Dr. Rowell is an extremely sensitive physician; she not only takes care of our furry babies, but she takes care of us the humans with patience and kindness like no other. I’m glad I took our kitty to her.

Very quick and efficient examination of my cat was able too relive discomfort she was having. Don't know if they do pet plans but they have me a discount on vaccinations

They broke my cat's jaw during an unnecessary molar extraction. It was supposed to be a simple cleaning. Had to put him down (at fairoaks vet on austell) 4 months later due to complications from a festering jaw infection that developed from their BAD PRACTICE. I wanted to like this place. They simply don't care. Bottom line: if you want to keep you fur baby alive, avoid this place. Plus the front desk ladies have poor bed side manners. Horrible experience and will never recommended this place to anyone

Took great care of my chonky cat, and didn't judge me. She's back to her less grumpy self.

The doctor checked my 4 kittens and couldn't tell one of them was a male after 3 checkups and 2 vaccine appointments. Now one of them needs abortions/spay with them mo offering any compensation. Probably the worst experience with any animal doctor I've had.

The staff are incredibly friendly and their medical expertise is top-notch! You can really tell this place loves cats. They lost a star because during a very tense moment with our cat there was a free range dog in the back that came up and barked straight into our cat's face adding more stress to an already stressful situation.

Would love to say wonderful things about this place because they are so close to where we live, but having a hard time. The Ladies working there have a prickly attitude as if your lucky to be there. Every time we have taken our cat there has been incomplete work done. From a spaying for our cat where we had to have a return visit to fix the stiches, to today where we payed $300 for a visit where we got two shots for flystrike but they didn't have the ointment that goes with it. They only recommended a website to look for an ointment and when I called back to see which product they would recommend they said "like i told you we don't carry VIP (a product not sold anymore) and you should go on chewy website and find one" Me- "and idea which of these products i should get there are alot" Vet- " I don't know". I dont think its that hard to be a bit more helpful. $300 is still a great deal of money to my wife and I. Just my review and my experience. Doesn't mean they don't know what their doing they're just not the vet for us.

My kitties are very well treated at Cat Care! Their cat cousins are also patients. That is about five of my families kitties that love cat care. My family has had kitties there for around 20 to 25 years. We trust and love Dr. Rowell and her entire staff. You won’t be disappointed! Best care in Marietta!

My cat boarded at Cat Care Hospital. He goes there for check ups, dental cleanings, and nail trims as well. My cat is a happy boy and I'm pleased with the service.

I've been a regular at Cat Care Hospital for over 10 years. They are always friendly and professional, and they take very good care of my cats, Leonidas and Guy. Highly recommended for all cat lovers.

I REALLY wanted to like this place; but they need multiple attempts to do things "right" My cat had a tumor along his jawline and also bump on his neck. I wasn't sure if this was one tumor or 2. They removed the jawline tumor and did not notice the neck tumor at all. Gave him back to me, told me he was "cured" CCH did teeth cleaning and vaccination also. No issues here. visit #1 costs $1200 I waited 3 weeks for him to heal and then took him back and said, what about this neck tumor. I had to bring my cat back the next day, they did surgery and vaccinations, removed tumor #2. they said it was different tumor of a different type. visit #2 costs $850 But they left a dime sized hole in my cat's neck and didn't suture this up properly. he bled in the car on the way home. My cat can't reach this area.. he didn't chew the sutures out.. but they came undone less than 24 hours after surgery. I can see my cat's muscles moving separately from his skin. I called and they want me to bring him back. I said I'll think about it what assurance do I have that they can stitch him up better this time? why not do your best work on the first try?? why do I have to keep bringing my cat back over and over to get the work done properly

I called Cat Care Hospital on a wing and a prayer after a local veterinarian cancelled a scheduled appointment at the last minute for our new kitten to get his shots. They say things happen for a reason. The ladies at Care Hospital were the most professional and polite my family have ever met and I could tell these ladies have a passion for what they do. They explained all the vaccinations and gave great advice to my family on what to keep in line with to ensure our cat lived his best life. The business gave a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This is now our caregiver for Cashmere, our fur baby.

Love this place. Had been searching for a vet that was cat friendly and this is it. So charming and great service. Have recommended to friends who are also happy with them.

They are great and really care for the animals. Their online scheduling system is a little confusing so definitely call to confirm.

We have been taking both our own cats and our foster kitties to the Cat Care Hospital since we moved here in 2006. We always get great care and the staff and vetranarians are wonderful. Our one male cat has issues with his urinary tract and it is so nice to have trusted a place to take him when we have concerns. We also buy all of his specialized food there.

I had an issue with a previous veterinary practice misdiagnosing my cat. After 4-5 weeks and a lot of money, procedures and tests later, I brought him to Cat Care Hospital and they diagnosed him. Although I’m sad with the outcome (he had cancer), I was thankful to get an answer and be able to make the decision not to allow him to suffer or continue to put him through tests and procedures that wouldn’t help him. I now have a new kitten and am bringing him there even though it’s a farther drive.

Cat Care Hospital saved my cat's life. He has a severe autoimmune disorder and they found the special treatment for it that other vets missed.
