Ridiculously restrictive Covid protocol. You have to wait in your car for them to get your pet. We waited almost 45 minutes past our appointment time. We were allowed in for the exam, and the staff was very professional and knowledgeable especially Dr. Montgomery. I recommend them, but pack your patience.

They have taken good care of my cat.

My newly adopted cat was a street kid so his visit yesterday was the first time seeing a vet. He peed in his carrier and when the tech came to get him, I warned her of the situation. After she took him inside, she returned with some cleaning spray and paper towels. Her friendly help is greatly appreciated. Dr. Burns was also friendly when she told me of his exam. We discussed his age, demeanor, and future appointments. Everyone is optimistic, helpful, knowledgeable, and eager to help their clients. My other cats have been using another vet clinic, which are good as well, but I've been thinking of moving them to Davis now because of the staff and service provided.

I started using Davis animal hospital this year because my vet I've used for gear has just been swamped since covid. The organization that I Foster for sent me there with a foster dog and now I've started bringing my pets there as well. They are wonderful with me and with my pets. I will definitely continue to go there!

Had a great 1st visit. There to check out possible acupuncture treatment for our 2 year old Rat Terrier. Ran blood work etc and will see what is needed.

We recently moved back to the area. Dakota our husky/malamute tore his ligament in his leg and suffered lameness. We took him to Emergency Vet referral and they checked him and prescribed some painkiller and anti-inflammatory for a few days. We had to quickly find a regular vet. We tried another vet office and the first thing out of their mouth was amputation. I wanted a second opinion as losing a limb is serious. They referred us to Dr Montgomery who does surgeries from here. What a night and day difference between the two vet offices. From the attitude of the staff checking in, to the way they handled Dakota. At the other office Dakota snapped at the vet and vet techs. He did not do that here. They refilled his prescriptions with enough to last him a month. They have a spa here also so Dakota will try that when Dakota is better. He is our son and only the best will do for him. They vet office and Dr Montgomery are in same building but separate. So this is for Dr Montgomery: Dr Montgomery recommended surgery and I trust his advice. He has a passion for what he does. He thoroughly explained what had happened to Dakota and gave 3 options to treat him. Injury will happen again if nothing is done and it heals on its own. Everything he said would happen has happened during his heal time, except the weight loss. Of the 3 options none were amputation or to put him down. First was to let it heal in its own, and it will more then likely tear again, the other two were surgeries.

They are always warm and friendly.

I had some concerns about the Covid protocol and am happy to say that after speaking more with the staff about it, especially the owner, that I am totally sold on this clinic and the services they offer. Their demeanor alone has shown me that this is the place to trust my animals to. I understand that Covid has disrupted everyone's day to day operation and the staff at Davis Animal Hospital is doing an exceptional job in how they are handling it. I look forward to my future visits and Know that my fur-children will be in good hands. Thanks again for taking the time to speak with me. UPDATE: I finally got my doggos in to see the doc (scheduling conflict on my end not theirs) and I can say the experience was amazing. Nurse B.K. had an amazing bedside manner and the pups just loved her. She explained everything in detail and made sure I understood. Was patient with me and all of my questions and truly treated them like they were her own. I very much look forward to our visits there as I know without a doubt that my furchildren are in the best of care at Davis Animal Hospital. <3

We love this place. To have Vets and Techs and Support peeps that really care about their four legged as well as their two legged patients and clients, respectively, is priceless. I wouldn't trust my animals to anyone else. Dr. Erdos is the bomb. Every person I have had contact with here rocks. And that is a friggin miracle in this town and in this business. We Love y'all.

The staff was great and Dr. Montgomery was very thorough in explaining our dog's condition. He addressed our concerns and recommended what we could do to possibly slow the progression and what Chance needed moving forward. ⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐

I can tell that the Vets, techs., etc. are kind, polite, and care about animals. Excellent care. However, they do not do payment plans ( and I have been to vets who do) so be prepared to pay in full.

The staff here is beyond fantastic! They take the best care of our girls…the little extras they do while we have them boarded every time is worth the 50 min drive it takes me to get there. Love the add-ons, the extra attention, and how they even went above and beyond to make picture frames of our pooches for when we returned. Love that you can drop off at night so you can hit the road early morning. Everyone is so thoughtful and they really care about the animals. The price is reasonable for all that they do and having a camera to peek on the girls while we are away is another nice touch. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants their fur baby taken care of!

I can’t get enough of this place! We have 4 small dogs and drive from Crestview because Davis is the best. They are always offering me advice and information to help me be the best dog mommy, not to mention always making sure that my money is well spent and all my puppers are well taken care of.

I took my girls in for their new low cost spay/neuter program. The process was very efficient and each person I spoke to was incredibly kind. We will definitely be returning for regular vet care visits in the future. Thank you for starting this program to help the community, it is much appreciated by me and my family. Thank you again, so very much!

This was my first impression of this place. I was impressed with the staff and the vet. They asked appropriate questions, and answered all my questions. I will definitely be coming back for the vet care and grooming.

Our experience with Davis Animal Hospital has always been wonderful. From our very first visit everyone has been very friendly, helpful and informative. I love how they tell you before hand how much you can expect to pay for services. My Charlie is a typical nervous Chihuahua. Everyone has been so kind and patient with him and me with all my questions regarding care of a senior dog. They have always answered my questions and took the time to explain things to me. Wonderful vets, wonderful staff. Highly recommend.

The dental doctor was very nice and helpful. The nurse technician called me the next day and went over everything in detail on cost and exactly what they would do for my dog . I would recommend them to anyone. Helpful and nice.

We love the vet care we receive. Very polite and thorough. However they are extremely expensive. If they aren’t the most expensive vet in Pensacola, they are definitely up there. I like them because they are open on Saturday. However, charging quadruple what my vet does for the same X-ray is a little baffling. They are very respectful, and nice people, though. They have squeezed me in on a tight schedule a couple times now.

You all are the best! So attentive and caring to my sweet buddy Cooper.

We found this office when our first pet was hurt. They treated him and us with nothing but courtesy and kindness all the way through his life. Our new kitten loves them too, and the care they provide him is top tier as well. Can't say enough good!
