They take care of all my animals and I feel that they truly do care about them. They have spayed 2 dogs and a cat for me.

do not take your animals here. i read the reviews and still went, biggest mistake ever. If you’re reading this, DO NOT go here. West Rome animal clinic is a way better option. I get this vet is cheaper but it’s not worth the life of your baby.

I have always had a great experience at Lakeview.

Just spoke with Mary in the office about my interest in spaying/neutering feral cats that I feed in the evenings. She called me after I left my number for an inquiry about this so I assumed she had a moment to speak to me. Instead she was impatient, disinterested in what I was trying to do, unwilling to give me options or advice without prompts on my part, and finally said she was busy. We all are! Unprofessional to the max. There are any too many other places where the staff shows class and professionalism.

This place... I can't even with these people. Is there some board some governing body that I can report them to? I almost left with my four kittens medication and I should have. They demanded I return it to them when they discovered I couldn't pay 67 dollars on top of the 50 dollars they already got. I told them I would pay in a few more days when I got paid but no. They thought it best they withhold the medication that would have saved their lives. I'm going to dogidly research what I can do to make sure this doesn't keep happening. Isn't there an oth that veterinarians take? Everyone I saw was unprofessional, unknowledgeable and uncaring.

Even though COVID changed things, The Doc and employees of Lakeview are great. They care about you and your animals.

Love this place. Great with animals and the price is good to. They really seem to care.

clearly did not care nor take my kittens sickness seriously, listened to her heartbeat, gave me some food and droppers, and charged me $100. said no big deal. died less then 6 hours later. heartbroken and broke

I took my male cat to get neutered yesterday and was super apprehensive about him having surgery in general. The staff were so supportive and reassured me everything would be fine. Later on that day i picked him up and he was super out of it but the next morning he is up and moving around just fine! I would like to say Lakeview did an amazing job on his surgery and his incision looks so good. I was expecting to see a gnarly looking wound but it barely even looks like he's had surgery. HUGE THANKS to Doctor Rachel Johnson and her staff. Y'all are wonderful!

1st visit at this vet's office & I was extremely impressed!! I showed up w my toy poodle who I thought had been having seizures. We were promptly seen (walk in - 1st come 1st serve). Staff & Dr Johnson were all very nice, professional, caring, & informative. Everything was well explained to me on what should & should Not be done, & that we'd continue to monitor the seizures since they were very mild at this point but we'd definitely keep a watch to see if they increased in frequency or severity & start meds if needed. The office visit charge was VERY REASONABLE - - So glad I took my baby to her new Dr this morning!!! Feel she will be in great hands for whatever we may encounter ❤

Very friendly, professional staff, they really care about your pet. They try to keep the lowest fee's to ensure all incomes can get care for their pet. Why go anywhere else

If i could do 0 stars I would. We were not taken serious when we took our dog up there with a possible gunshot to the abdomen. We were thold that he was just in a fight and was sent home with meds. No xrays were done. We went to another office and they did xrays and found out that he was in fact shot and we just had to put him to sleep because the damage wasn't caught soon enough.

I live in Kennesaw but take my dog to these guys they are first come first serve and sometime is good wait but once you in you out pretty quick and they attention to your pets in loving friendly manner and not charge you arm and leg.
