Selling an extremely overpriced conure

Had a grooming appt with Vanessa today at 10AM. Waited and asked the girls up front if Vanessa was working because I had an appt with. Then I'm told she quit a month ago and was suppose to call everyone. Was told they wiped her off the computer so had no way of canceling appts.Most annoyed and won't be visiting your establishment anymore.

The staff are always helpful and proficient.

I can only where my pjs comfortably as I can not stand anything tight against my stomach the workers looked at me with disgust and like I was homeless or going to take something with out paying for it which I am not homeless and I have never stolen anything in my life I got my dogs food and treats i spent almost $200 there even after the way In which I was treated I just hope they learn not to judge a book by its cover in other words don't judge people based on how they are dressed or look

They have a really good selection of items for pets and have really good staff. The assistant manager even stood there talking about reptiles with my grandfather for a good 10 minutes.

I would normally never come online to review a business or talk negatively about it no matter how bad my experience, but this place is a must, I don’t know what else or who I could call to help these animals, I just pray the good lord has a better plan. The living conditions and the health of the animals are absolutely horrific, if you at all think any of the animals from the fish, to kittens, to the ferrets are in any kind of okay environment, you most definitely have a special place in hell waiting for you. It was the most sad, disgusting thing I’ve seen from a pet store and wish I could save them all. For the employees, god sees, I’m sure their karma will come in time, I just can’t believe an employer would hire such terribly moraled people, the manager worried about going to have smoke instead of taking care of the animals in dying conditions. I hope this review finds the right person that can help!

We decided to purchase a bunny from them. We had a female and we’re getting a companion for her. Our first mistake was a pet store. Originally they told us this rabbit was a female. After purchase we soon found out within a few days it was most definitely not. We were told about the 15 day policy on pets and we were still in the 72 hour mark. We called the store to ask about the policy and be sure. We were greeted on the phone by an extremely rude lady who knew nothing about what she was talking about. She continued to put us on hold every minute or so to ask someone else because she didn’t know but refused to transfer us to the manager claiming she was a manager. We asked for the other one she was talking to and basically refused. She tried to hang up multiple times before we were told to call corporate. After being on hold with them for about 20 minutes a nice man answered. He informed us the store was in the wrong and that the 15 day policy was for all returns of Pets. They said if they had to take it to the vet they would refund and we’d be offered to repurchase. Which is the opposite of what the store said. We had difficulty getting this rabbit to eat and having more than one rabbit before it was extremely odd as the lady in the store argued on the phone with me about it not being weird. We went to the store and returned the rabbit where the store manager had a horrible attitude about the whole thing. She told us corporate made and exception for us which in fact was not what the man said to us. That they still don’t this. I’m almost positive they only said that to not appear dumb about not knowing their own policies. I would hope no one would purchase an animal here. The rabbit was about half the size it should have been for its age and extremely unsocialized.

The employees are amazing, and I feel like have quite a bit of stuff to chose from for your pet. Occasionally they will have cat adoptions, and the occasional dog adoptions from what I've seen on their website. Prices are pretty reasonable.

Would be 5 stars, but they didn't seem to know what the nitrogen cycle of an up and running fish tank was, so that was concerning, but they were nice, helped me find what I needed, and I was able to seed my tank with beneficial bacteria and get my betta back on the road to health. They clearly have their fish tanks cycled because it cycled my tank really fast, but just didn't know what it was. Hopefully they'll start teaching it to their people so they can really help potential fish owners successfully care for their tanks and fishes health.

Great experience taking my dog in to give him a bath. Sweet staff, very clean bathing area. Even my Charlie enjoyed it
