Heard about Community Animal Clinic through word of mouth. Came here a few weeks back to have my dog evaluated and turns out minor surgery was recommended to treat our dog. Our dog is healing after successful minor surgery and the staff …

Came here to treat an ear infection for my dog and the staff was polite, professional, and COVID conscious. Not bad on the price for the medication and they offer a military discount. Would definitely use in the future if needed.

For the last four years we have been using the services provided at Community Animal Clinic for our two cats Zip and Beans. Never did we think that we would have a medical emergency with our cats but when we did the Doctor and staff at community animal clinic were there. One day Beans our 3-year-old orange cat started behaving strangely, he is normally a very playful and sweet cat, so we didn’t think much of it till he started acting aggressive. The next morning, we rushed Beans to Community Animal Clinic where staff took him in and got to work doing what they do best. It became clear that Beans was having a medical emergency. As anyone who loves animals knows Beans is a part of our family and this scared us knowing that he was in pain and in a life threatening situation. The staff and doctor were very kind and compassionate while advising us of the bad news and options that we could proceed with. The doctor performed lifesaving surgery and kept us informed every step of the way. Even through recovery when Beans had to stay in the office, we received a call every day telling us his progress and easing our minds. When we picked him up to bring him home the staff informed us how to meet his new needs as he now has a special diet and answered all of our questions about after care at home. We cannot thank Community Animal Clinic enough for saving our Beans it was a horrible situation made better by talented and compassionate professionals. It is a fact that Beans would not be here today without the amazing people at Community Animal Clinic, and I highly recommend them and will continue to use their services going forward. While they have always been wonderful with regular checkups it’s nice to know we can count on them when things are dire. Beans is alive because of them, and our family is beyond grateful to Community Animal Clinic.

Jaila has been coming to this practice since she was a puppy. Dr Sharomi is great the staff is great the prices used to be reasonable. However over the last 9 months I have noticed there have been many changes with the pricing. Jaila comes maybe every month and a half and it just seems to be different fees that are continually added. You don't find out about the fees until after the visit. I never got any email communication,no mail communication that pricing has changed. At this point I think it's time to move on.

We had a Very stressful day today. Today My pup started shaking really bad and off balanced. I took her too this Vet. I am so Glad they were open on a Sunday. And that they were able to get her in. They Customer Service was great also. They said she possibly ate something outside or on the floor. It caused her to shake and be off balanced. They Checked All her Vitals and they were normal. She was doing so good with Not eating on the ground or the floor. Now these last couple of days she has reverted back to eating everything on the ground Again. Thank God she is doing better now. She is Sleeping. When our Pets get sick it takes alot out of us too. They are like our family members. #ReignKellyPupWorld #mypup

Money hungry. Robotic doctor *UPDATE* After leaving this review, Dr. Sharomi called me personally trying to get angry with me because a balance is still due. It was extremely unprofessional. Just because I still owe you money, doesn’t mean you should call my phone asking me who raised me. The manager is also a liar that does not know how to convey messages to the rest of his team. Sharomi is clearly upset about my review, if he took time out of his “busy” day to call me directly to yell at me.

Easily the worst vet experience I’ve ever had. I don’t often leave reviews, but it needs to be known. I chose this vet because they were reasonably priced but after booking the appointment and driving 40 minutes I was given all sorts of extra fees that weren’t mentioned when I asked about pricing and made my appointment. They attempted to add on a “walk-in fee” even though I had the appointment scheduled days before and was far from a walk-in. After my cat was spayed I was told she showed “remnants of being in heat” but wasn’t currently in heat and still was still charged an additional $75. They also tried to add the price of 3 follow up visits to my total without asking or telling me what the charges were for. I was given zero information about how to give her the pain medicine that was given to me in syringes and was never told when she should come back to have the staples removed. (I have 5 cats and this is the first time I’ve ever seen anyone use staples). I had to call and book an appointment to have them removed and was charged ANOTHER $15. Her belly has a concerning knot and there are two small pieces of staples that they simply did not remove. Not to mention when they were carrying her cage in and out of the office they had no care for how rough they carried her or what angle they held the carrier. They handed her cage to me with her smushed against the back because she was being held at an angle that made her unable to sit comfortably....right after surgery... At one point someone came to my car and asked if they had already taken my dog, which shows complete lack of care or the slightest bit of attention paid. I was supposed to pay around $180-190 with her spay and initial exam and ended up paying almost $350. Now I have to take her to a different vet and have the pieces of staples fully removed. I am honestly mind blown that anyone would ever be a reoccurring client. I will never take any of my other cats here and don’t even trust them enough to let them finish what they started. I feel scammed and feel that they didn’t care one bit about my cat or her well being and only wanted as much money as they could manage to squeeze out of me. Don’t bring your animals here. They don’t deserve your business.

