ear check was not pleasant in any way. I was told we would have curbside treatment with a tent outdoors. Then I was told the tent was taken down due to rain, and it was not raining when I was there. My pet doesn't like going to the Vet, and it should have been expected that she can be hyper because she was the last time I brought her there. She is very protective of me, and was not happy having to get out of the car without me. However, I told the staff member that I have a knee injury and was assured that they could handle everything. The lady who initially helped me was kind. I suggested a muzzle and she brought one out which I put on Macy. But then we waited in the car for another 15 minutes before the lady came back out. The doctor told me to tighten the muzzle and it was already tight. I did not go inside because of my injury, hoping that they would see what shot she needed as Macy is due for one of her shots. The doctor asked "what shot?" This was not my question to answer. If you had proper records/chart, you would see what shot(s) Macy was due. I had hoped to have her ears checked and have her get the booster she is due for. I told the doctor that you sent me a postcard saying Macy was due for her booster shot and he said where's the postcard? I didn't have it in the car with me. The doctor told me he gave her medicine for her ears, but he was very hostile with me for unknown reasons. He told me I need to find out why Macy has an ear infection. Good heavens, I thought that's YOUR JOB. Macy was there last fall and was treated for yeast in her ears. The doctor argued with me when I told him that Macy has no fleas. She doesn't. She never scratches or bites herself. I realize all dogs need flea treatment, especially as the weather warms up, but the doctor was very rude when I said she has no fleas. It was very difficult bringing Macy today because of the time we had to wait, and the attitude of the doctor. However, YOUR OFFICE should expect to see animals just like Macy, for heaven's sake, she's a bird dog lab, and she's not vicious in any way. When I was in your office last year and it was time to put Macy on the scale, I was told to get her up on it, and that was also NOT MY job. I did not appreciate the hostility today when I came to your office to get help for Macy's ear situation. If I knew what was causing it, I would have treated it myself. I'm not a doctor. Coming to you for help today was a mistake because I expected to at least be treated with some level of respect with my pet.

Our dog got very sick and we were referred here from another vet. We got in right away and addressed the problem and treated him accordingly. Everyone there was really nice and very caring. I would highly recommend.

Very pleased with the intake exam my 17 y.o. cat had by Dr. Salazar. They were also able to see my cat the day I called.

The staff here have always gone above and beyond anything I've needed them to do. Last week, my senior dog (13 years old) had an episode that concerned me so I took her in. They explained to me what the possible diagnoses was and ran several tests. I got one of the most painful results of my life: Heart Failure. Dr. Bustelo, Dr. Salazar, and Lori were very kind and patient and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand and called several times to check in. Several days later, I sent them a text before 8am letting them know that Daisy had taken a turn for the worst over night and Dr. Bustelo responded immediately that he had 2 prescriptions ready for me to pick up immediately. Wow! What an impressive response time- the clinic wasn't even open yet! When I arrived to pick up the medications, Dr. B made sure to explain them to me in extreme detail and made sure I knew what to expect in the coming days. I'm heartbroken to say that Daisy didn't make it for me to give her the medications, and I'm devastated; however, Dr. B called me several times to check in on me afterwards and when I went back to return the medicine, Dr. B and Lori met me outside and gave me a hug. You could tell they were carrying my pain with them as well. Their knowledge, compassion, and responsiveness can't be beat. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to them!
