This place (all locations) has the most friendliest, accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable, affordable, and the list goes on and on. I will always choose Thrive for all my veterinarian needs. My baby, Mocha was in and out in no time and that was with us being 15 minutes late. Thanks guys!!

This clinic is simply amazing! I cannot thank the entire staff enough for their assistance. I was in a difficult place with an injured pet, and I knew it needed medical attention and antibiotics ... but the larger clinics in the area couldn't get him scheduled for several days. I knew a little about Thrive, but wasn't aware of the vets services they offered. I'm so grateful to the staff for taking of my little buddy. My cat needed an infected wound to be cleaned and treated, so they took of that quickly. He also needed a rabies vaccination, antibiotics, and pain meds ... which normally cost several hundred dollars. The staff at Thrive provided an office visit, a head to tail exam, addressed the wound, rabies vaccination, antibiotic shot, and pain meds for a cost less than $75. Just an office visit alone at some of the bigger clinics cost more than my total bill. My boy received a quality trip to the vet ... regardless of the lower prices. . I know a lot of pet owners are loyal to their veterinarian ... which I completely understand. But the next you have to take your best friend to see a vet, you should consider trying Thrive.

Great veterinarian doctors and techs. They take great care of our dogs. They are extremely responsive. Even our skittish dog easily goes with them. Current special COVID measures which is easily navigated and ensures the best safety possible for pets and staff / owners. They also don't perform unnecessary test, go for the most expensive treatments and make great quality nut economical recommendations whenever possible. Great price savings without sacrificing quality.

When the last day of your pet is in need of getting taken care of for euthanasia, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! They held my pet in the back, away from us for over 30 minutes, while we waited in agony in the exam room for our pet to return with a catheter that was not put in correctly, and thusly caused the euthanasia to go very, very wrong! The vet had to re-install the catheter in front of us and re-administer the whole shot process over again. It made a very sad and hard day, go extremely horribly wrong and I couldn't do anything about it, because the sadness of the situation and need to insure the process was completed overall. DO NOT GO HERE, IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET!! You can go here if you need cheap service.

I took my Bella today because last night she was running to come inside and stepped in a "dip" in the yard and hurt her leg. The techs, Samantha and Nikki, were so sweet and knowledgeable and eased my mind when they took my baby back. Dr. Martin was amazing. They took such good care of her and was so easy with her. My baby is about 15 years old. I love this place and will recommend them to everyone I come across. Prices were great too. Thank you so much all! Also, there was a sweet young lady at the front desk that helped me get Bella out of the car! Thank you again!! Awesome place! I just can't say enough!

Have taken my puppy here 3 times. Each time the price has slowly increased. I went in on Saturday and the price had really increased and was never told that there would be an increase in (the puppy package, pet exam etc.) Honestly was kind of shocked for a vet that markets as being an affordable vet yet they don’t let you know that there has been a price increase until you ask why. They require a pet exam every time even though I kindly asked if we could bypass the pet exam because if my puppy is healthy and fine why does he need an exam every single time (every 3 weeks!) When I questioned the vet tech about the pet exam she was very unprofessional and honestly rude about it all, and then proceeds to question me if the pricing was okay in a condescending tone. I obviously can afford vet care for my puppy and whatever he may need but i have felt taken advantage of being a young girl (in my early 20s) and not really knowing why exactly i’m being charged more and more each visit for the same exact thing every time. The actual vet’s there are good and explain everything in detail. The only issue I have had is the vet tech I had the other day and the constant up charge everytime I go there. I will not be bringing my puppy there again!

Thrive Woodstock just lost a customer. I was 10 minutes late to an appointment and upon walking inside I was told that just 5 minutes late would mean a re-schedule and an extra charge! 5 minutes! The person at the front desk said she called me to let me know but my phone did not show a missed call. I then noticed the big “Open Walk-Ins Welcome” sign and asked if I could be a “walk-in” and was told there would be an extra charge for that as well. What a big waste of time wrangling my cat into a carrier and missing work. Clearly these folks don’t care about keeping customers. Never going back and will find a more reasonable veterinarian that actually cares about making reasonable accommodations to keep customers.

The entire staff is beyond friendly, helpful, and considerate. They have amazing prices, and you can tell they pride themselves on the way they will treat you and your pet. 10/10 recommended. I'll definitely be going back

Took my kitty in for a checkup since he seemed under the weather. The vets were very friendly and thorough with him and patient even though my cat is scared and is a biter...this place has great prices and people who truly care. They made sure my pet, Ping, was comfortable the whole time and the whole process was very easy.

I was recommended to this place by my niece and Bill and Dr. Martin took great care of both my dogs. They are super affordable and they only charge you for what you need. You can also sign up for their monthly membership and they will waive the office fees every time you come in! I was in and out of there in an hour and I will definitely be back!

I took Shiloh @Townelake location. They noticed Shiloh eyes were needing surgery- shes had a long history of infections with her left eye.
