I have yet to be able to speak to anyone, I've left messages asking about getting two of my dogs fixed but never can get thru and never receive a call back.

A pathetic excuse for an animal clinic. By far the worst example of pet Healthcare I've seen. Employees do not care what you have to say let alone your pets health. I'd be ashamed to work with animals and show such miniscule competence. I brought my dog in today to have her spay procedure. She is on a vaccine schedule with another vet and I brought paperwork to cover what had been administered so far. This paperwork was not only refused I was blatantly ignored when I informed them not to administer any vaccines on this visit. They administered a DA2PP vaccine against my consent which was one week off from being a double vaccine. This can cause long term, life altering side effects to the animal and possibly death. The incompetence doesn't end with the employees, the clinic director is right there with them. All she had to say was "What are we supposed to do?", "Well nothing actually happened" or my personal favorite "I'm sorry you feel that way". She behaved as if my pets health and my concern over medical mispractice was an inconvenience to her. No accountability No professionalism No care No compassion Not worth the real estate they take up Response to Owner: Kasey was not the one who wrote this review, the person you spoke with on the phone yesterday did. As for her being present during the conversation on the phone, yes she was present, its called speaker phone. Based on your reviews on here and on Facebook, we would never think about coming back as it seems you all have been responsible for many animals' injuries and death. Its obvious you all could care less.

I looked all over for a place to get my cat neutered at a reasonable price. This was one of the only places I could find. They were fast. They were efficient. They were helpful. I had no problems. And my cat is doing great!

I was a little nervous after some of the reviews, but everyone I dealt with was wonderful. They were thorough and patient and did a great job on the surgery. I would highly recommend them.

This is the second time I have been here and the last. The first time I was here the ladies were so rude I ended up leaving AFTER I made a $50 donation to help and did not even take their services(they sure did cash the check though). I gave them another chance chalking it up to maybe they were having a rough morning. Nope, these “women” are so nasty that I ended up leaving a second time after driving 45 minutes one way because it wasn’t worth dealing with them and the snarky comments under their breath. I would rather pay full price at a real vet than deal with this disgusting excuse for a staff even for a stray. A bit of advise from a business owner myself, you either need to find new staff or pay them more because they are miserable human beings and I feel sorry for any animal that has to be behind closed doors with them. You change your programs around saying your staff deals with the hateful comments daily yet neglect to look into your own staff and how they treat and talk to other grown adults.

After paying twice as much as I was quoted for neuter, I came home and had to take him to a local emergency net to remove the infected suture, adding another $200 to the already $187. He also received a flea treatment that was totally useless. When I called them the only thing they said was to bathe him. Hello! He just had surgery. No bathing. I suppose if you go for the simple spay/neuter you get what you pay for.

Thanks for taking care of both of our dogs. Excellent care was given both times we used yall for spay and neuter.

Drop my cat off to get spayed and picked her up the next day. Reasonable prices, very professional and answered all my questions. I'll be back for vaccination shots for my cat.

Don't think you can not get a dress on a budget. My friend just got one for 200. Elegant wedding gown. I recommend this place and will come back.

I just called them to schedule in three cats and a dog and was refused service. It seems that because they overcharged me last year (website prices didn't match in-person prices) and I'd written a poor review on it, that Carrie, the clinic director, is now *again* acting unprofessionally and evidently is the type of person who holds a grudge. I told her during our conversation that I was willing to give them a second chance to make good and she just wasn't interested in serving the needs of four innocent animals. Wow. Just WOW... The owner says that their mission is to provide supportive services to families with pets in need. I suppose I need to bypass the office manager and speak directly with the owner, who seems to be a caring person. I've left a message for the office manager to call me. I'll update this review as needed. I do hope this is resolved on a positive note.

Excellent service for our for babies! I took all 3 of mine at the same time a d was in and out so quickly. My dogs didn't get stressed out at all. Prices are so good for all of services

Prices are good but to get in is ridiculous. 3 month wait to get my puppy fixed couldn't wait so had to spend almost $400

I've used them since 2009. My 3month old female kitten is currently there getting fixed, chipped, and shots :) I have had 6 animals fixed here! Amazing staff and they do care about your animals.

Very nice place, well kept. Clean and very reasonable for their services. I highly recommend it.
