Just moved to area, and was looking for a new groomer, these ladies were awesome with my Lil Snowball. I've never had a good experience with getting my Persian cat groomed and clean, but Shampoochies rocked it! Her face and mane came our beautifully, great cleaning, and no razor burns/cuts(I hate other groomers do this, so this is a huge plus for me) definitely going to be a regular now.

They always take care of our puppy and make him look so beautiful. Will always recommend!

Friendly staff and really enjoy working with our babies. Very reasonable prices and really nice results with the grooming. Recommend a visit and am sure you'll not be disappointed!!!

Such a wonderful company! My mom has been taking her pups here for years. They are always kind and professional. My mom's dog has special needs (bad back) and they are always so careful and willing to take the time. I highly recommend!

If you have a furry critter ( like I do), check out their deshedding treatment. It worked wonders for my Australian Shepherd. My Roomba is also grateful--no more choking on his tumbleweeds of fur! Hands down the BEST pet grooming salon in Pensacola. They care about my pets, take pride in their work, a professional and very good at what they do. I highly recommend ShamPoochies!

As a first time Customer with ShamPoochies, I believe Daz won the lottery with his new Groomer, Jordan. Daz ENJOYS getting muddy and plopping down in any water he sees! He was bathed, teeth scrubbed & nails dremelled. They looked far better than the outfit I had to leave due to some miscommunication with the owner. I feel we have really found a far better outcome for both Daz & I. Daz lost his Nail Tech when PetLand shut down Grooming Services. Nails and Teeth are crucial to the overall health & well being of your pet. Daz was adopted & I discovered gingivitis! He was treated medically & his teeth cleaned up by Zoe. I KNOW how important for overall health Grooming can be. Regular nail trims ( NOT just the tips) are essential for carrying his weight thru life.

This place is awesome! My sweet persian kitty had a bad experience at another groomers yesterday and ended up being half groomed. He looked a mess. I called Shampoochies directly afterward and they got me in today! Barbara did an amazing job fixing Max's botched haircut. He was so calm and relaxed when I picked him up, I knew that his experience hadn't been traumatic like his experience yesterday. Max looks amazing and I know he feels a whole lot better. Thank you, Shampoochies, for taking care of my sweet boy! So happy we found an awesome groomer here in Pensacola!

My GG looks fabulous! It was her first grooming appointment as she is 6 months old. Laura did an outstanding style for my Aussiedoodle. GG was relaxed when I came in and excited to have me see what a pretty girl she is! Always love to see how she responds to new situations.

My two fur babies always come from here smelling and looking so good. This is the ONLY place I’ve found that do exactly what I like and pricing is responsible.

Give great cuts for our goldendoodle. Just a bit pricey when on a fixed income

Our Dexter LOVES going to Shampoochies for a bath, grooming and boarding. He actually runs to the car ready to go when we tell him that he is going to see his "girlfriends." We highly recommend Shampoochies.

Was not friendly and required extra shots for my dog before they would groom her. I called three other groomers who excepted her shot records from her vet.

They have walk-in hours between 10 and 2 plus open on Saturday. They are always super friendly and great with my dog. Great place!

This was by far one of the worst places I have brought my dog too. The place smelled horrible. The people here weren't friendly at all. My dog smelled and looked just as dirty coming out as she did going in. Then they didn't even take credit cards only cash. The place looked like it hadn't been cleaned or dusted in over a year. Their inventory was at bare minimum stock. I do not recommend this place at all.

Not that I'm an expert in animal grooming, I was extremely happy with how my Kona turned out. They did a great job with her!

Great grooming. My dog's coat has been soft for 2 weeks, and he loves being outside. Only drawbacks was the cash only and the length of time they had my dog. But not major in the grand scheme of things.

Lady was rude, wouldn't take our dog because he didn't have a vaccination they didn't tell us he needed when we asked what he needed to be up to date on.

A lot of rudeness including the owner. Would not recommend.
