Amazing doctor and technicians. But the new front desk receptionist could use an attitude adjustment. She’s very rude and has no personality at all.

Very good with our dog Jasmine. The doctor give her a shot and a topical spray for small infection on her face. Same day appointment.

They are always welcoming. I have a yapper of a dog and they were so patient and understanding of him. Been going here for almost 2 yrs now. I think its cute they have a dog and cat side. Both vets are kind and loving to each dog. The techs are great.

I boarded my dogs for 5 days. They were being fed food that was not part of their regular diet. On day 3, one of the dogs developed diarrhea likely because of her food being changed. Despite already having had a fecal test showing no parasites on this visit the vets office decided to treat her with an antibiotic for diarrhea. On the registration paperwork I checked the option for being notified prior to any additional treatments. This did not occur. It makes no sense that my dog was given an antibiotic to treat a diet related change in her bowel movements. I was not notified until the day of pickup when I called in advance to authorize payment and was given a different amount then was provided on the estimate. This is one reason that some people dislike taking their pets to the vet. This was an unwarranted upharge and billing for services. If you choose to take your pet here beware of their billing practices and lack of adherence regarding pretreatment notifications. This was very unprofessional. When I spoke with the person taking my payment over the phone she said that they were obligated to treat the diarrhea. There was no acknowledgment of the inappropriateness of not being contacted in advance especially given that this is one of the options they provide on their own admissions paperwork.

I had a recent first appointment with my pup. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to both my pet and me. It was a fantastic experience.

At the recommendation of several people, I recently moved a newly adopted dog to Braelinn from a larger clinic. My dog had already been treated for a UTI but was obviously still feeling bad. Being a rescue, she was nervous and still getting acclimated to her new home. She needed to be seen in a veterinary practice that is quieter and well-managed, so she and I could both be more comfortable with her care. At Braelinn Animal Clinic, Dr. Thompson and the vet tech, Hailey, were especially kind and caring as they diagnosed bladder stones. Except when he was reading X-rays, Dr. Thompson spent the appointment in the exam room with us. He established a good rapport with my dog and answered all my questions. He explained the treatment plan and made me feel my concerns were heard and understood. I’m so glad I made the switch from the larger clinic and I plan to move my other two dogs, as well.

Dr. Paul Norwood is the best. The staff is very nice and professional.

Braeilin Animal Hospital always takes such good care of my furry fourth child. If I am out of town, I am confident and happy to know that I don't have to worry about him.

Always cheerful, smiling faces. Excellent quality care of my dog Max. They care not only for your pet(s), but they listen to you. They don't disregard what you have to say about your pet(s). They treat your pet(s) as their own. When I needed them they were always there. Sometimes Max was sick and needed to be seen quickly (and this happened quite a few times), they always made room for me in their schedule. Dr. Thompson is just like our vet back in WV whom we just loved. I did not think I was going to find another truly caring person like he was. When Dr. Thompson sat on the floor with Max and I saw how he handled him, I knew I wanted him for my Max. He was just fantastic. He helped us come to terms with Max's condition and was very honest with us about the time we had left. We had an extra year and a half with our dog Max of 17 and a half years. If it wasn't for the wonderful care of Dr. Thompson and his staff, we would not have had that extra precious time with our beloved pet. When we had to let Max go, Dr. Thompson and staff was very kind to us, letting us take as much time as we wanted to spend with Max before and after. And that meant a great deal to me. If you love your pet(s) and want the best care for them, this is the place to go. You won't find more caring and loving people for all of your pet(s) needs. Carmella Campbell

I am over the moon for this veterinary hospital. I have used this facility for two decades, and my dogs have been with Dr. Nathan Thompson for the past ten years. He is thorough, caring, and attentive to our pets. In short, he just appears to be a kind and personable physician. The vet techs are so kind as well. They too are attentive and smart young lwomen.This facility is clean and well- managed. It smells so fresh. There are also some wonderful ladies who assist at the front desk. They all have such lovely dispositions even though their jobs can’t be easy. After all, they are the face of the clinic. Thank you for all of the consistency and care while we try to nurture our fur babies. Thank you Dr. Thompson, Lauren, Jackie, Kayla and anyone else that I failed to mention. You are so appreciated for your professionalism.

Braelinn AH will always be my home, cuz I used to work here. They have and will always be the greatest staff, Dr B expects nothing but the best, so you can too! Always a little biased about how awesome they are... but you get the best here, and they spend time and heart with you. Don't worry, they got you and your furkids taken care of, always. Funny how we always come home. A move brings me back home. Happy to be back!

They took great care of our pups during our recent appointment. They were able to see both dogs during one appointment. They are having patrons wait in their cars for appointments rather than exposing people unnecessarily in the waiting room. I appreciated most of the employees adhering to mask advisories. We will be using this facility again.

I highly recommend Braelinn Animal Hospital! They caring and professional staff are very trustworthy. The vets here are well educated on up to date medical research for what is best for your pet and they go out of their way to make sure your pet gets the best care!

I love the staff. They are so good to us when we come. They take the time to hear your concerns and take care of any issues. My pup snoopy was very sore from shots. They gave him some mess to help with that the next time we went it worked. He was not as sore. Now its in his cart to give it every time. They are so considered.

Roxie, my dog, likes the space. She is an anxious dog but the staff knows how to soothe her and it is appreciated. The space is relatively clean, the staff professional and courteous, and the doctors take time to answer concerns and explain steps taken.

My very first visit was such a positive experience for me and my Belle! Very kind and efficient techs greeted us and prepared us for the doctor. The doctor was informative but not over my head. I appreciate his communication skills and really laid back so my baby was at ease.My family uses this vet and I highly recommend you try them. You will be pleasantly treated and efficiently taken care of!
