Very good place to take care of your pet, very attentive.

Staffs are friendly and good. But this place is almost impossible to see a physician in short period of time since they are busy all the time. Even when i check in at the counter, it usually takes me 30 mins to wait. So i try to make an appointment right before closing time.

Too many problems with scheduling. 1st year was great and 2nd year was new staffing. I’m not sure if it’s the communication or what but they don’t communicate well. Front desk will tell me a different time over the vet that calls to give me a pick up time. Also last time I got my dog picked up she smelled like she rolled in her own feces. The staff that called me afterwards treated me like I was overreacting. Don’t know about you, but if I’m told to pick up my dog at 10:30 and I arrive and they send me back and say 1pm instead, it would be a bit annoying. Then when I call around 12:30 they get mad at me and say the “vet will call you.” They shouldn’t give you times then send you back saying your pet isn’t ready. Then get mad for calling to make sure she would be ready. My dog was most likely sitting there for over 6 hours.

Very unprofessional staff as well as management. If you care about your fur baby; don’t take them here just for your money and time to be wasted. The Fayetteville location is not that far from this one and it’s way better! The doctors are so much nicer and the hospital is actually cleaner. Once you actually visit the Peachtree city location you’ll notice how nasty it is; there’s pet feces and hair all over the place and tucked into crevices. Disgusting.

BEST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR PET! Every person at this location is so friendly. Dr Wheat is absolutely amazing with fur babies. They have a way of making people feel comfortable while they treat our babies. Buddy is a happy, healthy dog and I'm grateful for the care and love he has received from everyone.

Always a quick and easy visit! Definitely recommend the affordable pet insurance plans vs paying for office visits which can get pricey

The staff is very warm and friendly. They exhibit a genuine love for pets and concern for their health. Dr. Pleasant is awesome!! I would highly recommend Peachtree City Banfield Pet Hospital specifically but also any one of the Banfield facilities to my family and friends for their pet's care.

This hospital is the perfect example of good customer service. Everything was explained to me and the kindness of the front desk ladies was exemplary.

I know the Doctors really well and they are sensitive to the needs of my pet (especially her being senior). Visits are stressful but they really try to keep her comfortable and stress free. Which in turn keeps me stress free. When my other dog passed away last year, they were nothing but professional and so very kind. They allowed me to be with her until the very end. I held her in my arms. Then they proceeded to professionally handle everything as I was falling apart with the amount of care you would give to any family member. I recommend them and their wellness programs highly.

My chino is treated very well

They have purged the records and had a hard time getting my dog's nails trimmed because of the rabies was not on records. They were okay but they got the job done.

They were good to my pug. Just a little pricey, but he is worth it.

I love the Peachtree City Banfield! Dr. Wheat and her staff, Kim, Jerrae and everyone there! I can’t remember all of their names, they are amazing! I drive all the way from Columbus, Ga over an hour, to receive the best care for my two fur babies!

The doctors and nursing staff here all always super friendly, helpful, and love animals. I've been taking my peers here for years now and I have never had an issue with care or flexibility in appointment times. I pass by 3 vets to get here and will continue to do so as the service is too notch.
