Olive Branch Pet Hospital Pensacola, Alabama

I’ve been a customer here for years. The service has been slowly getting worse and worse. No one ever answers the phone. Today the receptionist was rude and that was the last straw. I will never bring either of my animals here again. This place is a joke now.

We've taken our 3 doggos and 3 kitties to Mark and his crew for over 10 years. They've always taken the best care of our fur babies.

Dr Sprayberry came through again. When my cat became suddenly paralyzed, he guided me through seeing a specialist and helped our family navigate 3 very difficult days, even meeting me at the clinic after hours. I’m always grateful for his compassion and care.

Olive Branch has the best and friendly staff. They take excellent care of our pets. Dr Sprayberry spends as much time with each pet owner as needed to review your pets health and progress. Absolutely love Olive Branch and the staff!

Dr sprayberry is terrible. Bought my minpin from petland (he was the vet assigned to that store at the time, who was prefilling health checks for all the dogs there). My appointment was later in the day and I was told the vet was leaving for vacation right after my appointment. My pup could hardly breathe. He insisted it was kennel cough. It took me practically stomping my feet to get my pup properly checked. He reluctantly took x-rays. As I thought, my pup had one whole lung and 50% of the other completely full. If I would have taken her home like he was pushing me to do, she would have died. Sorry to have postponed your trip, sir.. Vet needs to be less self absorbed. Would never ever recommend this vet. All the animals at pet land had pneumonia (like my pup) but he prefills the bill of health. Just wrong!!!!

Love that they post pictures of your pup when they are boarded there. They did great with my very nervous rescue pup.i have used them several times and have always been happy with the care of my dogs.

ONLY place we would leave Archie! Willy and staff clearly enjoy what they do and Achie gets excited when we arrive. Facility is idea for socializing and kept very clean. Always fun to check pictures on facebook, too. Thankful for PLAY N STAY!

My jackrussell Runt is happy & healthy . The staff took control quickly to solve a terrible skin allergy problem. Other vets were impersonal and problematic.I had a good experience and will be going back. Great staff!

I should have posted a review for Olive Branch a long time ago! We have been going here for about three years and I honestly don’t know how my dogs will handle it whenever we have to move away. We all adore Dr.Sprayberry, Chelsea, and the rest of the staff at the clinic and Play N Stay. They truly care about our dogs and it shows. Our girls tend to be a handful and seem to always need extra care and that is never a problem with Olive Branch on our side. They’ve even won over our super anxious German Shepherd! Having the right vet for your fur babies is incredibly important and you won’t go wrong if you choose Olive Branch!

Excellent care for my American Eskimo Dog. Monthly health maintenance plan includes flea and heartworm meds. 2 exams per year and all shots.

Dr. Mark and his staff are just amazing. They are kind and compassionate and they took the time to explain in detail what was going on with my little Kizzy. They are great at answering my questions whenever i need them. I never feel rushed when talking with them. I have used other vets in Pensacolà but have found the best now at Olive Branch.

Our 14 year old wirehaired pointing griffon stays at play and stay at least twice a week. They accommodate our need for flexibility and work with us to help keep her happy and healthy. This team of people are awesome!!

The veterinarian office is currently doing curbside service due to Covid. The vet came out to my car talk to me about the history of my dog and then took her inside, in the rain! By far the most personalize service I’ve ever received at a veterinarian clinic! I wish I would have moved her care here sooner.

We highly recommend Dr Sprayberry and his team. Our 12 yr old Sheltie has a bad heart along with blood pressure issues and then developed benign tumors requiring two simultaneous surgeries. Thanks to Dr Sprayberry and his surgical expertise, Bonni has recovered quickly and we enjoyed another Christmas with her. We really respect Dr Sprayberry and feel his caring attitude towards our pets. We are very lucky to have found Dr. Sprayberry since we moved to Pensacola.
