went in to have my cats nails clipped and her hair buzzed and washed.. she came back to me smelling good but with a weird film on her fur and she wasn’t even shaved-then i look at her nails and they aren’t even clipped. never again will i take my pet here, nor should you.. this is your sign to not go here

Closes due to covid but never called to tell me. I get it's a small business but i made those plans for that day for a reason. My first time trying to get a dog cut there. Sure I'll give them another chance and likely change my review

Took my two older pooches there for the first time today and they did an absolutely amazing job! Bath, shave, toenails, etc. Love the environment and vibe there. My new go to groomer for sure! Maybe I should give a bad rating to keep this a secret? Ha ha

Excellent service. Was able to get a appointment for the same day and the lady was wonderful with my fur baby. Very kind and patient. Highly recommended.

My dog was there 6 hrs and only got a bath. Then they charged us 45 for just a bath. He was in a cage for 6 hrs.

The staff was courteous even while being short staffed, and my dog was looking awesome and smelling like a million bucks.

They say I had a a appointment at 8am this morning, they said she be ready by 12 noon. Had my dog for 4 hours. Did nothing!!. Said they were bysy. There were 2 dogs when I got there at 8am. . All they could say was we forgot. DON'T TAKE YOUR DIG THERE ! THEY SUCK !

Thanks to Susie's pet styling my little baby holiday looks like a brand new puppy he had never been cut or really taken care of so he was a rescue dog and now he looks like he belongs to a family thanks Susie pet styling you're the best I've used you for all of my other pet and I will never go anywhere else. Took BRUISER to Susie's Pet Styling to get his SUPER long Toenails clipped. They did SUCH a wonderful JOB THAT he has started to run around the yard again. AND he's walking MUCH better. As a matter of fact when I went to pick him up. ALL of the dogs (1 in each cage)were BARKING and being loud all Except my BRUISER he was sitting Quietly in his cage watching everyone around him. Such a GOOD DOG.

Have taken my fur babies here quite a bit now and they never are anything less than amazing! Yesterday we needed our dogs groomed before we went to see family for the weekend and they fit them in without any problems. Will always bring my babies to them. They look amazing. Thank you guys so much.

Susie & her stylists had their hands full today! My mom brought her four dogs, my sister in D.C.'s dog, and my dog in for bathing & grooming. Because of the pandemic our babies had not been groomed. One had horrible mats in his chest and sides (he's a Cocker Spaniel). Susie and her stylists did a fantastic job on ALL of them!!!! Our littlest girl, Lolli looks like a modeling dog!! Thank you ladies so very much! We will be back!!

My cat Tardis is a beast to put it kindly, and I was worried he could not be handled. He has a difficult temperament. Susie's treated him like a king, and he loved it. I have found him a groomer. So incredibly thankful! Such a wonderful group of people. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you!

I love Susie's pet styling, We have been going to Susie' at least 12 years. They are master groomers which is so important to me, I have a Bichon Frise, and he needs a special cut. Only Susie and Setta know how to do a show dog cut. I had been through so many groomers before that totally screwed up my boy! Thank God for Susie and Setta, I couldn't live without them! They are family to us! We love them!

They always do an amazing job with my pomchi and morkie.

They did a good job on my miniature American Eskimo. Wish they had a better system for appointments. When you make one they give a 4 hr window on when they will finish. I like dropping my dog off, go get something to eat, then come back to pick up. They charge $50 for a bath and sanitary trim. That's a bit pricey compared to $29 at Petsmart, but they are much closer to me.

They treat my Golden Ranger great all the time. Smells good for weeks.

Me and my fur baby love Susie's we are never disappointed. All staff are well trained and know how to work with and style all fur babies. Love them wouldn't dare take my baby anywhere else
