Our kiki was more sick than we realized to make a routine visit and they were willing to work her in to see the vet last minute. They were so respectful, kind, caring and genuine and we knew we had found our vet home. From the front desk to the vet himself every single person went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered and that we felt like the plan implemented was the best choice for us. If you have and older dog like us (16) or a new puppy I have no doubt this is the vet you need and deserve!

I’m new to Florida and my cat was injured… I called, and was greeted by the sweetest lady, she was able to squeeze my cat in to be treated… I’m very satisfied with the staff I interacted with as well as the veterinarian. They are amazing, and my cat is on the mend ????

Our Persian Kitty Molly that just turned 8 has been going to Coastal Sunrise Animal Hospital for yearly visits and grooming by Val and just can't rate the quality in all areas high enough. Everyone including the girls in the office or so kind and takes extremely good care of Molly. If you're looking for a place to have your pet baby taken care of lovingly and professionally this is your place.

Dr. Gandy and his entire team took excellent care of Jackie, my sweet dog, for several years. When her health starting failing at 16, they treated her with kindness and kept her pain free until the end.

Costal Sunrise has been friendly, accommodating of my busy schedule, kind with sensitive discussions, and reliable with the lives of my best friends. They care a great deal about their clients, highly recommend.

I called and they were able to work my fur baby in their very busy schedule. I did have to drop him off and leave him to be seen in between appointments as they were fully booked for the day but I felt really really comfortable in doing so as my baby was very very sick. The staff was very nice and friendly, the Dr called me personally and gave me his diagnosis and answered all my questions, comments and concerns. I feel like they truly love my fur baby almost as much as much as me lol. I would take him back again and again that is why he is becoming a patient here now because I feel in my heart that they do have my fur baby best interest at heart. I am not sure about the price’s but if you truly love your fur baby like I love mine I would spend every last dollar I had to make him feel better just like I would on my kids. I don’t want him nor my kids to ever ever be in any pain and so like I said I would spend my last dollar on my kids or fur baby to make sure they feel better ❤️❤️❤️

DR GANDY AND THE ENTIRE STAFF AT COASTAL SUNRISE ANIMAL HOSPITAL ARE SO KIND AND HELPFUL ANYTIME OUR PUPS NEED SOMETHING. THE ON LINE SCHEDULING IS SUPER EASY. WE HAVE ONE DOG WHO JUST RECOVERED FROM PANCREATITIS AND NOW IS NEWLY DIAGNOSED WITH DIABETES. Dr Gandy always took the time to answer all of my questions. When my dog scratched his cornea, they were able to get him in the same day. I am moving from Pensacola, and it's very unfortunate that I will have to find a new veterinarian.

The team is always so caring and informative. I can always trust leaving my pets in their care. Their passion for all animals is truly evident.

I called for urgent visit and even though I had never been there they saw my cat the same day! Everyone was so nice and professional. The doctor was so very kind to me and took the extra time I needed to explain my cat’s disease process. Though not what I wanted to hear the explanation will make decisions later come easier. I won’t forget their kindness and compassionate care.

My dog needed (or appeared to need!) prompt attention from a vet, my primary vet did not have any openings, but recommended Coastal sunrise animal hospital. Having had been to several vets in town, I expected the level of care to be the same robotic assembly line with a less than minimal urgency, as I was not (yet!) an established patient. My assumptions were incredibly inaccurate. Though my dog did not leave with a definite diagnosis, I trust the “probable” cause given, as Dr. Stelling was a very genuine and compassionate individual with a mastered skill of integrity. I did not feel guilted or pressured into any of the diagnostic recommendations or services, which I have found to be uncommon. I highly recommend them, I know my pets will be back!

Coastal Sunrise Animal Hospital helped me get food and medication for my dog, when I couldn't get to my regular vet, after Hurricane Sally.

I can’t say enough good things about the doctor, technicians, and staff here. Taking your furry friend to the vet’s office can be stressful. No so at this place. Everyone is very professional, friendly, and respectful. I never feel rushed through or hurried. They treat us like we’re the only people/pet on their schedule. I very highly recommend Coastal Sunset to everyone I know and to whoever is reading this review.

Visiting from out of town, our dog had a recurrence of an old issue that took us by surprise. Coastal Sunrise was incredibly accommodating, saw us right away, and got Frances the medication that she needed. I highly recommend this practice.

The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. The Vet is great. He takes the time to explain any test and the cost upfront so you can make an informed decision.

The front desk receptionist Kate, is extremely rude and not helpful. I called them to see if they would fill my dogs medicine as I accidentally left their meds at home while we were traveling. They are obviously just interested in making a dollar instead of ensuring that your pet is taken care of. They insisted on an appointment to see my two dogs and would not take a valid prescription from my vet. I would not recommend this clinic.

I have a 10 month old Lab/ Australian Cattle Dog mix His name is Puck, he has been coming here for 3 months, from his initial shots to his neuter. The day after his bruising was half gone and he walked and even played a little with no signs of pain or discomfort. I've had multiple calls from Dr. Gandy personally and other staff, asking about his recovery. They are so genuine and caring, I trust them completely.

Dr. Gandy and everyone there is very caring. They take the time to talk to you and listen to you as well. When I had to send my beloved Paige to the rainbow bridge the entire staff was supportive and compassionate.
