They are always caring and take extra special care of my puppies.

Live here for 4 years now. Im 1 mile from this place and have yet to made a successful appointment. Never make it past the phone call. Always a new story with these people. Its either "how's a week from tomorrow, we're open but theres no vet in the office", and the latest.."sorry we're not taking new patient's ". Who the hell operates this way!

The staff is very caring and helpful. We came up there with my grandparents dog expecting the worse outcome but the staff was very responsive and calming and dweedle got to come home with us with in the hour! So thankful for this team

Chemstrand Oaks has been my vet for several pets over the years. They always work hard to figure out what's going on and are friendly and kind. I'll be moving soon but will likely make the drive to continue seeing the vets and staff at this clinic!

Woke up to my chihuahua mix (Gator) in distress. Called Chemstrand as soon as they opened and they fit me right in to see Dr. Henry. Gator had a fall the night before. Dr Henly determined he had irritated his neck and vertebrae. She prescribed pain medication and a NSAID. Two days later Gator is back to his grumpy old self. Chemstrand has taken care of my dogs for over 5 years. If they weren't awesome I wouldn't still be a client.

The Vet and staff were awesome, they gave my dog and us great respect during our sad time.

Super Friendly staff who go above and beyond for the comfort of the animals and humans. Dr's are always informative and quality of service is phenomenal. This is the only vet I go to in Pensacola.

Recently moved here just before the whole world went nuts. I need a vet because one of my kitties has asthma that is acting up. The others need shots and heartworm( which is important with all the mosquitos here) I guess my pets lives don't matter to these people. Not taking new patients was the response I got.

Got my pet in but they are very expensive

What an awesome TEAM of professionals! My Jack Russell Terrier, Jessie, is quite the character aka "brat" and they see that she is taken care of from head to paws!

Dr Elliot & Dr Hensley are great Vets and good people. There staff are out standing.

Dr. Elliott and the staff are beyond amazing. They care about our pets as much as we do. They are very knowledgable & always happy to help. I've been a pet owner for 40 + years & I can honestly say I have never met a Veterinarian that was more knowledgeable than Dr Elliott, in whom I have the utmost respect for and completely trust him & his staff 100%(they truly care and it shows even moreso as they graciously take their time to explain everything in understandable terms). In just 1 visit you will know you found the best Veterinarian & supportive staff to care for your pets from then on out. You can trust that your pets will get the best care possible AND.... since Dr Elliott continually researches and studies to stay up to date & educated in an effort to consistently provide the highest level of care for all of his patients, if he doesnt have the answer and a solution..... he will research until he does. Plus.... he personally calls to fill you in on his findings etc. I know 1st hand because 1 of our cat children has special needs & if it weren't for Dr. Elliott's expertise & treatment plans..... we would have been forced to put our cat to sleep 2 years ago . I truly believe the Lord had a hand in directing us to Dr Elliott . Dr Elliott is a specialist when it comes to cats and that is 1 of the many reasons why we only trust our 3 Bengals (and a group of ferals) to the outstanding folks at Chemstrand Oaks Vet.

Dr. Henley is one of the most compassionate and caring of vets I have ever brought my pets to. From birth to passing, she has taken care of our many furry family members. She has saved their lives more than once because she listens to our concerns, and sometimes thinks outside of the box to come up with a diagnosis. She is much appreciated by her clients, both two and four legged.
