Animal Hospital of Towne Lake Woodstock, Alabama

Took my Maltese here in a Saturday night around midnight. I felt he was very well cared for and provided excellent service. I would recommend this place for emergency services for anyone’s pet.

Waited almost two hours for them to take my dog for 5 minutes and charge me double the only price that was ever mentioned to me. If I had a time machine, I would solely use it to go back to before I walked in there, slap myself in the face, and turn myself around.

This is the first time I have used the Animal Hospital at Towne lake and I have to say I was very impressed. It was an emergency situation with my pet so I had no appointment and it did not matter to them whatsoever. They were some of the kindest and the most respectful people I have dealt with in a long time. We got there around 2 pm and they weren't able to get to us till around 6 pm. They came in every 30 to 45 minutes to update us on when they would be able to see KK. They just wanted to make sure we knew they haven't forgotten us. The Vet took very good care of KK and within two days she is acting like she was never ill. I will definitely be using the Animal Hospital as my primary and emergency care from now on.

This staff is amazing! They are informative and compassionate and kept me continuously updated on my puppies condition. I can’t thank them enough!

Been going here for 2 years. Recently had my dog groomed there, and he was cut or injured somehow on the underside of his tail. He has been licking and biting this area for 2 weeks! I called this office and explained, but there was no apology or concern. The second time I called for appt. They are booked for a week!!! I willNEVER 7se this vet again!! Es

After 2 hours of waiting in a room with no one checking on us, we got up and left. At the one hour mark I checked outside our room and a technician said that we should be seen soon since they were coming back from lunch. I didn't realize we were waiting for an hour while they were out eating. They knew what time we were coming.

I have to give a huge props to Isabelle and Alexa! I was going through so much knowing my dog was sick and had to be hospitalized. I knew she was scared as well. They made her feel so comfortable and me as well! I knew i made the right decision leaving her with those wonderful people! I will forever thank them for taking care of my sweet Rosie!

The staff at Animal Hospital of Towne Lake always take care of us! My family has been going for decades and we don't trust anyone else with our pets. They treat your pets like their own. Absolutely recommend!

I had to go in with my dog at 4 in the morning. I called to make sure they were open. They were waiting for me and took my dog immediately to the back. Unfortunately due to her age and the issue I had to decide to let her go. Dr Weaver took all the time I wanted to discuss options and make my decision. The whole staff at the ER was wonderful from the young lady up front, to the tech that came to check on me as I said my goodbyes to Dr Weaver. She is one of the kindest vets I have ever encountered. Thank you for all you did for my baby that night and the time you took to comfort and help me through everything. Wonderful staff.

We had a potentially life-threatening emergency with our Boston Terrier. The staff was very knowledgeable, informative and helpful. From the moment we walked in till we left.

I've been taking my critters here for a while. I love my vet. She really seems to care about my animals. I would recommend.

Went in for my dog coughing up blood and they tell me its $170 for the visit and $400 for an xray. Ive gotten xrays done at my vet before for way less than that. Dummy taxing people and over charging because they have an animal emergency and you know they pay it or have to hope they make it to the next day for their personal vet is sad and ridiculous. Do not go here unless there is no other option. I should have took the 20 extra mile trip to the others.

The doctors Care about my fur babies. The doctors and techs take time with you listening to me and answering my questions. They tell me upfront the costs of different procedures and the give me options of which one if any fit my budget. They do want your pet to have a good quality of life. They have always been warm and friendly both nurses and the doctors I have seen

We've been going to Animal Hospital of Towne Lake for over 8 years and the service has been vastly declining. The front staff may be nice, but they have never provided factual information; it is always something different and makes it very difficult as a dog owner, to know what course of action to take or what price I will pay, for their care of services. I am always getting the run around and can never seem to get anyone on the phone, that knows what they are talking about. I have complained multiple times, but the same poor service, is still given. We love the doctor (Dr. Rivera!) we see, but cannot continue being a client of theirs, due to this poor service. As soon as we can, we will be going elsewhere. & don't get me started on them being a 24-hour clinic now. Prices have vastly increased, I cannot seem to ever get an appointment and god forbid my dog is sick and needs to be seen within a couple days - you can forget about getting an appointment, unless you'd like to pay their emergency fee of $170! I had to take my elder dog in and waited over 2 hours in a room, just for no one to come. My dog was panting and very uncomfortable, but yet, they didn't do anything different for us. The level of care is no longer there. I have also been provided the incorrect dosage amount for medication recently, for my elder dog, which didn't seem to be any cause of concern for the vet. I tried scheduling a neutering service for my puppy, which I was given the run around, with too. This just has to end. If you read this (Animal Hospital of Towne Lake) please get it together, for the sake of the pets. We trust you and cannot continue to receive poor service and care.

Always happy with the staff here! They take wonderful care of my bearded dragon, dog and cat! I highly recommend them if you're looking for a herpetology veterinarian.

Bret was awesome. He made us feel valued as clients, but most importantly, he seemed to genuinely care for animals and the wellbeing of my pet. Dr. Marty was also very knowledgeable and compassionate. I will be moving all of my pets to this hospital and would recommend it to everyone. My only negative would be the wait time, but this facility is also an emergency hospital, so it is understandable that the emergent cases would need to be seen first. Just be prepared to wait a while and don't be in a hurry.

Since I moved to Georgia I have seen 4 other vets and this one is by far the best. Great communication, great customer service and great follow up. I highly recommend this veterinarian.

Wonderful people and experience. Our little Noodle was terrified with the visit we tried before here. We called with an emergency and was taken in and our little kitten was so comforted and is totally different thanks to the care given to him.

Took me a minute to write this. Years ago they let me sit and hold the hand of my sweet, ancient pug as they tried to pull him out of a grand mal seizure. He didn't make it, but I am confident that Animal Hospital of Towne Lake gave him the best chance. They have seen my pets for numerous emergency visits and other concerns. (Old rescue pugs....it comes with the territory.) Every vet here has been extremely caring and gone above and beyond. The staff is very kind and accommodating.

Brett, the technician there is awesome! He truly loves his job and is sweet and gentle with our babies. I took my dog. Macy in to see the vet because she was sick. He just amazed me how kind and loving he was to my baby. Everyone there is amazing. Highly recommend them.

Expensive but not out of line with other emergency vet. Good staff can save your dogs life but they stay busy so the wait is long.
