My dog had a fantastic time, and it's really cool that you can remotely watch your dog having a blast playing with their furry buddies. CBW also offers grooming, training, boarding, and personal enrichment for your pet, at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

I cant say bow wow without my dog going all in. She absolutely loves bow wow. See photo below of her reaction when we mention it's time for daycare

Disappointed. The owner doesn't have a clue about customer service. Waisted two weeks of our time: first it took a week to get the appointment for the interview, then just a night before the interview she let us know that no places are available but we can still show up for the interview? We had airplane tickets in a few days and didn't know where to leave the dogs. The wierd thing: no apologies whatsoever, never had that experience in my life. If she would treat any of her existing clients like that, she wouldn't have any left. I do not recommend this place, she most likely has her own little click of repeaters...and it should stick that way...many better, less structured and loving facilities in Pensacola...

This place was amazing at first but started to go downhill the last few months. The communication is very disappointing, they hardly answer the phone, and my voicemails and emails do not get answered. I just feel like there is a lack of professionalism, experience, and customer service in general. I hope the Sunday hours change because it was very frustrating not being able to pick up my dog between 10am-4pm. Even though there were employees in the building I spoke to during that time that told me I would have to come back after 4 to check out. I couldn’t tell if my dog was forced to stay in the kennel all those hours or if she was taken out during that time. They don’t have day care during those hours so she is getting zero stimulation. But if there is staff to take her out during that time for potty breaks, then why can’t the staff also check out? It just doesn’t make sense to me. I feel like I never got a straight answer. They also did not give her personal toy to her in her suite the last time she stayed. When I asked why they responded “I don’t know, that has nothing to do with me, I didn’t do it”. She’s also had grooming appointments and has come home smelling bad. I asked why and they said “oh she went in the day care afterwards”. I asked why I wasn’t notified when she was done because I would have picked her up when she was done. They had no answer for that either. I just hope the staff improves their communication in the future.

I loved the personal treatment offered by Camp Bow Wow Pensacola. From initial contact, to Harper's interview and beyond to contact with a trainer, everyone we've interacted with has listened to my concerns and answered questions patiently. I feel that they all truly care about the Campers and their families. I also appreciate the variety of services offered at very affordable rates.

We are on a three month RV trip and have stopped at several places along the way for sightseeing etc. Rather than have our two boxers cooped up in the RV when they can’t accompany us, we get them into a local daycare. After jumping through hoops completing all paperwork and getting our vet to send medical records, Camp Bow WoW finally got around to calling us to make appointment for meet/greet for their earliest date/time which was AFTER we were already moving on to our next destination. Keeping in mind we started well in advance of our arrival to Pensacola with this laborious process, it was beyond frustrating to never hear back from Camp Bow WoW until we were ready to leave. Sorry Camp Bow WoW, you are just too hard to do business with and there are other good daycares out there that aren’t so busy.

I took my two labs to Camp Bow Wow this am at 8 am for a grooming appt that I had made in July. We are new to the area and we’re pleased with our initial visit. When I arrived, the receptionist acted puzzled as she did not see my dogs on the groomers schedule. I had not received any messages of cancellation. She took the dogs back and agreed to call when they were ready for pick up. At 10 am, I received a call from a lady stating she felt there was a mistake w scheduling and wanted to clarify. We concluded that the July appt was done w Kolby who is no longer employed by Camp Bow Wow and when she left she took her appt book which left them with no records of my appt. I was very frustrated that no one had communicated w me and my dogs would not be able to be groomed. She proceeded to tell me she could offer a bath then went on to say “ a discounted bath.” She then stated a bath on an XL dog ( both 90 lbs) would be $40/dog. I was shocked that the DISCOUNTED rate was $40. When I questioned “ why so much for a bath,” her response was “ they are big.” After this inconvenience, I felt a complementary bath would have been a nice way to say sorry but instead, she was defensive. I told her that we would pick up the dogs and take them elsewhere. A simple bath for the inconvenience would have made me happy and I would have rescheduled the appointment but instead she offered a “discounted bath.”

This is a great place to bring your dog for a play day…. They are so nice and it’s obvious they love the dogs in their care. They take the time to make sure your dog will do well with others… watching this process through the video camera was fascinating… leaving him there for 3 hours this first time, was hard…. But he loved it. He was his normal happy self when I picked him up. We will definitely go back…. Often!!

