One of the issues has been the office being open availability ever since Covid going from 7 days to 2 days The issue lately is getting staff.Thr other issue is they require testing for heartworms more than usual in order to get the preventative.My dog was tested and she was heartworm negative and has been on preventative prior to testing and after but they want her tested again in order to renew her prescription. It may be their policy but not ever run into this before.

I loved these people! They were so kind and caring with my cat Jax. They are kinda far from Marietta but I will travel to make sure my pets get the right care! Sincerely, Edna and Jax

They need to stay open

We had a first-time, smooth going visit. I liked that we were in and out in a timely manner. I would recommend their business for anyone wanting a general checkup and vaccinations for their pet.

Took my dog to the one in Dallas today and couldn't have been more pleased. My dog has very high anxiety and they were so good with him I will definitely be taking him back there again. Their prices are great and they don't try to sell you everything just to make money.

I have been going to this location ever since we rescued our dog Bane. The customer service was great and very clean, they helped me with my schedule as I work Mon-Friday. They definitely keep you informed and make sure you get the best service for your pet. Dr.Hanson helped us and was great! very professional ,friendly and informative. Thank you!

I have been to the Dallas location twice now. Both times everyone was friendly and professional. This last time the Veterinarian called me to check in on my pet. I am very impressed a d would recommend this location to anyone in the area.

Horrible experience, this place is a racket. Tried to order meds after my dog’s visit, but had my order rejected because they fired the vet that wrote the original prescription. They made me drive across town with my dog before the new vet would rewrite it. Then when I asked for them to fax my script to a pharmacy, or write me a physical copy (by Georgia law they are obligated) they refused and basically told me to screw off. So after forcing me to purchase the meds through them, I looked to purchase in bulk to get a reasonable price. They told me I was only allowed to purchase 6 months worth of heart worm treatment. They steal your money. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

Wonderful experience! She went above and beyond and even answered questions about our other dog. She called me back when promised and it was just an excellent experience

Dr. Hanson was an excellent vet she and her assistant went above and Beyond. We have a cat that is afraid of people but watching on the video it went very well. Follow-up was great and helpful. I was not sure what to expect when I went online to make the appointment but it was easy to make the appointment and then the follow-up requirements as well. I was called quickly an appointment was confirmed. I will definitely use this Clinic again

Took my cat Prince here Friday and everyone was wonderful and informative as this was the first time taking my cat to the vet since we got him in December. It was fast and affordable for him to get his shots and tests done. He was handled with much love and care.We will definitely be back for continued care.

Love their covid precautions! Wonderful veternarian and staff. My puppy left happy and fully vaccinated.

It seemed the person on the phone Keith that assisted me was not in the store/location that I went to so he was unfamiliar with some of the things like zoom and how things work. It was very confusing not to talk to a person in the store. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable on things. And was the only person answering the phone. So I was happy for that. A little confusing with the doctor since the zoom was not connecting. Overall I would come back.

My experience at Essentials PetCare was great. They were fast, cheap, friendly, and could answer all of my questions. They took great care of my boys Smokey and Bandit. I will definitely be going to them for now on and will recommend them to everyone I know. They get 5 stars from me!

I cannot thank this place enough for being my saving grace today! After a huge fiasco with my primary vet, who I've now fired, they left me in a huge bind with my vaccinations for my cats. I called Essentials upset, frustrated and defeated. But then the sweetest most understanding and calm voice answered the phone. Margie not only reassured me that they would take care of me same day but that she would call the previous vet to get the records so that I didn't have to go through the headache of talking to them again. One I got to the clinic all of the staff were so very nice and respectful and Margie gave me a coupon on my visit for my hard time that had nothing to do with them. This kind of customer service is rare and it was so amazing! Then Keith was so informative and gave me information about my cats that the other vet had NEVER given me and in fact saved me a lot of money that the other vet had greedily taken over a common feline occurence that was never an issue at all. I am so impressed in EVERY WAY over this clinic and the way they helped turn my disaster of a situation into such a pleasant experience.
