This is a great place for your pet to hang out to socialize with others. Booboo loves the staff!! They are just like extended family for him.

While the staff is very nice and my dog seems happy. There practices are very questionable. Another boarding place faxed his paperwork over to prove he had shots. I was told no one would do anything with my dog unless they called me, well I did not receive a call from them except to check for heart worms which we done 3 months ago. Upon return they tried to charge me for 2 different shots total of approximately 100$ . This place is a rip off they said they gave him a bath for 35$ ( just a bath) but I don’t believe they did because he smalls like dirty dog. Never again will I go there.

The first time my dogs saw Melissa for grooming they looked phenomenal. The second time they were groomed at Pensacola Pet Resort Too by a different groomer. They came back barley brushed with FLEAS. luckily my dogs are on preventatives, but after leaving a voicemail at their office about the fleas I received no reply. During the last visit my dogs saw Melissa again and the images are the results. My senior dog's quick was cut so bad half of it appears to halve been cut off and none of his other nails are cut. They did not inform me that this had happened. Today I had to see the vet as the same dog has an ear infection. I wouldn't be surprised if it was caused from moisture left in his ears from his groom.

My 2 furbabies had a wonderful week boarding at Pet Resort 2. My only con would be to offer a complimentary bath when furbabies stay more than 5 days. And also send a detailed list of charges a day before pickup, or a summary of charges when dropping off, would help cut the anxiety of getting a billing surprise upon pickup. Overall Iam very satisfied with my furbabies stay here.

Had an amazing first experience here! Pet Resort Too took exceptional care of my two small dogs for an entire weekend from Friday morning until Sunday evening. The online forms were thorough and easy to access and fill out. Once I submitted those, I received a phone call for setting up a stay about 2 days later. My primary vet's office was able to email all of my dogs' vaccination records easily (vaccination available if proof cannot be obtained). I chose to pack my own blanket, dog food and toys; however food was available for purchase. The care providers at Pet Resort Too made sure to ask behavioral questions such as " do your dogs enjoy play time with others, do they have separation anxiety, are they food/toy aggressive, do they like other dogs or people" etc. This made me feel so comfortable that they were taking all of this into consideration. My boyfriend was able to drop my dogs off without any issues, and I was able to pick them up just as easily. One of the care providers even assisted me in carrying my belongings back to the car while I kept the dogs on leashes. Let me also add, that the fee for additional pets is deeply discounted!!! I literally paid 1/3 of what I had expected to for a long weekend like that, day care included. They also have pool play, grooming, and other services available that I did not opt for, but may in the future. Professional, safe, respectful, loving, affordable. Everything I was looking for in a dog boarding facility!!!

A great place to board your dogs.

I was a little nervous about leaving my puppies here while I traveled, but I was able to talk with staff daily and get a personalized report. Conversing with them, I could hear how much they enjoyed my puppies and their personalities. When I picked them up, they were very happy to see us. Very happy. And yet while they were excited to see us, I was also happy to see that they seemed to have begun to attach to the staff, as well, which told me that they were treated well.

Wow! My husband just brought our “Scrappy” home from being groomed at Pensacola Pet Resort, Too. Not only does he (the dog) look and smell fantastic, he so HAPPY!!! He received a much needed & corrective makeover (his COVID-19/Stay-at-Home grooming left him looking pretty ridiculous)! Lorie has been grooming our dogs for 12+ years. When we ask any of our six pups “do you want to go see your girlfriend” they act like you just offered them unlimited steak & ice cream! They love her! Can’t say enough great things about them!

Friendly staff. Easy to book. I give the resort 5 stars. The grooming kind of irked me because they clipped my pups toenails too short so they bled so we haven’t been back for grooming. We still have booked many many times for long periods of time and have no complaints about the boarding! They even give baths, shots (if needed and requested) and called to offer to take my pup to the vet when he was staying and got sick. We really love pensacola pet resort!

We've taken our 2 (male & female) Cavaliers here before (and are are going again in a few days) where they did a great job of washing & cutting their hair. They pay close attention to trim the head hair to match the rest of the body and even little requests like not adding perfumed after-products (due to my own sensitive allergies). We also greatly appreciate how we can drop off the dogs there in the a.m. & they ensure getting the vet appointment next door taken care of, so we don't have to switch them from one building to the other, especially helpful for our school & work schedules during the week. It's been great to line up the vet appointment & grooming appointment for this reason. The staff is friendly & the price is pretty average considering the quality & care they receive.

The Pet Resort was a very professional care place for our dog. Everyone we encountered during our time there were warm, friendly and caring towards us and our dog.

My dog Kobe has been coming here for about 2 years now. He always has a good time here whenever I have to go out of town. The staff is so friendly and this is the only place I can trust with my pup. Prices are reasonable and they really care about your dogs! There's no other place I would take my beagle.

Great place to lodge your pet while on a trip. My dog has never been happier than when she gets picked up from here. No other place takes the time to really give the dogs what they need and to take care of them properly. You will not be disappointed with thier services!
