Appointment at 9:30 went back at 11:48 and my dog was sitting in a crate and appeared to be drying. she hadn’t been cut at all.…. I said “oh, she’s not ready” I was only answered with a NO… nothing more… I knew in that moment I wouldn’t be a repeat. Came back an hour later and she was done. She smells great but let’s just say when I walked inside my home my husband and kids said “ oh, didn’t go so well”. It looks like a rush job for sure and her nails are still too long. She’s a shihtzu and they have really long beautiful eyelashes. One of her lashes is CUT.. just one. That comes from not taking your time. She’s will sit still with a treat. The communication could be much better. Front end is unorganized and I was disappointed because I was looking for a permanent groomer but that’s not it unfortunately. Based on these comments looks like they do great with larger dogs. I rather pay more and leave in love with the outcome.

I love Janelle and her team! My furbaby enjoyed her "Spa Day" with them and she was on so pretty when I picked her up!

Hands down the BEST place to get your fur babies clean up. My baby came home I had happy tears, she was sooo clean(she's all white German shepherd ????) flawless and smell sooo good???? We definitely found a new home for sure. And let me say we did not have to wait fir 6-8weeks for an appointment.

Today my fur babies were pampered at Chateau 4 Paws. My boy came home looking so handsome with his fresh haircut and bandana. My girl was smelling so clean and wearing a jewel like a bindi. They both were adorable, receiving many compliments.

My dogs are always cut perfectly and they still smell good when they leave. Janelle pays attention to detail and gets Bella’s cut right every time. I am thankful to have a reliable, reasonably priced groomer.
