We have taken our dog here twice now and had a wonderful experience. Our dog has been happy both times we have give to luck her up. We have had her bathed, groomed, nails trimmed, and teeth cleaned with great results. The hours are pretty convenient as well. They open at 7:30am, so you can drop your dog off before work. So nice! They take great care of my sweet old man! Most places wouldn't groom him, let alone treat him with the TLC that they do. I highly recommend!!!

My Doggy’s appointment was at 10:am. They said it would be 2:pm when he would be ready.I thought then why so long? But ok I heard she was good..So I go to get him at 2:and he hasn’t even been touched! So I said 4 hours is plenty of time when his appointment was at 10: am!I think they’re not good at all!

We took our Maltese there and asked for him to be trimmed when we came back to pick him up they had practically shaved him! Plus the hair that was left on top of his head was very choppy. We specifically asked for a trim. Our dog had a lot of hair and still wanted him to have a lot for winter, that’s why we just asked for a trim and we even showed them a picture for reference. Not what we wanted and was still charged full price. I do NOT recommend this place.

Jennifer is such a nice lady. So down-to-Earth! I like the new look of the shop, too. All-around good experience.

I’m a nervous nilly helicopter mom of a dog owner, especially with my 15 year old, blind, deaf and confused shih tzu. Jennifer put my mind at ease and did a great job in a short time for a very good price. Gizmo is feeling great after his groom and I’m a happy crazy dog lady. ???? Glad to have found such a great groomer!

Very happy with the service we get for our schnauzer. He always looks good when we go to pick him up and the people are always very friendly Clippers and bows.

They are great with grooming my long haired cat! He is difficult and uncooperative to groom most of the time, but they do an excellent job...as most groomers don't deal with felines! Affordable prices!

Took our cat here to get groomed. Got her home and she has been acting scared and standoffish to us and our other cat - even acting mean. I believe they were mean to our cat. When my fiance went to pick up the cat the lady said we did not bring our cat in a carrier when she did. If you love your fur babies you will NOT take them here. Edit: They also gave her a pill without calling or asking us. Told us after the fact.

Was just informed about an employee hitting a little dog in the face that y'all are in charge of. Very cruel

They took good care of my senior dog.

I should post a photo of my Havacon Puppy after they groomed him but that would be too mean. They gapped his hair all over. I wanted about 2 inches of hair left on him and I picked him up with about 1/4 inch of hair. Not pleased at all with the grooming. His attitude also changed so bad when he came home. Didn't even seem like the same dog. Its like they rushed him through. Maybe because so many folks are needing their pets groomed during this trying time and I'm sure they are very busy. He was there from 7:30 am and I picked him up at around 3pm. Very unpleased. Will not be back. $37 not well spent.

Dirty place, my poodle's ears were shorter on one side and not fluffly. Their cat bit me.