I love this place so much! They have given my rescue kitty a longer life because of the amazing staff! The staff knows my cat by name because of all the visits. They haven’t failed me once on getting my cat better! I’ve moved to cartersville and unfortunately have to change my vet due to being so far away, however I recommend you take your fur babies here! One of the vet techs Alex, he was always so good with Angelo! I appreciate y’all giving me more years with my kitty! Y’all will always have my heart! Thank you so much for what you did for my little family ????

Elizabeth in the grooming department is worth every penny! I have two Poms and after moving to the area we were struggling to find a groomer who could communicate well which led to a ton of bad haircuts....that is until we found Liz! She is wonderful! She takes her time with my babies, she calls and speaks to me directly to her a better understanding of what our “hair goals” are, and then she executes exactly what we talked about! She is obviously a well seasoned professional groomer who knows her craft extremely well. I also quite love that Community Animal Clinic does curbside pickup. The staff is always very friendly and even if there are minor mistakes they work with you to correct them in a timely and professional manor. I highly recommend Elizabeth and the grooming salon at Community Animal Clinic!

Very friendly, clean and very caring to my babies. The entire staff have shown kindness and warmth to all my dogs. I’ve been with them for a few years and they have attended to 16 puppies between my daughter and myself. They give good advice and I always get that sincere feeling of care. I honestly would never go to another facility for my babies needs. Thank you to Dr. Sharomi and his wonderful staff. ????????????

This vet was our cats destiny, i wont go into too many details but i have banfield that gave me a 2nd opinion on my 4 month old kittens eye issue and they told me they couldnt do anything but get it removed. I went home and the next few days my kitties eye was irritated and was causing him so much discomfort so i looked for another vet to take a look. Wow best decision. My kitty can see out of both eyes now . The dr. Said he always tries to save the eye and that he did. Bravo. My baby had his eye saved. I can see his beautiful golden eyes. Theres nothing i can do or say that could show how much i appreciate this vet.

I brought my dog Abigail a few days ago for a routine annual and man the experience was different this time . In a pleasant way . Our nurse kiya was very attentive and gave me all the answers I needed as I am a worry bug ! My girl also had an ear infection and man kiya went over the whole medication process , let me know my baby was in great hands and I can tell she knew what she was talking about & no hidden fees . Will definitely be requesting her next time we make a visit .

I honestly don’t know how this place got a 4-5 star review. This place has bad communication. I’ve had to call this place too many times to get simple information that could have been explained before and during my pets visit. I won’t bring my pet back for anything at all. One, the antibiotics has two different expiration dates (that are way off) and the medication had some white stuff in it. When I called to ask about it they said to just use the label that had their information on it and that there is nothing wrong with it because it was just mixed yesterday, I still don’t trust it. Then when I asked about the missing hair on his leg, that’s when they told me about it. She stated that they explained that to my mom when she came to pick him up but my mom said that’s a complete lie. I just know this would be the first and last time I go there. Wish I can give no stars.

I believe it was fate that brought me to community animal clinic. I had just moved to the area and had not found a vet yet. My husky was on the decline and it was only getting worse. During a pandemic it was nearly impossible to find someone to come out to your home to have your dog put down but the doctor heard my story and made an accepted an appointment at his office. It was one of the most emotional days of my life and they were so supportive and judgment free while I said my goodbyes. I am forever grateful for that. I highly recommend community animal clinic. Their staff and Dr. are by far the most amazing human beings I have ever met during such a terrible time.

My fur babies have been apart of the Community Animal Clinic for quite some time . The staff goes above and beyond to ensure my babies are handled with care . Being the owner of a 100 plus pound Pres Canario and a yorkie you can only imagine how my visits can be when I may have both of them with me . Without hesitation , the staff (especially Richard ) always comes to assist in helping me get them situated . I highly recommend Community Animal Clinic ; from the friendly staff to the cleanliness of the establishment , you won’t be disappointed !

We took our dog in on a Sunday. Since we were not allowed inside, we only dealt with staff coming to the car and on the phone. Everyone’s overall demeanor was cold. We were very upset about our dog yet no one seemed to care. I told them upfront what we had to spend ($230). We sold our washer and dryer to get him to the vet. We were told the total would be about $280 and then told he couldn’t get meds because we didn’t have enough. On top of all this... he was misdiagnosed and given meds that ended up damaging him. We have now spent over $1000 at a new vet trying to get him back to normal. He has had tests that show no evidence of what this vet diagnosed him with. Huge mistake taking him here.

Dr. Sharomi is a wonderful vet and has taken wonderful care of all my babies. He is very knowledgeable and has always set my mind at ease with any issue my babies are facing. I highly recommend him as a vet!

Clean new facilities. The veterinarian is knowledgeable. Only complaint is they are on the expensive side, and the Staff just need customer service training. They tend to not listen to the question before providing an answer.
