I questioned the doctor at highway 92's doctor's credibility.. My dog was his patient for 2 years ..The doctor was friendly but His diagnosis on my dog was all incorrect and ploy. My dog is old, has numerous health issues,, skin tag, allergies, eyes infections etc. Highway 92's doctor did nothing and said my dog's skin tag was tumor the reason for my dog's itches ( did not prescribe any itchy med) My dog has an eyes bacteria infections he did not prescribe medication for my dog's eyes. I took my dog to another Vet. The 2nd doctor has so much knowledge, he said my dog has skin tags ( not tumor) and allergies, the doctor recommended I get allergies shots for my dog, and i did, and immediately my dog stopped scratching. I had wasted so much money on Highway 92's doctor, I would not recommend bringing your pet there to get yearly vaccines, they bring your pet to the back and you're not sure if he really give vaccines to your pet. He is not good on diagnosing health issues ( Go with your guts don't trust this doctor and let your pet suffer) Please save your money. Get 2nd opinions I wish i read all the review before i take my dog there all the 5 ***** are fakes probably from acquaintance or paid ppl

Extremely impressed with the love and care displayed towards my elderly dog by every single staff member and Dr. Barnwell. They *actually* care!! I’ll be bringing my other dog and future pets here going forward even if it’s a bit of a drive. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY ♥️

We use these guys as our regular vet for our lovely pug, Doug. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and great about answering questions and helping you get the best care for your animals. They have helped us so much, and I can very confidently give these guys 5 stars.

They are only doing curbside service right now so I didn't go inside. The nurse and doctor we saw were both kind and explained everything very well. My cat is sick and the doc gave her antibiotics and a B vitamin shot to boost her immune system. You can tell both the doc and nurse care for animals bc they were very sympathetic.

Doctor B is kind, caring and obviously lives taking car of his patients.

Been going to Barnwell for over 17 years and have never been disappointed. He's honest and has fair prices. Also have used their boarding facilities and the dogs always come home relaxed and happy.

Dr. Barnwell has treated our 2 dogs and 1 cat over the last 18 years. We cannot say enough good things about them and how well they care for us and our pets. Our last lab had to be put to sleep due to age and arthritis. Dr. Barnwell took every step possible before he helped us determine when he was no longer going to be pain free. It helped to have someone who cared for us and him make that final decision. They were very good to us and him and later they sent me a paw print in clay of my sweet angel as well as a touching letter from Dr. Barnwell. I now have an adopted lab with some issues and they have been wonderful helping us take care of him and his specific needs. I will never go anywhere else.

I love doc. He knows his stuff and takes his time with you. We take our dog and cat to him. If we could take our goats, we would! He doesn't do unnecessary procedures and tests and is very real with you. My cat had a skin problem and I took her to a few different vets before we found him. None of them had a clue. He knew what it was even before he saw it.

Very nice staff they make u feel appreciated and pay attention to our pets needs, the doctor its nice as well and takes the time to explain things very well I highly recomend them you wont be disappointed with their services

We have a very tiny, old stray dog who found us during the pandemic. We've adopted her into our home and nursed her back to health, but she refuses to let anyone clean her little face. The folks at Highway 92 Animal Hospital gave her extra special attention (and a little sedative) so she could be groomed. They did an excellent job, and the price was very reasonable in light of the extra attention she required. They even put her in a sweet little dress as an additional act of kindness. Everyone was super nice, and they really seemed to care about our little baby and making her feel and look better.

Dr. Barnwell is the best vet I've ever met. He is super nice to our dog and actually gets down on the floor to pet and examine him. He doesn't try to sell you a bunch of extra products or services. I won't go anywhere else.
