Crossroads Vet is the best! They truly care about their patients, and have reasonable rates. They help you make informed decisions with budgets in mind. They are honest, upfront, and trustworthy. Thankful to have such a wonderful vet close to home!

So disappointed. Since covid, they weren't allowing owners in with their pets. My pet gets very stressed, so I asked if I could wait until I could go in to bring him in. He is an indoor only cat. Whoever I spoke with said it would be fine. So only recently have they been allowing people inside. I talked with someone who said it would be OK to bring my cat in after the 1st of the year. My dad is elderly a cancer patient, and I am his caregiver. I also recently have gone through brain surgery (Oct) myself and am recovering as well. Additionally, I am taking physical therapy. Along with 3 family birthdays in Dec, my days are highly filled. I by all means do not mind taking my cat to the vet but I do not want his health or in this case his food held hostage until I spent some money and I wasn't told that I absolutely could not get any food until he had a check up untill I was sitting in the parking lot waiting to get food. That's not all. To begin with, there was no problem.I was told they had 1 bag of CD. I asked if I could get a prescription so I could try petsmart. That's when a rude person came back to inform me that I couldn't get the food. It has been since 2020 since my cat has been there. Again pre covid. Then, they couldn't even see my cat until Christmas Eve morning, which btw also happens to be my husband's birthday and the anniversary of my mother's death. Anyhow, I made an appointment with another vet for Wednesday. Sometimes, it is not the message; it's the messenger. How something is approached and dealt with can make all the difference in the world.

Use to trust this Vet (Dr. Clark) for all of my pets care but during my last visit, the arrogant vet. (Not Dr Clark) wasn't paying attention and let my dog fall of of his table as he lowered it. Won't ever see that bald, bearded guy again!

They've gone above and beyond for my pets. From routine care to emergencies. They have a great organized intake system since the pandemic started. Everyone is friendly, down to Earth, and easy to talk to about concerns. Even when they are busy, they never forget to follow up.

Dr. Karen Clark and her assistants saved our dog's life three times over a decade due to various injuries and illnesses from which he suffered. They genuinely love animals and will treat your pet as if it is their own. Their staff includes three doctors, several technicians, and an always courteous and helpful front desk. We will use no other vet for however long Crossroads is there.

Very friendly. They do cold laser therapy and veterinarian orthopedic manipulation. Really helps our 16+ year old chocolate lab mix.

My kitty loves them and I love them even more.

A great place for your pets

Dr. Clark is always amazing! We have been using Crossroads for our pets for almost 30 years and they are the best around. They are thorough and take great care to explain diagnosis and after care procedures.

I have passed by these guys for years, but it wasn't until our 14 year old Beagle Ralphie was approaching the Rainbow Bridge that we were inclined to call. Beth was extremely compassionate with us over the phone. Both the tech and the vet confirmed our suspicion while there and collectively agreed it was his time. They allowed us plenty of time to say our goodbyes and were so gentle with him as he passed on. They were very reasonably priced and went above and beyond with what we received afterward. We appreciate the card that was signed by the whole office it seemed like and most likely will use them when our next pup comes around. THANK YOU BETH! You did nothing to "sell" me over the phone except simply making me feel that I wasn't just another prospective client with an end of life request.

I can't say I enjoyed my experience but it is not their fault. I had to put my dog down and they were as helpful as they could possibly be. I've never had a veterinarian hospital accomodate so well especially with the hard times we are all having with Covid. They helped us have the proper goodbye to my pup. I will never be able to thank them enough. Keep up the amazing work.
