Westside Animal Hospital sits on a large property with grassy grounds and areas for pets to walk. On this Friday morning, Jan 14th 2022, we had a 5 minute wait, before my dog and I were called into a large exam room. My dog is quite a whiner and crier which is normal for the Shiba Inu breed, and she was appropriately happy to see the vet. She received an allergy injection and we purchased Simparica biscuits for the next 2 months. Staff including front desk, to Veterinary Techs, and our Veterinarian have always been very attentive to pets and today was no exception. Our Veterinarian spent time answering questions about my 8 yr old senior dog and we will be back in 3 months for recommended labwork to ensure her continued good health. You'll also love the care and attention your pets receive at Westside Animal Hospital.

I cannot say enough about our experience with West Side. From Amanda on the phone and at the front desk (awesome) to Miranda our vet tech(awesome) to Dr Taylor who is also awesome!!

I can only say that the kindness and caring of the whole staff is a cut above. It was Friday afternoon and the place was packed. I never felt like the staff was rushing with my cat. Dr. Z is so good. He explains everything in detail and I'd so nice and so kind..

The staff and everyone are always so helpful nice! Been going there for years and never had a complaint. Dr. Zettler and Dr. Knight have always taken tremendous care of our cats and dogs.

After quoting me a price of 47.00 over the phone for exam.Charged me 103.00. 60.00 for exam of four five week old kittens$.43.00 for small tube of eye ointment.Chewy was 20.00.On top of that called them stray on label of tube when I told them they were my kittens and their mom had been runover the day before.

Our golden retriever was injured pretty badly while visiting Pensacola. The staff at Westside fit us into their schedule last minute and literally saved our baby’s life. Words can’t express how thankful we are. Our dog normally has extremely bad anxiety at vet offices, but he warmed up to the tech, Megan, right away, which put at ease immediately. I am forever thankful for this vet office and wish they were in our hometown. Also, very reasonable pricing!

This is our new vet. Very pleased with the friendly staff and care for my English Shepherd. They take walk ins and wait was less than 10 minutes.

First time visit & needed new puppy exam. Staff was friendly & welcoming. I've never had a dog so relaxed at a vet before

We brought our sick kitten Jasper in for an emergency walk in and even though there was no surgeon present to help him everyone went above and beyond to refer us out and find somewhere they could operate on him and not price gouge us. Kudos due to everyone there thank you guys so much you helped save our little man!

Very knowledgeable DVM. Out of all the vets I've gone to this one seemed the most confident in treating my pup's coccida 4+. 2 weeks post meds administrated I office...my dog is gaining weight, has energy, solid stool, and actually acts like a puppy. Thankful for this vet. Will be going back.

I asked the. Do give my dog a heart worm shot a year ago when I first picked him up off the street. They said their treatment would work within a year. During a checkup they said he was worm free. One year later, he still has worms, when I asked for the shot again, they refused. Take your animal anywhere else. Money grabbing unconsidered fools

They come out to the car to get ur pets and then bring them back when they are done with everything. And they let you know everything ahead of time really amazing people too.

The doctor here saved my beagle's life. He had a huge tumor that was removed. They were very upfront about costs and possibility of him not surviving. Everyone was very sweet and caring. Thankyou!

We are a client at another vet clinic in west Pensacola and our dog had a suspected UTI . Our vet was closed for the day and referred us to Westside Vet. I never dreamed they would be able to treat my dog on such short notice. From the phone call in the afternoon(Friday) to registering, meeting vet tech Miranda and Dr. Knight we were very impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff. Thank you again for helping our dog. Highly recommend this very busy clinic, great job everyone!!

I first came here for my kitten Biscuits. She had an issue with one of her eyes and I was worried sick! I showed up at this clinic with no appointment at 7:30 am. The staff was SUPER nice and asked me to wait until they were open at 8. Once they got us checked in we were seen right away. The vet tech Cherry was really great and funny. They took Biscuits back to get her vitals and basics information and they also let me know my new baby was a bit of a drama queen (which she totally is now that she is comfy at home). They even addressed my concern about her grooming habits. Biscuits is doing amazing and now has her brother Gravy to keep her company. I was VERY impressed with this clinic and they will be seeing Gravy soon for his check up :)

Love them! They don't leave you waiting forever and really take the time to listen to you.
