Pro:The entire staff is very friendly and making appointments has always been easy. Con: I brought my dog in to have her staples removed at 3:00. I was told that she no longer needed to wear a cone and life could go back to normal. Unfortunately I had to bring her back two hours later because her wound had opened back up and required additional anesthesia, medication and staples.

My dog, Wookiee, has been coming here for many years. The folks at Shiloh Veterinary Hospital understand his past history and always complete thorough examinations. They provide whatever care he needs to keep him in tip-top shape. My wife and myself highly recommend Shiloh Veterinary Hospital.

Physicians and staff are extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our kitty underwent a dental procedure and Dr. Elsbree called to reassure me that she was doing well and answered my questions. Would recommend Shiloh Veterinary Clinic highly.

I've been taking my cats to Shiloh Vet Hospital for over 20 years. They have always helped my kitties with whatever treatment they needed. The doctors listen to my concerns and have always given good advice. They helped me with diet plans …

I’ve been coming to Shilo vet clinic for a few years. I had a dog I got in 2018 and just kept bringing her here as the staff are nice, respectful and kind. She gets so happy to come here for her monthly bath and shot. I just adopted another dog from animal control and she was very afraid of new people and other animals. The tech Tori was very kind in helping me get her in and out of the car and giving direction on how to administer the medications prescribed. Dr. Baird was aslo very kind, knowledgeable and encouraging on working with my new pet to get her to come out of her shell. I will continue to be a repeat customer as my pets health is just as important as mine and they deserve the best of the best!

Dr Baird and her staff are warm, welcoming, caring professionals. They couldn't have treated my cat Stella any better than if she was their own. They willingly fit me into their schedule on a holiday weekend due to my concern …

For the first appointment of the day, it was very good experience. So either they are really nice people or they caffeinated early! Maybe it’s both, I don’t care either way. They were polite, professional, careful ( with my cat), caring, and on point with their assessment. So I will bottom line it for you, go to them be happy and so will your pet.

So caring! They seem to genuinely love the animals that are their little patients, and the kindness and empathy they show to both the fur-babies and the pet-parents is wonderful. We will always take our pets to Shiloh Veterinary Hospital.

I took my cat Alfred in to Shiloh Veterinary Hospital due to some respiratory concerns I had about him and to get him established with a new vet. I had taken him to a vet previously and didn’t get to speak with the vet once, but at Shiloh Dr.Baird called me multiple times throughout his appointment (service is curbside due to COVID) and let me know what was going on/her recommendations and this gave me peace of mind. The tech that came out and got him was super nice. Coming from a college student with limited income I thought that their prices for the services provided were extremely fair. This will be my cat’s vet going forward!

Had to schedule an emergency visit for my cat. From the first call to the end of my appointment I received the best customer service possible. The office team answers the phone with a very polite and energized voice, you can tell they enjoy what they do. The technician was kind and patient with my pet and answered the plethora of questions I had. She even told me she stayed with my cat the entire time because she could tell she was scared and in pain. Dr. Hackett spent a lot of time on the phone explaining my options, she understood the situation with my pet and advised me to make the best decision for me. She was thorough and understanding and at no time did I feel any guilt or judgement when deciding how I wanted to move forward with treatment. This team has definitely won over my business in the future and I will recommend to any and all of my fellow pet owners. Thanks Shiloh Vet!

Every person I spoke to was extremely nice, they treated my dog very well and they have reasonable pricing. 10/10 experience.

Highest place in town with the worst service. Don't care for your pet's welfare, only your money, and poor vets at that. Not just my opinion, I know a lot of friends that will not use this place anymore.

I have been using Shiloh Vet for over 3 years now. Never an issue with any of the vets, techs, or front office staff. Sadly, having senior dogs I feel like im becoming a regular! Thank you Dr Baird for taking the time to speak with me about all my babies, especially Lucky.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and alright concern for my dog. I’m very happy that we decided to take our dog to Shiloh. Duke is recovering from his surgery and is a happier and healthier dog!

I had been commuting 2 hours south to Columbus, GA since I moved here 3 years ago because my fur baby Lucy had an established long relationship with her vet there. I got home from deployment in July and took her down there to get her teeth cleaned (under sedations), X-rays, and full check-up as she was overdue thanks to me being gone 11 months. Lucy was 10 yrs old at the time. They completed all of that and gave her a clean bill of health. 4-5 weeks later I noticed she was throwing up quite a bit (more than normal hairball occasional) & then her bowel movements turned soft so I knew something wasn't right. I did not want to commute anymore especially if we have an issue to my neighbor/friend that owns a non-for-profit, Rock for Rescues, suggested Shiloh so I took Lucy in to see what was going on. We originally saw Dr. Hackett who personally came outside to speak with me (w/ COVID owners can't go inside) and suggested I immediately go to BluePearl specialists in the city bc she found a mass on Lucy's intestines which was causing the issues & either needs to be removed or is cancer but warned me it's likely lymphoma. I followed her guidance & I won't go into my BP experience (I've left them a Google review as well). It turned out to be cancer & BP oncology is conveniently not available Friday-Tuesday for questions which is ridiculous for their costs. Shiloh was so kind to always be available any time to answer my questions, give more meds, test her if needed... they were 110% supportive, compassionate, and my best experience for vets to date. I spoke quite often w/ Dr. Baird as well (apologies for any misspelling of names) and she was equally phenomenal and understanding as she's had a cat go through the same issues. Lucy ultimately passed December 1st so she made it 3 weeks 6 days after first seeing Dr. Hackett. While they didn't know her long they were so kind to send a heartfelt card signed by many staff members, including the Doctors. I genuinely appreciate their care, bedside manner, and patient/owner care. 10/10 recommend and will use them in the future when I'm ready to adopt a new kitty! Thank you for being so kind to myself and my baby Lucy. She's since been cremated and back home with me! You guys rock.

Appointment was for routine shots and a heartworm test. Christina is an experienced veterinary technician who performed the tests in short order as she knows our 13 year old Roxie has a limited tolerance and at 60 lbs can be quite cranky. Good conversation re Gabapentin too. Thanks Christina!

I appreciated the COVID-19 measures, and how thorough the vet was. She was patient and answered all of my questions, though I asked for clarification multiple times. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending this veterinary practice.

First dog and first trip to vet which happens to 2.5 miles away from my house. I read great reviews and have a buddy near by that recommended them as well. I went in without appointment and they were good about working us in. The staff was also great and my dog “Lady” enjoyed the attention they gave. They provided a lot of good intel for proper care with diet and heart work meds. I would highly recommend them as well!
