They took really good care of my fur baby after getting hit by a truck in our driveway. A little expensive but well worth it. I had to bring her home and ended up with her at my regular vet. She's doing better now. Trying to stand and walk after a month.

They are very caring & loving to all the pets they serve. Dr Kelly is so knowledgeable & her entire staff go out of there way to care for their patients. You are always treated like Family.

Boarding prices were very reasonable for a feline. They took very good care of my cat.

Love the Trussville Animal Hospital. They are the Best and very concerned about your animal. The veterinarian helped heal my dog back to normal. They let me call and check anytime I wanted to while he was there for the week! I would highly recommend them!!

My puppy started coffing really bad of no were, and my regular vet of 3 years "Grayson Valley Clinic" turned me down, because of a balance of $53 and I let them know I get paid in 3 days. Trussville animal hospital helped me with no hesitation, and worked with me on payment. They have a new customer!!

I have been taking my fur babies here for a couple of years now and no issues today I took my dog in for his yearly shots, his nails trimmed and a bath I took him in at around 8ish and waited almost 3 hours for them to call so I called them …

Most compassionate people work here. Use this place the entire life of my dogs and they helped me at the end. They always were comfort to me my furry family. They're not going to price gouge you either. Go here first

Waited 36 min at the door to be let in for a tour BEFORE leaving my fur baby for a weekend stay. They NEVER BOTHERED to come to the door ( I rang the bell 5 times and was told to "hold on, wait, we'll be right with you" type of delays. Needless to say I did NOT leave my fur baby there, who knows how long they would have made her wait for food...or anything. I let them know, as I drove away, their customer service skills stink and they lost my, and my family/ friends ( all fur baby parents) business. I had to tell them about my experience before they made the mistake I 'almost' made.

Friendly staff but they need to have someone to answer the phone. Everytime I call only the answering answers & it's full so you can't even leave a message.

I love this place for my babies. My first time leaving my fur babies for a long period of time was last year, I told them I would be worried about my yorkiepoo mostly because he’s shy and won’t eat in one sitting. My frenchie, I was worried but he isn’t shy at all lol. They cared for my babies and allowed me to call and check in on them! They were so nice and understood my dogs are my kids (i don’t have any) and they answered me each time. Come to find out they treated my babies so well even my shy one wasn’t shy with them!! They treat the animals as their own with love and care!!! I won’t take my babies anywhere else now!! Thank you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Fuqua saved my Bear's life. We had a previous clinic that kept saying Bear was fine. I knew something was wrong. I called here for a second opinion and Bear had a severe bacterial infection. They were so responsive and kind and quick to treat. Dr. Fuqua is very down to earth and knowledgeable and takes his time. He truly loves animals and it shows. Sammy that works here also is very knowledgeable and has trained dogs. Angie at the front desk is so kind. They will work you in and care so much. This will be our vet forever. We LOVE these professionals. They will treat your baby like its their own. I would give 10 stars if I could.

The only doctor that had the courage to do what I needed to be done with my puppies. And the doctor was so gracious I thank her for her knowledge of animals.

Recently Relocated to the Trussville area from Hoover and I have 2 small pups to look after. I have dealt with Trussville Animal Hospital 3 times to this point and each time they have scheduled my services in a timely manner and provided professional care for Romeo and Fiona. They have earned my future business

I found out my new fur babies had worms. I called every veterinarian I could near the area I lived and no one could see them or were asking for a chunk of change. Trussville Amimal Hospital did wonderful. Pulled up and called the number. Spoke to a nurse. They came out and took the puppies in one by one. Treated them and brought them back out to my car. Then took the payment and brought a receipt. My babies feel so much better now.

Horrible experience! My daughter had her dog neutered and the staples were crooked and coming out. I will not bring my animals back!

This is the only vet I am willing to let my furbabies be treated by. Dr. Fuqua will do everything in his power to keep your babies healthy, and he is the only one I trust their care to in an emergency. He has treated and kept my babies alive when other vets said there was no hope. I moved and they are located two hours away and I still take my babies to them. Thank you for being the best vet in Alabama .

My family has been using this vet for around 20+ years. We have had no problems until now. We boarded our senior dog for a week and when we picked her up, she was shaking, smelled awful (assuming she was covered in pee since we bathed her beforehand), had sores all over her body, and had matted fur. When we took her home she was drinking water like she hadn’t had any in a long time. She also couldn’t stand up on her own and we are now having to hold her up in order for her to eat, drink, and use the bathroom. There’s no way they walked her. I’m fairly certain that if we left her there for a few extra days, she would have died bc of how negligent these people were. I am so disappointed and angry that the employees would allow this to happen. Will never use again.

They tried really hard to save our fur baby Wolfie but he died because he was to little to fight any more. We are very thankful for what they did for him we really miss our baby. He was only 8 weeks old. Thank y’all so much

Didn't follow instructions on how I told them to cut my dog hair! He had long ponytail looking ears n they cut all his hair off, I was upset!!! This is a pic of how his ears use to look!!! Ugh!!!