New Staff needs more training in handling of dogs! Staff can make you or break you. Very bad experience that should have never happened.

Everyone I’ve encountered at this facility is so nice, caring, and accommodating! My dog comes home happy and tired after a great day at day care, and that’s my favorite part. I enjoy that they offer baths and nail clippings, and they even do impromptu photo shoots. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow in Pensacola!

Our dog loves Camp Bow Wow. The owners really care about the pets who stay there. The ability to socialize our puppy in a controlled and monitored environment that we can view on our phones is priceless. Doggy daycare and boarding are two of the services we look forward to using the most. Our dog has also been groomed there. So glad they opened a location in Pensacola.

If I could leave no stars i would. We left a happy healthy 6 month old strong puppy. He was perfectly fine prior to his stays at this camp. It took two days for the camp to call us to inform us that our puppy was in bad shape. This was around 10am BY 6pm OUR PUPPY WAS DEAD AT THE EMERGENCY VET IN PENSACOLA. The cause of death A COLLAPSED LUNG LOPE WHICH IS CAUSED BY TRAMUA. Please protect your babies. Please find another camp please dont risk it. This puppy had no prior health issues nothing but after only days at this camp was dead. We are heartbroken and devastated by his death. Along with this the camp offered no assistance or help. SHUT DOWN THIS CAMP!!!!!!!!!!!!

We feel your facility is clean, well-maintained, well-staffed, and has friendly staff. We love that you interview dogs before they can come to be sure they are a good fit with other dogs. We also appreciate the dog cams so we can see our pup while we are away. We love the cabin feel of your facility. Only suggestions for improvement would be more interaction with the dogs in the "play areas". My dog craves human connection and spends the whole time trying to get eye contact and a response from the worker in the room. She follows the worker around waiting for some sign of attention, but we have never observed that on camera. Perhaps we have just missed it. A larger outside play area might be a nice addition. Regardless, we highly recommend your facility for boarding. We have always been pleased with the reception area and staff, care you give our dog, accomodations, communication when needed, and love of our pet! We have used you three times for boarding and our dog loves going! That is the best recommendation of all! Thank you!!!

My friend left his 6 month old puppy with them. Not even a week later their partner vet calls him and says that he may need to put him down, that same day 20 minutes after that phone call they call him again to say his lung collapsed. Now he’s trying to get footage and was only provided with clips on the last day the puppy was there and when he asked for more he was told It’s been overwritten & they’re “unable” to provide him with more clips and tried to say the puppy died of pneumonia. All in all they’re terrible, they don’t care about the dogs and only try to make themselves look good.

Go to Pensacola Pet Resort or Blue Angel Boarding and Grooming instead/ Ultimately, the main issue with Camp Bow Wow is the managerial staff. Their poor record keeping lead to me being charged $140 more than expected. When I called to sort it out, the owners were unable to take any of my calls for an ENTIRE MONTH. At one point the front desk informed me that they were ON VACATION, two weeks after I was told they would call back. After a full month, Mike said that in my case he was not willing to make any changes. I have paid over a THOUSAND dollars to this place for boarding in my time in Pensacola. And over $140 they weren't willing to even try to work with me. In addition, they keep poor records, as they had no record of another time when my dogs were kept there for daycare. They went so far as to imply that I was lying about this occasion. They also had no records of interviews or daycare days for both of my dogs. My advice: stay away from Camp Bow Wow. The unprofessionalism, and the disrespect has left a bad taste for the entire franchise for me.

I took my dog in to get a full grooming. They did a great job! The best part is how happy he was. Thank you for the great job!

Our Bloodhound boy loves this place! They take very good care of your dogs here. Gus has stayed over several nights and countless days with them and we've never had a problem. Good people.

We love everything about Camp BowWow! They truly love & care for our Peaches as if she were their own. She LOVES coming for daycare or an overnight stay. We know that when we drop off Peaches that she is in the best care & will have so much fun. + The full grooming service is so wonderful. Coleby is the best! She will work with you to figure out the best cut for your pup & I have been more than happy with every cut Peaches has ever had. I cant say enough how GREAT the staff at Camp BowWow is!
