No help they kept putting me on hold until someone just hung up on me

Highly recommend Leland. This vet clinic is wonderful - the staff is great, the vet team is professional yet caring. Scheduling is easy, and their facility is always clean and comfortable. They have a wonderful system on check-in to avoid waiting in the front area where it could possibly get loud and stressful otherwise.

I get times are difficult now but I was told by someone answering the phone it was policy to cancel appointments if the customer was more than five minutes late. Great vets who have brilliantly cared for and even patched up my dog but navigating the front end staff was the impetus for me choosing a vet on my side of town.

I found a puppy running around lost. I was only a couple of miles away from Leland so I went there. They were very helpful. The tech came out to my car and scanned the puppy for a microchip and their was one. She wrote down the information for me and it took a couple of hours for me to actually speak to the dogs owner but their was a very happy ending.

I took my cat for a wellness check. It was around 40$ for that quick check, probably a fair price. Staff was friendly, my only complain is that I asked for a nail trim and to my surprise after they run my card I saw they charged me 19$ for it. I wished they would have said a nail trim was extra as my previous vet did not charge for it.

Leland is an extraordinary clinic for our furry family and has been for around 25 years. Thanks to ALL THE STAFF!! They are the best!You are the best!!! We love you guys.

Leland is fantastic. They were able to help us out when our dog had unexplained injury - and without breaking the bank! They are affordable and very professional.

I had a 5:00 appointment today. I told the receptionist my puppy only had two shots...a 5&1 and a 9&1.She said the doctor couldn't see him because I don't have paperwork to prove he had the shots. She suggested I reschedule once I get proof. I told her I wouldn't be rescheduling or coming back. I've taken all my dogs there...never again. I called Apex, and explained my situation. They didn't have an issue seeing my pet at all. I am pleased to have a vet that's willing to help solve my problem.

The staff are amazing. The prices seem to be getting much higher than when we first started going, but they're conveniently located and just so nice to work with. But if the prices continue to hike up, I'll have no choice but to switch :-(

This is where I bring both my Chihuahuas for all major service and diagnostics. The staff is always sweet to the dogs. Even my older, out warranty model, that has the temperament of a Tarantino character. The best Vets ever!! There is nothing that could have improved our visit. My pet Stitch even became very attentive when the Dr. was speaking about his condition. She even turned to him to continue explaining. Now that is how you treat your patients. Well done!!

The staff and doctors have always been very kind and caring to me and my little dog. I trust them, they have been our vet for 8 yrs.

Location was clean and pleasant. Stay was wonderful with my 3 month old puppy.

We had a great small dog named coco. We have had her for 11 years. Like all dogs she was getting old and having lots of problems. But we wanted to hold on to her as long as we can. But the day came when we had to make that decision know one wants to make. We had to have her put to sleep! We are in pain! Yesterday a woman came to our house. She had a red rose in a vase. It was from Leland vet clinic. WOW! It gave me such a feeling of, We feel your pain!!!!

We have been taking our dogs here for years and they have always been extremely professional and helpful. We are grateful to have them to watch out for our dogs.

Great staff and great vet who handled my dog. Dr. Ray handled an operation on my dog to remove a cancerous tumor. My dog is reasonably old (about 12 years) and a medium-sized build at 55-60 lbs. I got my dog back the same day with a thorough explanation of all medicine and care I needed to provide. I was very worried that the price would be exorbitant for a tumor extraction, but I am very happy with the cost of the surgery. This was also explained/forecasted well in advance. Their service seems to be primarily curbside, I think because the pandemic, but they have everything worked out with calling them and identifying you through your parking space. They are responsive by the phone and very courteous. In general, the staff seems to care. Their facility is nice and clean, and I'm lucky to have this location down the road from me. Thank you all.
