Our cat megatron was very sick and i had an appt at another vet but, they cancelled the day of due to covid, so thankfully i was able to find this place. Thier consultation was so cheap compared to everywhere else and they fit us in the next day. For the price it would've taken to just get him looked at anywhere else was still more expensive than how much we paid for consultation and all his treatments and medications afterwards. They even went the extra step and called me the day after to make sure he was okay which speaks volumes about how much they truly care. I will recommend anyone i possibly can to come here!

My baby wasn't eating and Total Vet took very good care of her. Turned out to be dental, already feeling like her old self. Everyone there always takes the time to make sure your questions are answered and are so helpful.

I've been taking my dog here for almost a year and it become my regular care spot for my German shepherd...they are great with her and provide wonderful care!

Level of care and customer service has dwindled significantly. I requested my cat’s records and was shocked to find a health concern that was never addressed at any of her appointments. She also continues to have health issues that she was “treated for” at Total Veterinary Care. I have sought out a second opinion and these issues could have easily been fixed with one appointment. At our last appointment, we were charged for an e-collar which was never given to us and they are refusing to refund the money and will only give us account credit. We will not be using the account credit since we are seeking care from a different vet. Please take your pets elsewhere.

I'm so thankful for the care and thought for my cat when she was sick. All of the follow up calls have been great. They really care about her and her health.

They're just great. I brought my cat on time and they were ready for us. After about 15 min, I got a call saying they needed to talk to me. Dr. Camillya spoke to me about the issue, the price was upfront, she even answered my unrelated questions. Overall great customer service, no judgement, and fair prices. I will definitely be coming back here.????

Besides my experiences on waiting in car for hours for appointment to be done, they are unreliable to have important prescriptions filled - no notification from vet that they would halt my pet's prescription because of a recent move. Demanding to see my pet before a much-needed refill comes off as money grubbing.

I love Total Veterinary Care!!! My baby came in as a same day emergency visit. I was told there may be a wait involved since we're are being worked in, but to my surprise we were seen within ten minutes and back home within a hour. The entire team made me fell secure about making the decision about bringing my baby there. Dr. fanning and her team kept me informed every step of the way. We are so thankful we found this AWESOME place. We have gone through terrible previous vets and Total Veterinary Care is a breath of fresh air.

My kitty suddenly had symptoms of a UTI and needed medical attention. I called around to 4 different local vets - none of which were accepting new patients and were rather rude while informing me so. However, when I called TVC, I was greeted with utmost hospitality by Linda immediately, who reaffirmed my feelings and fit me in the same day. They were doing curb side due to COVID, and Ashley the tech came out to the car to get a medical history. She was so thoughtful and informative! Dr. Fanning called me within the hour with a diagnosis and plan and within the next hour I had my kitty back at home. Thank God for TVC today. Thank you all! All star staff from top to bottom!

This office has wonderful COVID procedures. We transferred our dog to them for his care. They were able to get him in quickly, his records transfer was easy and they were fast seeing him and bringing back out to us. We have found our new vet!!

I had an okay experience the first time I visited. I scheduled a check up for my puppy because they identified an issue with coughing and I wanted to finish up with who I started. I didn’t plan on going back after the check up, but I have an experience that made me want to make this my usual vet. The veterinarian assistant named Aujhati was extremely helpful and answered the thousands of questions I had while also giving great advice because I’m a new pet owner! She was super awesome and made me want to return!

TVC was recommended to me by Petland Kennesaw where I purchased my kitten. I took her to one vaccination appointment and one regular appointment. She was given two separate assessments on her genitourinary system stating she was a female. On the day of her spay, I received a call where I was told that after making the incision, her musculature “looked wrong for a female cat,” which is how TVC (and I) found out that I actually had a male cat - 6 months old at this time. After speaking with other vets in area, this is not a common occurrence like TVC tried to tell me it was. I was unable to get the $250 back that I spent on the neutering, blood work and medications and instead was given a $25 coupon for future services. Really unimpressed and disappointed with the way our whole situation was handled as well as the unnecessary incision on my cat and lack of empathy, so we will not be coming back to TVC.

This place is amazing, I called this morning right when they opened to see if I could work my pup in and they got him in later that morning as a work in. I was so thankful! They also gave me a $10 credit for making ME wait even though THEY WORKED ME IN. Quality service, friendly staff, and great prices. I’ll definitely recommend them to everyone.
