First time coming today, me and my golden doodle Allie loved it. Great customer service and the staff was very friendly with my dog.

My Choco had a swelling face and was loosing weight. He is generally a very skittish, spooky cat around people he does not know. However, the staff here is so friendly and kind, he had no trouble warming up. A first for any vet visit with him. His problem was quickly assessed and the vet was understanding of our current move, accommodating with treatments planned alongside life. Stellar vet! Highly recommended.

Curbside service available for those still not comfortable with being around people. I have been taking my kitties to them for 15 years and the staff has always been awesome.

Have been in search of a new vet and found Etowah via Google and the reviews were fantastic. They are 2.5 miles from me which is even better. My GSD had a shoulder injury so our visit here was sped up a bit. They were able to get us in same day which is a miracle. I will say that I haven’t really had a great vet experience in the lifetime of me having dogs, however, they changed my mind. From the initial phone call, the front desk team were exceptional. The vet techs and Dr. Hekking were amazing. Great bedside manner, VERY informative and extremely knowledgeable . For me to be impressed is saying a lot and I was more than impressed. X-rays were reasonably priced and they offered a quote prior to having other procedures which is very rare, normally yiu have to ask and it’s always more! Not here! I’m so happy to say that I have found my new vet for my two GSDs! They made the entire experience feel like they care and very personalized! I cannot recommend Etowah enough! Keep up the great work! Great local vet. Front office folks are super responsive via their mobile app and very friendly in person/on the phone. They're a busy office which makes it a little tough to get a last minute appointment, but that's a sign that a lot of people trust them with their animals. Great follow up after appointments. They truly care that your pet is healthy and happy.

Hi, my namez Magic. My pawrents take me here to sees Dr. Hekking. He givez me cheese and I lub it! Sometimes they pet me weird, but they tell me I'm a good boy and give me treats. Whenever I feelz sick they make me feel better. The medicines taste bad but it's worf it. Four outta four paws would recommend. Ok, it's time for my nap. Bye!
